Everything was amazing the house was like the photos,a lot of toys for kids and books,5 min from the beach..Andzelika was very helpful and nice..

A wonderful property with a spectacular sea view! Very comfortable accommodation on a well-kept, quiet site. We loved sitting out on the deck listening to the waves lapping the beach and the birds singing in the trees. We found some wonderful walking trails right from the site which gave us Nightingales and Turtle Doves - such awesome birds to hear. We cannot wait to return!

We loved everything about the Blue House and look forward to staying again in the future. It was perfect. Special thanks to Vicky and Eva for our welcome gift, very thoughtful of you.

Wonderful stay, accommodation is homely and comfortable, big enough for 2 adults + 4 children, main attraction is being able to get from house to beach in 30 seconds! Wonderful wildlife, and Claire is great with communications and really helpful. You won't regret booking this place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fabulous little chalet. It’s equipped with everything you need, with good quality and comfortable beds and furniture. Great location on the park, all the amenities very near by, including the car park. Excellent communication from the host, very helpful and responsive. Thank you for allowing us to stay at Church View. The bungalow was everything we wanted for a short stay during the end of October, very clean, warm and with a safe garden for our dog. Very peaceful location with plenty of walks not only in the countryside but also on the beach. Stargazing from the back garden was truly amazing! Thank you.

Very comfortable place with all the essentials. Especially loved the sun room. lovely place to relax and read. close enough to the Broads where you can do boat trips and got to take in a show on Cromer pier which was excellent! A beautiful sandy beach a 5 min walk away. Will definitely come back. The road to the house has pot holes but fine if you drive slowly. lovely area of the country.

Thank you Janet for hosting the most wonderful stay! The cottage is clean, cosy and beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful details. It was the perfect location for scenic walks - our favourite being the close walk around Flatford Mill. Plenty of local friendly pubs around too. Janet is one of the kindest hosts, thank you for making us feel so at home!!

This was our second stay with David, and as per last time the annexe was absolutely spotless, the kettle completely free of limescale and the cooker and amenities are also clean and fresh. it’s a bright area with lots of light, snacks and drinks for arrival and our own key to go in and out with the dog as we please, the bed is super comfy also. David and his wife are very friendly and responsive but respect our privacy and are not intrusive. It’s a short walk to the beach which we love. We will be back. Thankyou.

Many thanks to Roy and his family for the lovely stay. If you have to attend a wedding at the Woodhall Manor, then this is THE accommodation you need. The self check-in is flexible and Roy is always happy to help. The location is only a few minutes away from the Manor, and also from the Woodbridge station. Roy and his family are also genuinely adorable people. I could only recommend and hope I can stay again very soon!

Wonderful lodge. Great communication from Mary and David . Private, peaceful, clean with plenty of room. Felt at home straight away with great personal touches. Totally recommend.

Extremely lovely place, great in closed garden and amazing hot tub!! It is such a peaceful area and amazing little stay!!!

Phil was a lovely host, friendly and knowledgeable. She had made fresh scones for our arrival, and a bottle of wine in the fridge. She advised us on possible walks we may enjoy, she recommended where to park in Southwold. We would definitely recommend Phils lovely peaceful accommodation.

Absolutely fantastic stay for me and my children. Wonderful property for young families. Sand pit in the garden for the kids and patio doors to open the space up. Louie was helpful but in no way intrusive. One of the best stays we have had as a family!
