Victoria’s house was beautiful, and perfect for our 2 families (8 people in total!) The wood burner was a lovely addition in the cold evenings. Bedrooms were an ideal layout for us and having 3 bathrooms was great and extremely helpful. The kitchen was stunning with fully equipped cupboards with everything needed. Very detailed information on house rules and expectations. Victoria was a perfect host and was very responsive to any questions. I didn’t have any issues for her to resolve as the house was perfect. The location was great for us as all the outings we had planned were a car drive away, we did go on a walk that was detailed in the information folder that was in the house, it was a lovely 2hrs in the countryside and something we wouldn’t have known had Victoria not put it in there. The local pub which is as 1 min walk did a lovely meal and Sunday roast. I would highly recommend this property, and Victoria as a host was amazing.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The views were breathtaking, and the log fire added such a cosy touch—it made the whole experience even more special. The beds were super comfortable too, which is a big deal for a picky sleeper like me! A short walk takes you to the beach, where you’ll find an incredible waterfall—such a hidden gem. Su & Mike made everything so easy with detailed directions, maps, and super helpful information. All in all, a fantastic place for a peaceful getaway. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family looking for a relaxing weekend escape!

Amazing place! Valentina went above and beyond in responding to us when we had a issue with the rental car place being closed on our arrival to Cardiff. Perfect spot to drive into Cardiff for the day or travel up north to explore waterfalls! She was very helpful in her recommendations as well.

We found the cottage well-equipped and cosy, and it was a relaxing place to be. Our hosts were helpful and responsive, and we had everything we needed. It was a lovely place and one we would visit again if in the area.

We had a lovely stay for a few nights. It wasn't great weather, so the little games room on site was very useful to entertain the kids. Great, quiet, countryside location but not too far from pubs etc. The barn had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Cardiff. The Coachhouse was in a superb location between the city centre and Cardiff Bay. We visited the castle, the national museum, Cardiff Bay, Millenium Centre. There was a fabulous walk to Penarth and we ended with a tour of the Principality Stadium. We would love to come back again.

What can I say except I will definitely be back in contact again with James to stay in his beautiful house the next time I visit Cheltenham. A perfect stay in a perfect location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful family weekend at Noel’s beautiful home on the water. It’s a very comfortable, cosy and well-equipped space with the most incredible view from the living area and kitchen. The house is brilliant for families and family get-togethers, with a super fun bedroom for kids. A great place to stay in the Cotswolds, surrounded by many lakes.

Very respectful and warm upon greeting. Lovely tidy little place with all the amenities you'll need for a stay that has you feeling like you're right at home. Plenty to see and do in not only the town it's in, but public transport nearby can take you to neighbouring towns and cities quickly. Every aspect of my stay was 10/10 and I highly recommend this place as a great stay! Thank you.
