Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Julia ist sehr verlässlich, freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Self check- in, check- out funktioniert super! Danke schön! Beim nächsten Mal buchen wir wieder bei Julia:)

Obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben, war alles perfekt vorbereitet und die Kommunikation mit Nadja war problemlos und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderbaren Dachgeschosswohnung und haben die Zeit in Graz sehr genossen!

The place was very spacious and it was located very centrally which made it super easy to get to places. We were provided with everything that we needed for our long term stay (1 month). Christoph himself was very responsive and always available if we needed anything. Can definitely recommend this place!

We stayed for a few days in Martin's apartement and it was perfect. The location is near the center with a great public transport connection. In front of the house you have a supermarket and an delicious italian restaurant. the apartement was clean and warm with a lot of space for our family of three

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und super ausgestattet - hat wirklich alles, was man überhaupt brauchen könnte! Die Lage ist optimal: man ist schnell in der Stadt, auf der Autobahn etc., sehr praktisch: Supermarkt und Pizzeria im gleichen Gebäudekomplex, nicht nur für Gassigeher: sehr schöner Spazierweg auf den gegenüberliegenden Berg. Check in /out funktioniert perfekt!

Great apartment very close to Graz center. Adriana was very responsive and allowed us an early check in, going out of her way to meet us. The apartment is incredibly nice, all completely updated and like new. We also used the sofa mattress, which was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The parking in the courtyard was also very convenient, and there was always a spot available. I'd recommend to anyone traveling to Graz!

Die Unterkunft war groß, Sauber und schön eingerichtet , Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Es hat alles gut geklappt, es gibt auch Video wie man zum Apartment und Tiefgarage findet das ist echt toll und hilfreich.

This Airbnb truly felt like home, and that’s the best way we can describe it. Out of all the places we’ve stayed, this one stands out the most. Barbara & Rainer are incredibly kind and caring. we had meaningful conversations and deep, soul nourishing talks that we’ll never forget. They went above and beyond to help us and made us feel like part of their family. It’s rare to find a place that holds both comfort and connection, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Wir haben hier 6 wunderbar entspannte und schöne Tage verbracht und das Haus mit Garten in vollen Zügen genossen! Die private Sauna ist ein echtes Highlight, genauso wie die gemütliche Fensterbank von der aus wir gerne die Sonnenuntergänge beobachtet haben. Wer einen ruhigen erholsamen Rückzugsort mit toller Umgebung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

It was a great few days. Perfect place, close to all Wexl as well as to Monichkirchen. The building is huge, everything is very clean :) and the table football is just a very good extra for spending some time during evenings 💪🏽

Just like the first time, work brought us back to this area, and as soon as we saw that Marcus's accommodation was available, there was no hesitation. The house offers plenty of bedrooms, wide space, and additional amenities. It truly has everything we needed. Once again, communication and arrangements with Marcus were smooth, and everything was settled quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Astrid ist eine großartige Gastgeberin – herzlich, aufmerksam und mit liebevollen Details, wie den frischen Eiern vom eigenen Hof, die sie uns vorbeigebracht hat. Das Apartment ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber sehr gepflegt, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Nähe zur Therme Loipersdorf war für uns ideal, da wir entspannt anreisen und den Thermenbesuch stressfrei genießen konnten, ohne früh aus Wien losfahren oder spät abends zurückmüssen zu müssen. Als kleine Geste haben wir ein paar zusätzliche Kaffepads dagelassen – bei uns wären sie sonst ungenutzt geblieben. Im Sommer könnten wir uns gut vorstellen, etwas länger zu bleiben und dann auch den Badeteich im Ort zu nutzen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder – danke, liebe Astrid!

Vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. :) Die Unterkunft ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, wir wurden im Vorfeld mit allen Infos versorgt, die wir brauchten. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und haben und mit wifi usw schnell weitergeholfen.

Gyönyörű új építésű lakás, tiszta és rendezett, mindennel felszerelt! Jól kommunikáló házigazda, figyelmes és rugalmas! Szívesen megyünk máskor is!

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar und die Lage prima, um die Altstadt von dort zu Fuß zu erkunden. Einzige Schwierigkeit ist, daß in der Zufahrtsstraße nur zu ganz bestimmten Zeiten am Tag mit dem Auto gehalten werden kann, was beim Ent- und Beladen von größerem Gepäck dann genauere Planung erfordert. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert!

The Place was clean and looked like the pictures, the check in was easy and the hosts responded quickly. The interior was Very pleasant and their were yoga mats and board games provided. Perfect for short trips. 😊

Love the spacious flat. Beautifully decorated and just right for my wife and three daughters. We loved the space as a jump off point for adventures and really appreciated that there was enough room to chill, relax and feel at home too. Perfect location, big awesome TV (we watched a movie). The host is great, friendly and responsive.

Ich war zum ersten mal bei Martin und es hat absolut alles gepasst. Das Zimmer ist so wie auf den Fotos, klein aber für 1 Person absolut ausreichend. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Für mich das Schönste aber war der Garten. Die Pflanzen wachsen wild, es ist nicht feinsäuberlich aufgeräumt aber nach einem Stadtbummel super zum Entspannen und Erden. Ich komme von Herzen gerne wieder.

Als zuerst einmal: Die Wohnung war toll und die Lage ein Traum. Ein toller Blick über Graz. Maria hat einen tollen Job gemacht, die Wohnung war perfekt hergerichtet. Die Klimaanlage ist an heißen Tagen wirklich ein Traum. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Graz kommen, wäre Maria wieder unsere erste Wahl. Danke nochmal

Die Unterkunft von Milena lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Apartment ist geräumig, Küche, Bad und Wohnbereich sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch die Hinterhoflage war es trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum sehr ruhig. Man findet in der nahen Umgebung leicht einen Parkplatz, den man von 20:00 bis 9:00 kostenlos nutzen kann. Sehenswürdigkeiten, gute Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind ja in Graz reichlich vorhanden. Milena ist sehr sympathisch und jederzeit für Information erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

This apartment was a wonderful place to return to each evening while I was taking a course nearby. I stayed about 2 weeks. Endless hot water and a great bath, a pretty well equipped kitchen for cooking, a bicycle, (no helmet provided), excellent heating and lots of space. A little dark inside being on the ground floor, but this didn’t bother me as I was out for most of the day at course. Close to the Augarten (park) and river, and old city. Lots of little touches that I appreciated: candles, umbrella, shoe horn, and flexible with check out time. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Thankyou for a comfortable and great stay. Highly recommended
