Staying at Matt’s place was an absolute pleasure. We found Matt to be friendly, quick to respond & very helpful with suggestions of what was worth a visit in the area. During our short stay we managed most of them & more. The accommodation was perfect for us, clean, spacious, bright, all on one level, parking at the property & peaceful. We were very grateful for the welcome supplies which were thoughtfully left for us. We have family in the area & this made the perfect base. We still have a lot to explore in Norfolk so no doubt we shall return & would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.

Great value for money accommodation in a quiet rural location but close enough to pubs and public transport. Good location for exploring the wider area by car, bicycle or train.

We had a lovely stay here, we were attending a wedding and so didn’t get to make the most of the beautiful location. The annex is separate to the main house, is exceptionally clean, access to the garden was via large bi fold doors to the back with a lovely garden and scenery to enjoy a morning coffee. Arrived to the log burner lit and the house ready for us. Tea/coffee and fresh milk had been left which was gratefully received. The kitchen well stocked for cooking and everywhere clean and tidy. Hosts were so friendly and great at communicating quickly, next time we are travelling in the area would definitely stay here. Can recommend in the summer for the peace of countryside with a pub a short walk away, or a cosy retreat in the winter.

All good! Suited our needs very well. Lovely quiet location. Alison was a very responsive, flexible host, and we particularly appreciated the welcome pack. The younger ones loved the games selection!

Very clean, bedding and towels smelled great. Hot tub was very relaxing, nice farmland surroundings and would recommend shoes/boots that can withstand the mud!

The accommodation has plenty of space, with a separate living area which is good for relaxing in. Very welcoming place with a friendly dog too, and a good bedroom at the rear of the house overlooking the garden and the trees. Conveniently situated in the town and the house is a short walk to a Co-op shop and a chip shop. A nice place to stay.

Absolutely lovely stay, great for having a cosy place to settle if you’re out and about for the day & great if you have dogs as well with the surroundings! Just perfect! Everything you need and more

The Pavilion was comfortable and well equipped, close to some beautiful walks and many excellent pubs. Liz was a very responsive host and to be met with milk, bread, butter, eggs, marmalade etc - all you needed for breakfast - was much appreciated. The beautiful bunch of daffodils was also a lovely touch. We had a great weekend and thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Second time staying here so as expected nice to see a couple of new additions like colour coordinated padded chair instead of just stools and a blackout blind on the shower room door to stop you getting woken up on light mornings. You can see the host acts on feedback and wants to improve the room for guests.

The nook was an absolutely amazing getaway for us both and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Both Dawn and Graham were so lovely and welcoming and suggested loads of things to do nearby and were very lovely to talk to 10/10 would recommend!

I would stay here again, and I plan to! It really was very nice, clean and comfortable. Richard was very helpful when I needed the Internet speed tested (for working remotely) which was excellent. Glad I found this place.

Shi & Rob are amazing hosts as well as being genuine nice people. This was our 2nd time to stay at their beautiful AirBNB and great to see that the high standards are still maintained. Weather was a bit chilly despite the glorious sunshine but the central heating was always on to make our stay very comfortable. Thank you Shi & Rob

Dallas was a perfect host. My room was clean and fresh and the little touches like cereal and treats was lovely. I have no problem recommending people to stay here.

Lucie's space was peaceful, beautiful and comfortable - everything you could hope for and more! The space was clean and welcoming, with all the bits and bobs we could need. Lucie was flexible with check in and out, even offering to let us have an extra hour before checking out because of daylight savings! The garden and surroundings are beautiful, and perfect for really taking a breath and enjoying the birdsong and windchimes amongst the flowers. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We were attending a function nearby, needed somewhere to stay, it fitted the bill exactly, minutes from the venue. Very comfortable, quiet location. I'm sure I'll be back!

This place is more than worth the value and is a wonderful quiet peaceful location, with countryside views and facing the sunset all very clean and tidy was a pleasure to stay .

We felt very at home in Phillippa’s excellent annex. It was all the little extra touches including flowers on the dining table that made it so welcome. Everything we needed was there are we recommend it to anyone considering staying here.

We had a nice stay at the annexe, it was cosy and well equipped, it had everything we needed for our stay. Really nice touch with breakfast items, milk juice provided. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, we will have no hesitation to book again

We had a wonderful stay - it is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was lovely to have a garden to enjoy and the view was incredible of the Norfolk broads. One of the best air b and b's we have ever stayed in. Very peaceful and relaxing with very friendly hosts. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Going by how your place is so very popular and almost always fully-booked, is a real tribute to the service and comfort that everyone receives - a great big thank you to the both of you! Outside of the immaculately clean and equipped place that you offer - I need to call out the extras and the attention to detail - extra blankets, storage, the lovely snack tray, breakfast items and a stocked fridge! Absolutely wonderful and so very appreciated. You genuinley could not ask for better hosts, or people, than Mary and Graham. The main purpose of our visit was to investigate the area for potential move and Mary and Graham gave up some of their own time, one evening, to share with us their experiences along with answering all of our questions. In fact answering questions we had not even thought of or did not know we had. The accomodation was exceptional and we both commented on what great sleep we had (such a comfortable bed). The house had absolutley everything you could think of along with a welcome pack to ensure we had the basics. Walking distance to Bungay which we did on at least 3 occasions although you may need a torch (that said, Mary did provide one as well). Honestly a fantastic little bolt hole if you are looking for a base to explore the area, or a quiet break away. Could not recommended enough. Just a final thanks to Mary and Graham again who really went above and beyond. Thankyou for letting us stay in your home.

It’s was great, we requested some extra logs and they were there on the door step when we arrived back from work. We have re booked next Friday! Highly recommend
