Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und alle Gegenstände sind neuwertig und von hoher Qualität. Gemütliche Betten zum Entspannen. Gemütliche Sofas laden dazu ein, auch mal einen Abend Zuhause zu verbringen. Man fühlt sich schnell wie Zuhause. Die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein. Das Geschirr und die Stühle und der Tisch sind ebenfalls hochwertig. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert: Checkin und -out sowie die Kommunikation mit Juan Pablo und Tatiana. Die Lage ist perfekt und es ist trotzdem ruhig. Ich vermute, dass es eine der schönsten Airbnb-Wohnungen in Sucre ist. Vielen Dank Juan Pablo und Tatiana!

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist sehr sauber und man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Die Lage (gegenüber Mercado Central) ist fantastisch und trotz regem Treiben draußen, aufgrund von Innenhoflage sehr ruhig. Die Korrespondenz mit Juan war makellos. Am Tag des Check-Outs ließ er uns die nicht zum Apt. gehörenden Gemeinschaftsbereiche seiner anderen Unterkunft (direkt neben dem Apt.) mit nutzen. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit im Apt. Danke!

Well priced stunning colonial styled apartment in the heart of Sucre Old Town. Juan communicated well and was very responsive and flexible - we were grateful for our late check out. Would definitely recommend this place!

I’ve had many great stays through Airbnb – but Micky is in a league of his own. He’s not just a host, he’s a truly special human being. A kind, funny, loving soul who takes care of everything with such genuine warmth and attention. From the very beginning, I felt more like I was visiting a friend than staying with a host. We laughed so much together, and I just loved his vibe – he’s creating something really beautiful here, and you can feel it in every detail. The room itself is spotless and cozy, everything feels fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and the bed... oh wow. Best sleep I’ve had in all of South America, hands down. Yes, you hear a bit of the city around – but somehow, this place still felt like a peaceful little oasis to me. A perfect space to recharge and breathe. Thank you, Micky – I’m really grateful for this stay, and I’ll be carrying it with me for a long time. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Good location in the centre of Sucre

Dom jest bardzo duzy ma wiele pomieszczeń i pokoi. Przed domem jest malutkie patio. Dom jest blisko historycznego centrum oraz Recoleta. Blisko są sklepy. Minusem jest dość mały parking bo stoi na podjeździe już jeden pick up i wjechać drugim w naszym przypadku trzeba trochę się namęczyć. Jak się ma dużo bagażu nei jest to optymalne rozwiązanie. Drugie auto należy do rodziny właściciela domu, która mieszka w domu przylegającym do tego który wynajmowaliśmy. Auto trzeba też czasem przestawić kiedy drugi pojazd chce wyjechać. Pobyt był krótki ale bardzo przyjemny gdyż właściciel i jego rodzina są bardzo pomocni.

Isabel et sa mère sont adorables, toujours de bon conseil et extrêmement accueillantes! Et préparent un délicieux leche de tigre (boisson bolivienne bue notamment pendant le carnaval) La chambre est petite mais bien équipée (frigidaire et bouilloire), ce qui est très pratique. La douche électrique est bien chaude. La maison est très proche du terminal et à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre historique.

Beautiful space and fab location. Only a 10 minute walk to Plaza de Mayo, with lots in between, and two great ice cream shops on the doorstep. The home was clean and well maintained. Lovely patio. Great place to relax.

Alojamiento muy cómodo, con acceso al centro de la ciudad y lugares para comer, muy limpio o ordenado, horas de llegada y salida accesibles. Fabi una excelente anfitriona.

El departamento es muy bonito y acogedor. La zona es buena, a cinco minutos de la plaza principal. El anfitrión estuvo siempre atento a cualquier requerimiento.

Es war super! Besonders hat uns gefallen, das alles so schön sauber war. Auch die Betten, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, alles war perfekt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich und freundlich von Celia begrüßt. Sie war während des gesamten Aufenthalts immer für uns da. Hat immer innerhalb von 2 Minuten reagiert und hat dafür gesorgt, das es uns gut geht. Alleine wegen ihr und Ihrer Herzlichkeit werden wir bein nächsten Besuch in Sucre wieder diese Wohnung bei Paul buchen. Danke nochmals an Celia

Milton was very responsive and helpful, and even let us check in a few hours early when the apartment was ready as we arrived off a night bus. His parents live in one of the other apartments and owned a shop above the apartments and were very helpful and always on hand. The only improvement would’ve been a drying rack for the dishes as we had to lay a towel out on the counter top to let the dishes dry on. Overall a lovely stay.
