Dean’s place couldn’t be more cute. Yet despite being a “tiny home”, it actually felt spacious. Beautiful inside, very functional, comfy bed. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Roosevelt took the time to show us around the house on the first day, explaining all the amenities and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was spotless and well-equipped.

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

This home was inviting and comfortable. It felt just like home. Although our trip was cut short for personal reasons, we were able to recharge, relax and catch up with friends in a relaxed space.

Beautiful house on Lake Cochituate! Spacious house that perfectly accommodated extended family for a birthday weekend for my daughter. Perfect layout for a group with multiple sitting areas, all with great views of the lake. The kitchen was fantastic, well stocked and large enough to gather both cooks and tasters alike. Gem in Boston Metro West! Highly recommend!

We booked an extended stay here for 2 of our employees. The hosts venue was immaculate. He was friendly and responsive, providing clear and succinct instructions. Surroundings were beautiful, though the lake was understandably frozen at this time of the year. When their stay ended a day early, our employees didn't want to leave! Thanks!

My wife and I were in Cambridge for work and we spent the entire month of February in this apartment, along with our dog. We were very happy with the unit, which looks exactly like in the pictures and is on the 17th floor of a tall building, with a very nice view of its surroundings. A nearby parking spot was included in the rental and proved extremely convenient. We were very glad that the building has a gym, since it was so cold outside. The location is excellent: there is a T stop 2 min away and there are many delicious restaurants & coffee shops within walking distance. Harvard is a ~20min walk away and MIT only ~10 min away. The rental itself is quite pricey but you get what you pay for, and the hosts are very responsive. We would be happy to stay here again!

This airbnb has 7 beds. None are bigger than a double but for our family of four we just each took a bed. The airbnb is on the 3rd floor so you need to be able to walk stairs which was fine for us. The location has great access to downtown.

Johna's place is well situated in Central Square near MIT in a modern, well run building. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Johna and the team was easy to communicate with during my long-term stay.

We enjoyed our week stay at Johna’s place. Location couldn’t be better, quick walk to subway station, groceries (whole foods and hmart), lots of restaurants, and a car rental. Unit is like in the photos. Yes, it’s tight, but we managed just fine for a family of 4, with small luggages. There is a good gym, which we used a lot. The common lounge, where we had some of our take-away meals, was relaxing, with nice views, and free morning coffee. There was an issue with the kitchen sink drain, which the host had fixed promptly. We’d love to stay here again next time we visit Boston.

The apt is great. Modern. It is next to the T (subway). There are lovely coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is very clean and safe. Very modern. Easy to park in the street. It is easy to find a charger, like us, if you have an electric car.

Our family loved our week at Mary Ann’s home in Cambridge. It is situated on a quiet, beautiful street right next to a main road with grocery stores and a short walk to Davis Square. There were tons of playgrounds for my toddler nephew to play at within a 15 min walk. It’s also a 2 minute walk to a local shop called Momma’s, which has local provisions and the best maple soft serves (creemees) - it was a daily stop for us. Mary Ann’s home is cozy, warm, and inviting. The layout was ideal for our group (4 adults, 1 toddler) with a large, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, tv den, and bathroom all on the main floor, with the bedrooms upstairs. We had great weather and enjoyed sitting for meals out in the backyard garden. I used to live in Cambridge / Somerville and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay while in town. Mary Ann was an extremely responsive and flexible host, we are grateful to have spent our week there!

I had one of the most peaceful, restorative weekends of my life here and I can't reccomend it enough. The house is adorable and cozy with so many cute vintage details, and the views of the pond are fantastic. It was the perfect place to veg out and enjoy some solitude but I can also see it being lovely for a family gathering. 10/10!

I had a wonderful stay at Nancy's house. She was helpful, friendly and caring. The whole house was welcoming and she ensured that I was comfortable and well looked after. I highly recommend a night or two in this beautiful space!

4.5/5 stars It's a small and cozy place in a beautiful location. The place had a lot of amenities and the staircase upstairs to the bedroom is nice. Only critiques would be that the outer stairs were incredibly icy and had not been salted beforehand. And the house is colder than we expected. Would come here again.

Absolutely beautiful location. Home was very cozy. Love the kitchen! Brian is a great host. Extremely proactive, helpful and gave great recommendations. Neighborhood is quiet and those around are friendly. Definitely recommend staying at this location again. Wish I would have stayed in warmer weather to utilize the property to its full potential.

The hospitality provided was unmatched. The home was warm and cozy upon arrival and the perfect place to kick back and relax. The little morning treat upon checkout was a wonderful touch and a great way to end the trip and send us straight off to another one. Thank you Talita and Vinny for placing value in taking care of your guests. It surely does not go unnoticed. We would definitely come back, maybe for the summer next time!
