We spent a whole summer in this lovely apartment, and we had such a good time. Petra and Kurt were exceptionally generous and we appreciate it very much. We felt so at home that we were sad to leave. The house itself is clean, tidy and organized and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed and pull-out sofa were very comfortable, the shower is spacious and the water flow is perfect. Very close to the house there are beautiful walking/biking trails. Thank you so much, Kurt and Petra, for a wonderful summer.

Yuliya's Place is just great! It's very spacious, very bright, very quiet, and well equipped! There are two balconies, two bathrooms, two toilettes and a great kitchen. So its perfect for two couples but also a small group. the communication went very well and Yuliya responded immediately. THANK YOU!

Very pleasant stay. Large and quiet apartment. Good restful sleeping. Kitchen equipped. You have all you need. Just a few steps from the very center of town. All services around. Easy to reach. Good app to lock the apartment door. Good Wi-Fi. Recommended!!

nos quedamos por casi 3 semanas, el departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una buena estadia, Georg siempre preocupado de sus inquilinos y la ubicacion es buena, lo recomiendo.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend von Graz, ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral. Sie ist großzügiger geschnitten, als es auf den Fotos aussieht sowie gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse. Ameli ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die immer ansprechbar war und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Genau wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen nett und der Checkin als auch die Kommunikation perfekt und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank 🙏

Einfach nur ein traumhaftes Haus. Sehr schön und sauber. Die Landschaft rundherum und der Pool sind einfach nur ein Grund mehr dieses Haus zu buchen. Danke Sandro :)

Sehr schönes Haus ohne direkte Nachbarn nähe des Semmerings. Optimal ein paar Tage die Ruhe zu genießen oder Wandern zu gehen (waren im Sommer dort). Wir waren 10 Freunde und auch das war für die Gastgeber:innen kein Problem. so wurde uns alles gut erklärt und das Haus auch nochmal vor unserer Ankunft gegenfecheckt. Auch beim Check-in und Check-out war man flexibel. Rundum waren wir happy und es entsprach unseren Vorstellungen :)

Amazing place, looks like a little palace, I can't imagine a better choice especially for this price. The host was amazing, fluently speaking English, polish, Czech and who knows how many languages more! Staying here felt like home thanks to host's service. And on top of that,there was a delightfull dog called Archibald - he just can't wait to give you all of his love!

The surroundings are beautiful and the hosts are very welcoming! Villa filou is charming and full of vibrant decorations. Would highly recommend :)

Also die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt, in einem ruhigen Gebiet und der Gastgeber war mega freundlich. Ich würde sie sofort jedem empfehlen und bin noch immer fasziniert von der Preis-Leistung. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Great bed, great sleep. The place is quiet, almost without people. ( 1st Advent weekend)! The apartments in the houses are different and have big differences in reconstruction and equipment. Attila is beautifully clean, great mattresses. The weather did not allow sitting outside but some pieces of furniture are old, worn out, the fridge did not cool very well, the kitchen equipment was not for full-fledged cooking. The TV in our particular apartment was small, not like in the photos. But we were very satisfied because it is close to the thermal baths, which can be reached on foot and the price is great. We spent the evenings with friends who had a large apartment nearby for more people. We would definitely like to come back in the spring. Some apartments already have boxes where you leave the keys, it makes it a lot easier. Thank you for your willingness to leave the keys in the apartment and not have to go to the village to the reception, so you can still use your last day at the spa.

Mein Aufenthalt in der Südsteiermark war einfach traumhaft! Die Region ist perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und zu entspannen. Besonders mit meinem Hund war es ein wahres Paradies – viel Natur, herrliche Spazierwege und eine Atmosphäre, die zum Durchatmen einlädt. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend – sanfte Hügel, Weinberge und eine Ruhe, die man selten findet. Unsere Unterkunft war ebenfalls ein Highlight: sehr gemütlich und einladend. Wir haben uns von Anfang an unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt Elisabeth, der Gastgeberin. Sie war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit und stand mir bei Bedarf immer zur Seite. Ich kann die Südsteiermark jedem empfehlen, der eine Auszeit in einer wunderschönen Gegend sucht, ob mit Hund oder ohne. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
