Suffolk : séjours à la ferme

Miranda had thought of everything to make the venue suitable for a wheelchair user/person with limited mobility which made it ideal for our visit. It was nice and warm through out our visit, beds were very comfortable, and Miranda made a point of introducing herself to us which was a nice personal touch.

Curlew Cottage was a lovely and peaceful home for the week. Well located to explore Bury St Edmunds, West Suffolk and Cambridge including Lackford Lakes Nature Reserve next door. Cottage had all the facilities expected with convenient parking.

Our stay at Meadow Cottage was wonderful. It was very homely and cosy. So idyllic, especially sitting outside in the morning Spring sunshine looking out over the garden and fields. Sarah and Ed were such great hosts, communication was clear and very thoughtful. The wood burning stove was lit for our arrival. We loved exploring the local footpaths. There was so much information about nearby pubs, The Crown was very welcoming and delicious food. There's plenty of iconic Suffolk towns and villages to explore. Fabulous weekend retreat, we'll definitely be back. Thank you so much Sarah and Ed, just perfect. Juliet and school friends x

We cannot recommend this place highly enough. Beautifully decorated with everything you need and more. Melissa and Chris were exceptionally warm in their welcome. Recommend the local dairy for raw milk, etc.

Beautiful converted barn, cosy and catered for everything we needed. Home from home. Debbie was helpful and responsive and friendly. It was a great location for moving around Suffolk

We had a fantastic stay for a girls weekend away . Watching the stars in the hot tub was amazing. Our hosts were so friendly and location is soo peaceful. I’m looking forward to coming back with the family . My kids are going to love the games rooms.

Beautiful property which comfortably slept our family group of 9 around a wedding at Nedging hall which is walking distance away.

Absolutely stunning place , 'Pop ' the land lady was attentive, polite and super responsive. This is the place you go back to over and over again .

Three couples stayed for the weekend at The Stables at Manor Farmhouse. There was plenty of room and the property was very clean and welcoming. Peter the host was very friendly and helpful. As the weather was really good we didn't spend a great deal at the property as we were out and about. The location of The Stables meant that it was an easy drive to Ely and to Wicken Fen

We had a lovely stay with hosts who were very friendly and attentive whilst also completely giving us our own space - the perfect combination. We had everything we needed and had a great time enjoying local walks, which often happened to end up at the wonderful local pub The White Horse Inn in Edwardstone. A great getaway, thank you.

The accommodation was excellent and very clean. We had a wonderful 3 night stay there.

Matt and Michaela's attention to detail provided a very comfortable and restful break. The accommodation was exactly was per website, proving a home from home. I would highly recommend this lovely holiday facility that provides everything you need in terms of the rooms, their facilities and quiet rural location. Ideal to chill out and recharge your batteries, but with lots to see and do locally in Suffolk and Norfolk, including miles of sandy beaches.

A stunning property in a lovely tranquil location. This accommodation has everything you need and more, little details like take away coffee cups , jams and biscuits. Never seen such a well stocked kitchen the owners have thought of everything. The decor is beautiful and a little quirky and spotlessly clean . We have stayed in many places and this one we were sad to leave . Hot tub the best we have ever been in . Host Finn was so nice we could have chatted for hours. Gave us some good recommendations and was relaxed on check out time . Had an amazing break would not hesitate to book this little gem again .

Had a fabulous stay over NY,Tony introduced us to the property and gave us some great information about the area to visit. Very comfortable and cosy and loved the hot tub.We all slept very well , and wonderful supplied kitchen. Would highly recommend. May visit in the summer.

This was our second stay at the barn and everything was just as perfect and immaculately presented as last time. Vanessa and Paul are truly generous hosts - everything is done to make your stay as comfortable and magical as possible. This time the pots and baskets in the enclosed garden were filled with lovely spring bulbs and we had the additional treat of watching hares playing in the field beyond the garden thanks to the binoculars left for guests' use on the windowsill. The barn is located in such a great spot for visiting some lovely beaches and exploring the countryside and is a wonderful place to come home to and relax in afterwards. It really is the perfect Suffolk retreat and I hope we can return soon.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location and Paul was extremely helpful and responsive, definitely recommend this as a property to stay in to anyone looking to visit the area.

We stayed as a group of friends at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was even more stunning than the pictures, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Vanessa is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We can't recommend this place enough and would like to return one day!

We had a fantastic 3 nights at Andy and Katherine's place. It was cosy and peaceful. A great location. Really enjoyed the sauna and we are already missing Pepsi! Thank you!

Really good place, there was some dog hair on the sofa but at the end of the day you live on a farm so I was expecting something but this really triggered one of my colleagues allergies. Overall the place is well worth the visit and I would highly recommend.

This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. It was by chance we found the property as we were new to the area and needed a place when here for work and now I never want to leave. Melissa is a fabulous host and has thought of everything !! The barn is beautifully converted and designed…. as for Digby, he was the icing on the cake (iykyk!). The garden, hot tub , easy open plan cooking, warm cosy fires. Just absolutely perfect.

Small and perfectly packaged. The way the space has been decorated and furnished promotes a sense of luxury and peaceful retreat. Cosy when it’s raining (it did a lot all over England whilst I was here) but also I can imagine it would be lovely to sit outside drinking something cold in the garden. Everything was spotlessly clean, the towels were generous and fluffy and the bed linen was of a high quality. I loved the extra goodies left for us - thank you!! Hopefully I’ll be back when visiting in the area.

Beautiful area and accommodation was very comfortable and homely. John was great with communication and very helpful. Would happily stay there again.

We had a lovely stay. Nice and spacious with everything we needed. Lots of seating when family came over. Alice was quick to respond when needed. The baby loved running up and down and seeing the chickens. Would love to come back in summer when the weathers better to explore more

We really appreciated our beautiful barn conversion house, with all the amenities that we needed, i.e. two double ensuite bedrooms with comfortable beds, the spacious lounge/diner and easy access for the dog safe garden. It was a peaceful quiet location so we slept really well. Thank you for the eggs!
