Kleines süßes Apartment im Herzen San Pedros. Die Wohnung ist etwas weiter weg von "Gringotown" am Hafen (5 Gehminuten entfernt), aber die fehlende Seesicht wird durch die viel interessantere Sicht von der Terrasse direkt auf den lieb gestalteten Park vor der Hauptkirche kompensiert. außerdem ist das gute Streetfood um die Ecke und man kriegt etwas mehr vom normalen Treiben in dieser kleinen Seestadt mit. Die Unterkunft ist einfach aber hat alles was man braucht, das Internet ist auch ziemlich schnell, falls man etwas Arbeit zu tun hat. San Pedro hat grundsätzlich zwei Gesichter (das touristische und das lokale) und uns hat das zweite sehr gut gefallen. Darüber hinaus kommt aber auch das Naturerlebnis mit den kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten und sehr guten Kayaks nicht zu kurz. unbedingte Empfehlung ist es auch, in der Früh einen der coolen US Schulbusse nach Santa Clara zu nehmen und dort einen privaten Aufstieg zum Rostro Maya zu wagen: tolle Aussicht, sehr freundliches Dörfchen

My friends and I had the best time at this airbnb. We loved it so much we wanted to spend all the time here. The space was more than enough for 9 of us. This place has so many amenities we felt like we had something to do all the time, especially the lake access in the backyard. We spent most of our time swimming in the lake and jumping from the pier. Also the heated swimming pool with a gorgeous view was perfect to relax after swimming in cold lake water. Adolfo was very helpful and responsive. Very grateful for salvador, rosa and bella for making us food and getting us anything we wanted from the town. They made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. Hope to be back here soon :)

Gonna was an incredible host! When we arrived (which was earlier than check in), she allowed us to drop off our luggage while we went to go explore the lake and take a trip into Panajachel. The house was beautiful and whenever we needed something, sure enough, there was already printed instructions at the house for help. If we had any questions she was super attentive and responded in a timely manner. We used her recommended private driver, Erick, and he too was incredible. He accommodated all of us very nicely and even gave recs around the Lake and in Antigua. Overall an amazing experience.

I totally recommend staying at this house, the sauna was great and also it was very peaceful since it’s a big house surrounded by nature. Everything was clean and Ricardo was always willing to help. Also the host and the co-host were very friendly and proactive willing to help with everything.

The beds are very comfortable, we had a lovely stay here in San Pedro thanks to Borris !

Amazingly beautiful place, also there’s a lot of stairs to get to the house but every single spot along the way up is beautiful for pictures. Totally worth it!!!

Beautiful cottage in the village of Santiago. The place was super clean and the views were amazing. The restaurant and lake amenities were a very nice bonus. The town of Santiago is wonderful. Gonna communicated quickly with us and made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. And having Erick arrange our taxi pickup and drop off was a breeze. Definitely recommend this haven if you’re staying on Lake Atitlan.

Un lugar muy agradable, ideal para descansar en familia y disfrutar del uno de los lagos más bellos. La atención muy buena, amables, atentos. Cerca del pueblo, le jacuzzi se puede disfrutar a toda hora. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme allí.

We had a lovely and relaxing time at the cottage. The garden is lovely, with colibris regularly coming by. The cottage itself is clean and cozy. Santiago is a town were you have less restaurants/cafés than for example San Pedro or Panajachel, but you'll get a very local experience which is also nice. Gonna is a very kind host who responds quickly to any needs you may have.

A mi familia y a mi nos encanto esta propiedad. Fueron muy atentos, las vistas eran espectaculares y todo era muy tranquilo. Los dueños son unas personas muy serviciales y amables. Además tienen a un señor que nos ayudó en todo y estuvo muy pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitamos. Sin duda vamos a regresar.

Excelente lugar para poder descansar y disfrutar del Lago en Santiago Atitlán. Es un hospedaje muy organizado, encontrarás contactos por si requieres apoyo con limpieza, mantenimiento o cualquier otro tipo de apoyo. Totalmente satisfecho y totalmente recomendado!

Stunning property with an even better view. Ample space, felt so private, but still easily walkable to Santiago and tons of transport options. Nobody wanted to leave the house while we were there though because it was so nice. The private dock was a great swim and relax spot, and a couple kayaks too. Kitchen has all the basics for a big group, although no food at all and had to buy extra drinking water too. More than one key would have been helpful. But it was amazing, a beautiful place that was so perfect for us and I’d love to be able to go again. Happy new year

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property - the shared facilities are really lovely and the onsite restaurant was very handy. It's a short walk or tuk tuk into town. It was a pleasure to meet Gonna and her husband and they were very helpful with many recommendations. The cottage had everything we needed for a short stay, for us we also very much appreciated the secure car parking. We really enjoyed our stay.

La ksita es tal cual se promociona. un alojamiento muy bonito con mucha libertad y facilidades, como fogata y kayak sin costo. El área de cocina al área libre es muy agradable y permite compartir con familia en un lugar bonito. La playa puede mejorar en cuanto a limpieza. También el último tramo de acceso es difícil de transitar por la poca señalización. Sin embargo el lugar vale la pena y vale lo que se paga. Lo recomiendo.

Great place! A little bit away from the town-so getting a tuk tuk can be a little challenging but not too hard. Place was clean and unique! Luis was great at communicating!!

This place was absolutely amazing! You can feel the love they put into it! Everyone was so humble, welcoming, and kind! We even had a tour of the farm with Mateo one morning which was the cutest thing ever(must do). The rental was very clean and ready to go. If we needed anything, a text or private message and they got back to us right away! Food was amazing, waitress was amazing. We didn’t even need to leave for anything the couple days we were there! So much to do, so much to see! Jetski ride out to the lake, also a must do! Thanks guys!! * It is definitely worth the trip *

Such a beautiful house, with stunning views. The location offers a peaceful environment and is a real escape. Cerro de Oro doesn’t offer volvano views, but it’s got direct access to the lake; the water was so clean and pleasant to swim in. The house is a little old, but that’s not a problem. Great value overall. Don Martin, the person on hand was always helpful.

Muy lindo lugar, con todo lo necesario para pasarla genial. Tiene varios servicios incluidos, lo cual hace que valga la pena el precio que se paga, ya que puede usarse la bañera de piedra, el jacuzzi, shala de yoga, piscina, sauna, restaurante y el acceso al lago con muelle propio. La pasamos muy bien en este alojamiento, gracias por hospedarnos.
