Perfect home and close to the main locations which were about a 5 minute walk. When you get in there is a short walk up as it is the 2nd floor of the house. So pretty and clean. Thank you for hosting us! We will be back.

This was our 2nd stay with Ashley. It was great the 1st time and wonderful again. Location is perfect for any one wanting a quiet ,private place to stay with wonderful scenery and very convenient to restaurants and activities.

Had a wonderful stay in Steve's studio. Perfect for a weekend away, close to everything you need. Appreciated all nice touches by Steve and family, as well as the incredibly friendly welcome and advice on local spots. Would come back!

I truly enjoyed my night here. As soon as I walked in the place smelled fantastic. I was starving and when I looked over in the counter, I saw they had a bunch of menus for takeout, which was amazing. There were earplugs, mints, toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, mouthwash, everything you can think of even a little toiletry bag I absolutely love this place. I sent it to all of my friends so that when they do have to travel to Bridgeport Connecticut, they can book it to! Just amazing job. I hope this owner invest in doing more of these because they are definitely made for this line of work. And definitely check out rum and tequila fusion when it comes time to eat. The food was fantastic and it’s a walking distance literally three minute walk from the place.

Spotlessly CLEAN, beds very comfortable, stayed with our 44yr old son. Hubby & I slept upstairs in the loft/studio apartment-we left our bathroom light on overnight, so that he could find the bathroom overnight from his downstairs bedroom. Everything was as pictured, wanted to mention ceiling height, as one review advised against staying if you were over 5’6” tall. We’re 5’8”, 5’10” & 6’ tall, had no problems. Yes, they are sloped attic dormer ceilings, but just take notice, not a problem. Skylights added some nice extra light, having a refrigerator & microwave, was helpful. VERY SAFE neighborhood.

We are return customers to Roam so we knew how good the property, the location and the host was. I wouldn't hesitate to return next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming waterfront apartment in Guilford, CT. The location is unbeatable—steps from the beach, with boutique shops and cafes nearby. The weather in early October was perfect—cool, crisp, and sunny, ideal for exploring. We visited the Henry Whitfield State Museum and enjoyed Guilford Center’s unique shops and eateries, especially The Spice & Tea Exchange, where we picked up amazing spice blends and teas. The apartment is cozy, with stunning views of Long Island Sound. We loved relaxing on the private patio while watching the sunset. Kim, our host, was kind, responsive, and made our stay seamless. Overall, a peaceful retreat perfect for relaxing by the water. Highly recommended!
