We had an absolutely amazing staying! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The host was incredible—one of the most helpful and kind people I’ve ever met. They provided clear instructions and always being available if we had any questions. Their hospitality truly made our experience even better. The location was perfect—convenient to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities worked perfectly. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate—it’s truly a fantastic experience! We would love to stay here again in the future.

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

We loved our apartment, in a nice location, the views were incredible, easy to find, with a nice kitchen, bathroom and very comfortable bed, the terrace was great with amazing view from there. The host were very nice and approachable. I highly recommend this place for everything what it is offered !

Beautiful views of Lake Atitlan! Penthouse on the top floor was beautiful. Room was clean, ceiling fan kept the room cool when we had hot weather. Bathroom is shared with other room on your floor, they only provide enough towels for one room, so maybe bring towels. The kitchen & water is located in the top floor, so expect some flights of stairs if you want to cook a meal or get thirsty. Pro-tip: pack light as the walkway to the hotel is fairly steep. Overall, it’s a great stay for the amount of money paid and the host always got back to us about any issues. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Very clean and quaint. perfect space for one person, great location close to everything. I liked everything about this place. Darcey was very helpful and responsive. The yoga recommended with Maria was a wonderful practice. Def recommend this place

Hermosa casa en Santiago Atitlán con vista de la terraza al volcán San Pedro. Cada detalle de la casa está cuidado , es funcional , acogedora , amplia , impecable. Tienes muchas cosas para hacer : sauna , tomar sol y nadar en el lago, tomar una lancha para ir a alguno de los pueblitos . Susan es muy amable , precisa con las introducciones , José , que cuida la casa es muy agradable y comprometido con su trabajo. Es una casa para quedarse en una larga estancia , porque puedes relajarte realmente . Gracias Susan por compartir tu casa ! Mil por ciento recomendable .

Really nice place to stay, it was organized and clean. It also had a beautiful view. Adolfo was great at responding our messages really fast! Would totally stay at Adolfo’s again.

It was such a beautiful place! with 3 different levels so be ready to go up some stairs. there's a few stairs before arriving to the airbnb but it was worth it. it was about 20 to 25 minutes from panajachel. I'd definitely come back.

Buena ubicación, las fotos son precisas, después de viajes tan largos para llegar es reconfortante que las camas sean de excelente calidad y buen tamaño para un descanso placentero, el irtra super cerca, el pueblo para abastecer también, la piscina grande acompañada de una pérgola cómoda y muy funcional que por la noche es bien iluminada, ideal para reuniones familiares o amigos. Sofía siempre muy atenta y accesible. super recomendada !!!

I totally recommend staying at this house, the sauna was great and also it was very peaceful since it’s a big house surrounded by nature. Everything was clean and Ricardo was always willing to help. Also the host and the co-host were very friendly and proactive willing to help with everything.
