Tanias Wohnung ist zwar nicht im historischen Zentrum Sucres, aber dafür sehr gemütlich und trotzdem interessant gelegen, direkt am Bauernmarkt Mercado San Antonio, ein toller Ort. Vor allem die schöne Terasse lädt jeden Abend dazu ein, den Sonnenuntergang über Sucre zu genießen. Tania ist super nett, antwortet schnell, hilft bei allen Problemen und gibt viele Tipps zu Unternehmungen und Restaurants. Sie ist außerdem Spanischlehrerin und es gibt die Möglichkeit, direkt bei ihr im oberen Stockwerk einen Spanischkurs zu machen. Ich hatte eine sehr gute Zeit in der schönen Wohnung und kann es sehr empfehlen!

Dom jest bardzo duzy ma wiele pomieszczeń i pokoi. Przed domem jest malutkie patio. Dom jest blisko historycznego centrum oraz Recoleta. Blisko są sklepy. Minusem jest dość mały parking bo stoi na podjeździe już jeden pick up i wjechać drugim w naszym przypadku trzeba trochę się namęczyć. Jak się ma dużo bagażu nei jest to optymalne rozwiązanie. Drugie auto należy do rodziny właściciela domu, która mieszka w domu przylegającym do tego który wynajmowaliśmy. Auto trzeba też czasem przestawić kiedy drugi pojazd chce wyjechać. Pobyt był krótki ale bardzo przyjemny gdyż właściciel i jego rodzina są bardzo pomocni.

Fue muy lindo volver a la casa de Miguel. Camas muy cómodas y la casa muy espaciosa. Los anfitriones son muy amables. Sirve muy bien para compartir entre amigos.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter le centre ville, il est spacieux, super bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire. Nous recommandons a 100%.

jestem zachwycony tym obiektem. położony blisko historycznego centrum (można dojść spacerem), a jednocześnie jest to miejsce ustronne i spokojne. Posiada osobne wejście, co zapewnia prywatność i komfort. Cisza, spokój, wygoda, idealne miejsce do wypoczynku i pracy. Do dyspozycji gości jest całkowicie wyodrębniona przestrzeń prywatna złożona z salonu, kuchni, sypialni, prywatnej łazienki oraz pięknego patio z grillem. Podczas pobutu czułem się doskonale, bardzo wygodnie i komfortowo. Gorąco polecam. Gospodyni jest bardzo przyjazna, pomocna i otwarta na potrzeby gości.

Le logement proposé par Milena est très agréable à vivre, la vue est super jolie. Milena a également été à l'écoute de mes besoins et très arrangeante lors de mon arrivée et départ, un grand merci !

Wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated—with a great kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, comfy bed, and a washing machine. Just 3 houses away from the Mercado Poconas, an indoor, extremely clean market, making grocery shopping super convenient. There are also a few local restaurants, a juice shop, and even a tailor in the market. Plus, the Spanish school, El Camino, is only 5 minutes away, which was perfect for my partner. As a digital nomad, I found a lovely co-working space/café called Coffee Bike about 20 minutes on foot near the main square—great spot to work from! The location is peaceful yet close to the city center. The hosts, a lovely grandmother and her daughter, live next door and went above and beyond, even keeping our things after checkout time. The hospitality was incredible. Felt like home—highly recommend!

This apartment is perfect for a few days away or longer in Sucre. Every room is really spacious, bed was comfy, shower was good, washing machine was a bonus and the kitchen meant we could cook and couple of our own meals (fairly well equipped). The location is perfect, only a 10 min walk to the Plaza 25 de Mayo and a big supermarket (SAS), short walk to recoletta, just next door to the cultural centre. The only issue arose with the building security and their confusion/willingness to store our luggage as we had a very early bus into Sucre and a very late bus out. Estafania worked hard to help us to a solution. She was a great host

Enjoyed our stay. It’s on a very busy street and opposite the main market which could be quite crowded at times, but the apartment itself was surprisingly quiet and very relaxing. Could do with a few more items in the kitchen and maybe a bit pricey for Sucre, but very comfortable bed and otherwise a great stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. C’était très propre et bien équipé. L’hôte est très gentil et flexible sur les horaires. Le logement est situé à 30min à pied du centre ville mais plusieurs bus passent dans le quartier pour 2bobs. Nous pouvons que vous recommander ce logement ! :)

Si vas a Sucre y no te alojaras en un Hostal, no sigas buscando, definitivamente debes quedarte en el lugar de Ximena, es hermoso, cómodo y muy confortable, definitivamente si tengo la oportunidad deseo volver a hospedarme en este lugar. Esta cerca a todo y a todos, por ello, no tengo palabras para describir lo bien que pase en este espacio. Muchas gracias por permitirme quedarme en este lugar.

La estadía fue agradable y tranquilo. El dueño es muy amable y comprensivo, estaba atento a las necesidades y predispuesto a apoyar, siendo flexible con el horario de ingreso y salida del departamento. ¡¡¡ Gracias por su hospitalidad !!!

Nossa estadia foi simplesmente perfeita! A localização é excelente, proporcionando tranquilidade e privacidade. A casa é espaçosa, com janelas amplas que oferecem uma vista otims da cidade. A limpeza impecável e a atenção da equipe superaram nossas expectativas. Sempre que precisamos, fomos prontamente atendidos. Agradecemos imensamente pela hospitalidade!

L’appartement est génial, il est composé de tous ce que vous avez besoin pour de long ou court séjour. Il n’est pas dans le centre de la ville, il faut marcher 15-20 min mais ça se fait facilement. L’hôte a été réactif à chaque demande. L’appartement est propre et il doit être calme quand il n’y a pas les travaux dans le bâtiment à côté.

La principal característica de este dpto es su vista panorámica de la ciudad. Los ambientes son cómodos; sin embargo creo que la relación costo beneficio no guarda relación

Le séjour fut très agréable, Milton très réactif et très à l'écoute de notre problématique de départ avec les sacs à dos. Sa famille tient l'épicerie juste à côté et donc toujours disponible pour nous aider. Je recommande vivement !
