I was attending a course in the area and the stylish and cosy accommodation made it a super all-round experience. The heating warmed the place thoroughly within 5 minutes and all the essentials were provided.

Jordan’s place was great. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe. Jordan was very responsive and friendly, the place was clean and it was very walkable. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.

Emma and her family made my stay ultra welcoming and the place was a perfect hideaway whilst I got started with my new job. Emma was always on hand and responded to every question quickly and never made me feel like anything was an effort The place was clean, quiet and well placed for getting into London. Witham has a host of nice restaurants (El Pulpo being my fave), Freeport designer village is up the road and beautiful countryside is only 5 minutes drive. Can’t recommend the place enough and was a lovely experience from start to finish.

This was a hassle free and exceptional stay. Immaculately clean, well appointed and thoughtfully equipped tranquil space where I could relax and rest whilst working in a stressful environment in the Chelmsford Office. Such a huge improvement on a hotel. I can highly recommend this fabulous accommodation. Nita was a very, very easy host who has gone the extra mile to help people know how everything works. This is a fabulous little place to stay. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Very clean and tidy. The location is great, especially if paddling is your thing as the river is literally right on the doorstep. The view from the little garden is so beautiful.

Wonderful spacious and great communication and guide to the area. Big bed and high ceilings too! And a bottle of wine in the fridge. Great spot for a Very Peaceful Slice of Suffolk!

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

It is a cozy flat with enough space for up to 3-4 people. Can recommend it if you plan a short stop in Cambridge. Easy to find and good communication with the owner.

Our stay at Pond View was peaceful and relaxing. Access to the site was easy but secure. The accommodation was just right. And Christopher was a great host.

Interior space exceedingly well planned and furnishings comfortable. Excellent value for money. Being on a busy road was a negative point as was the smallness of the exterior space. However neither spoiled our stay and I would emphasise that the positives far outweighed the negatives and the hosts were very nice, so we would recommend

Fiona was extremely helpful when I checked in especially as I for some reason got a tad lost( I was the problem as it's easy to find) The property is an annex to a beautiful house in lovely grounds with a great field for the dog to have a run in. This is the cadilac of airbnb's, the annex has everything you could possibly need. it's immaculate, exactly as in the pictures, the bed is very comfortable and the shower room is excellent

We had a great stay, the location is beautiful in Clare, easy walk to all surrounding amenities, great pubs and park etc kitchen is good, layout is really nice and bed is comfy. Apartment gets great sun too, the only thing for us was upstairs could be quite noisy, which usually wouldn't be much bother if I was solo, but with a baby wasn't great...but it is a really good Airbnb and I still give it 5 stars.

This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed in Cambridge! The location is perfect — very central, close to the train station and within walking distance to shops and supermarkets, which made everything so convenient, especially with our 4-year-old daughter. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a five-star hotel with the warmth of home. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered. What made our stay even more special were the hosts, Angeline and Gor. They were extremely kind, friendly, empathetic, helpful, and professional. We felt genuinely cared for. They always responded quickly and were ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm and thoughtful approach made us feel completely at home — even with a young child, we were totally at ease. It’s rare to find such a beautiful home and such wonderful hosts. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cambridge.♥️

Myself and 6 girlfriends stayed in the Attic Apartment at Lanwades Hall and it was absolutely perfect for us. We all got our own rooms which was absolutely ideal for our group and the number of bathrooms and toilet were spot on. Alex the host was absolutely fantastic throughout, responsive to all questions before we arrived and was so friendly and helpful whilst we were there too, nothing was too much and the complimentary Celebrations went down a treat! :-) We could not fault the location either, it was absolutely ideal as it's just a walk away from Kennett Station so we were easily able to do a day trip into Cambridge within 30 minutes. It's also just a 10 minute taxi into Newmarket where we went for a fantastic dinner at Unico followed by cocktails and a live singer at a fantastic bar called Gee Gee's. If you were going to the races then it would also be perfect. Thanks so much Alex for everything, we expect to return again.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the city centre, public transport, and local amenities. Christopher and Sheena were fantastic hosts—responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful. They ensured everything was in place for a comfortable stay and were always available for any queries. The apartment itself was modern and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a long stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, and the overall atmosphere was cosy and quiet, making it ideal for both work and relaxation. Was travelling for work, amazing place to stay, close to local shops, pub, take aways, supermarkets 5min away by car, was very satisfied

Perfect host, very accommodating and responsive and friendly. Also respectful and not intrusive. The place was just as we had hoped and met our needs. Parking spaces outside. Great communication. Would recommend and stay again if we need accommodation in the area again.
