Beautiful private community. The best part of the house was the pool and garden. Well maintained. The house is nice and close to the parks- had AC but we were really only home in the evenings and didn’t need to use it much. Will probably return in the future.

My family and I loved this place! The house and the yacht club grounds are beautiful and we had fun using the pool. Vanessa was the best! She showed us around when we first arrived, got us groceries that we had forgotten, and cleaned every morning. Would definitely recommend this house!

Beautiful house. Plenty of parking, bathrooms for every room, large living room, well equipped kitchen, and extra folding tables if you wanted to eat outside. Host was very responsive of any issues or questions that we had. The house is in a private residential community that was peaceful and quiet.

Whether you're watching the sunrise paint the sky in hues of gold and pink or soaking in the tranquility of the water, every moment feels like a retreat into nature's paradise. The house itself is beautifully designed, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. It offers spacious and well-lit rooms that feel cozy yet elegant, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the vibrant local culture. The outdoor spaces are particularly delightful, with terraces or gardens where you can unwind and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature.

Un lugar tranquilo para descansar.

Stayed here for 2 weeks co-working with a travel buddy and it was great! The location is outside of the busy, touristy area, so it’s quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to cafes for better WiFi when working during the day! The hosts were responsive and helpful. The decor is nice and the beds are super comfy! There is nowhere to store your clothes or other items. Make sure you check out the pizza place right next door that has live music and a really neat, intimate vibe.

this place was amazing. exactly as described and very clean and tidy. we felt very at home! not necessarily an issue but just putting it out there that there are some dogs that bark quite at you quite a lot if you are trying to walk past them at night which was a bit scary but didn’t alter our stay at all:) definitely worth the price and would stay here again.

Sin duda alguna es el Airbnb que mas cómodo me he sentido, la casa esta muy bien equipada, hay espacio para todos, el área verde es fantástica y Amarilis siempre estuvo muy atenta, fue parte vital para que nuestra estadía fuera aun mejor, muchas gracias por sus atenciones!! Hermosa casa en Santiago Atitlán con vista de la terraza al volcán San Pedro. Cada detalle de la casa está cuidado , es funcional , acogedora , amplia , impecable. Tienes muchas cosas para hacer : sauna , tomar sol y nadar en el lago, tomar una lancha para ir a alguno de los pueblitos . Susan es muy amable , precisa con las introducciones , José , que cuida la casa es muy agradable y comprometido con su trabajo. Es una casa para quedarse en una larga estancia , porque puedes relajarte realmente . Gracias Susan por compartir tu casa ! Mil por ciento recomendable .

Las fotos coincidían con la belleza del lugar. mí. Ster rondman fue bastante atento. La. finca era demasiado hermosa. La piscina estaba muy bien y el jacuzzi era bello Mister Rodman fue bastante atento. en la localidad, estaba muy bien amueblada.

Se encuentra en una zona residencial muy bonita, llena de naturaleza. La casa es preciosa, cómoda y tiene todos los servicios que se necesitan para una estadía cómoda. Nos sentimos muy amenos y la anfitriona siempre fue amable y tuvimos adecuada comunicación.

The place is in a safely gated community which is 5 min to the parks and about 15 min to downtown Reu. Great location. The house has a beautiful pool which we really enjoyed with a bbq area. Another highlight is each room in the house has its own bathroom so that we don’t have to share bathroom. Gorgeous kitchen as well equipped with everything. We definitely will stay here again.

La casa es preciosa, espaciosa muy limpia y muy bien cuidada, la atención de Patty muy buena y el señor Santos y sus hijos muy amables, las vistas desde la casa son hermosas, el lugar es muy tranquilo, definitivamente volveré en otra ocasión

Excelente lugar, la casa es hermosa nos brindó lo necesario para que nuestra estadía fuera estupenda, la ubicación es céntrica y segura. Miguel estuvo atento previo al viaje para dar las indicaciones y contactos necesarios, sin duda si vuelvo a ir a San Felipe me hospedaría de nuevo acá.

One of my favorite places to stay in San Pedro. Once if the most beautiful homes with so many places to hang out and enjoy. Best location in San Pedro, amazing and responsive owners, and a fully equipped and comfortable place to call home while away. Thank you for my 3rd visit and I promise I'll be back again.
