We had a wonderful stay at 1CC. Beautiful property in an amazing location. The cottage is so inviting whilst being spacious and cosy at the same time. The whole family loved it and can't wait to return. Loved all of Deb's fabulous artwork too.

We had such a lovely weekend at Alice’s property in Southwold. The property itself is cosy and well equipped, exactly what we wanted for our weekend away with our dog. It’s so close to the centre of the town, we enjoyed going to the brewery tour, walks along the beach and lovely meals in the local pubs and restaurants. Alice was super responsive and helpful for everything we needed. Thank you so much!

Having stayed at The Wheelhouse about 4 years ago we knew what to expect, and we were not disappointed. John was extremely helpful prior to, and during our stay. The accommodation is exactly as described and while the sleeping accommodation on the deck is not for everyone, John has obviously taken great care to accurately describe it in the listing, and it is perfect for our family- as it would be for many other families or couples. The location is fantastic- you can hear the sea! It’s so close to the pier with amusement arcade and to the beach with only a short walk up into town with many shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. John had kindly left us milk in the fridge and some biscuits. There is a combination microwave/ oven/ grill and also a hob so we could easily make breakfast and other meals. When we return to Southwold later this year we will definitely check the availability of the Wheelhouse! Thank you John, for a wonderful derail stay over the new year period!

In a few words 'WOW'!! We had the most wonderful time! I have visited the park several times before and this was the first trip booking by Terry. The caravan is absolutely gorgeous! The photos shown are exactly like the caravan, plus additional extras, it is personalised with a variety of things. The qualities of the bathroom and the bed linens are an extra bonus! Terry was really helpful with a question I had a the response time was very quick! My recommendation for staying with Terry is a 100% yes! My parents are already planning their return trip for next year! Don't hesitate - BOOK IT!!!

Lovely house in a great location - 2 mins from the beach, 5 mins into town. Nice spacious rooms. A great find for a weekend. The only difficulty we had was the back door key which required a LOT of jiggling to get it to work!

We were visiting family for the weekend and this static caravan was just the ideal place to stay. So close to all amenities, quiet, very close to the beach - but above all clean! The bedding was amazing - fresh clean white linen- better than some hotels! Paul was very responsive with messages and arrangements with check in before we arrived. We’ve had the best time and hope to visit again soon. Thanks so much for having us.

Second stay at Penny’s place, and the second time we’ve had a wonderful break. Lovely cottage in a superb location - right by the seafront and only a couple of minutes walk from the High Street. Everything in Southwold is easy to access from the cottage. Penny is a great communicator and always replies quickly to any queries. Can’t recommend highly enough. Looking forward to the next time! Our Labrador loves it too!

Fantastic little spot in Southwold just back from the coast. Feels very secluded but with everything on your door step. Lots of character and feels incredibly homely. Beds are a bit on the small side, but completely fine for a short stay. Would highly recommend for exploring Southwold and the surrounding areas.

When we pulled up we couldn't believe that the view was even better than we had hoped it would be. Going inside the caravan, it was so lovely and we could see how much they love their home from home and kindly make others feel at home too with all the little extra's that are left on the side for visitors. We haven't stayed in a caravan where so much was done to make people feel at home before. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable, it made us feel truly spoilt, so much so that we are looking to go back again later in the year. All interaction with the owners was warm and friendly, can not fault a single thing so if you want to stay in a beautiful caravan that has a gorgeous view, look no further.

This was our second visit of the summer, albeit this time without our grandson. the caravan was again spotless and well presented. Having bed linen and towels provided is great. the weather was better on this visit, and I was able to walk along the coast in the mornings. I'm sure we will be back next year. Thank you Jamie.

Debbie was a great host, very quick to respond to any messages. The property had everything we needed, lovely bathroom, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and nice outside seating space. The site has a lovely clubhouse where we enjoyed great food, we also enjoyed food at the pub and chinese which are both just across the road! Lol As is a lovely little village shop that stocks everything you could think of!

We had a wonder few days away at Lynda’s lovely home. It was exactly as described and Lynda was an excellent and responsive host. The Beach House was warm and cosy with a fantastic Pub over the road as well as a great pub and restaurant on site. Our children loved the pool right on the doorstep and all the space around to run and play. This was a really great get away and home from home. Thank you Lynda ❤️

Will stay again if possible. Nancy made us really welcome and being right on the beach was lovely. Cosy cumfy and Nancy left us supplies which were very helpful. Lovely break for two 84 year olds Thanks again Nancy. B n.

Great place to stay for a few days get away with friends ,we also have friends who live on the site so was great to be so close to them ,very close to all amenities. when we did have a question the host was great and responded really quickly. Everything you need was provided. We would be sure to book again when visiting.

We were in Felixstowe for a family emergency. Communication was very quick which was appreciated as it was all very short notice. We are familiar with the area and it’s well located with good access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was cosy and warm even though it was extremely cold outside when we were there.

Third time I stay here! Joanne is a great host and she answers all queries super fast. The place is as clean and perfect as the first time. Lovely location, walkable to the seafront and for me, is super practicable to go to work when I am in town.

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

We had a lovely stay at Flo. The views were amazing, it was really clean and easily accesible. Mim and Mike were great hosts, good communication and really helpful at check in! Would definitely recommend, thank you very much!

We absolutely loved our night away at The Pebbles! The room was spotless, incredibly homely and super cosy. We enjoyed lovely walks by the beach which literally is a minutes walk away and we had a delicious meal at The Jolly Sailors. We would highly recommend to anybody and we would love to stay again!

Great location. Minutes walks away from the beach and a perfect base to explore further out with easy parking in front of the property and lovely outside deck to enjoy the unexpected March sunshine. Super clean with a homely living/kitchen space and everything you need to relax after a day out and about. Can hear noise from the nearby port but not enough to disturb.

Benji & Leah’s place was fabulous, Close to amenities yet in a peaceful area It was clean, tidy, warm and welcoming. Parking for two cars by back gate was so handy. Bathrooms were spotless and an additional toilet downstairs was a bonus Two good seating areas out side which enjoyed the afternoon sun. In all a fabulous place,would definitely book again if in the area

What an absolutely fabulous place to stay ! Toms place was a real home from home, warm, comfortable, well equipped kitchen , great outdoor seating area. The property is situated next to an amazing bakery, which tempted us in for a delicious treat. The fish and chip shop was a stones throw away and was just what we needed for the Friday night. The beach is only 2-3 minutes walk from the house . Thank you for a fantastic weekend !

The barn is in a beautiful location - so peaceful and lots of wildlife to spot in the woods and on the river which is a short walk through a field. The barn is a fabulous place for kids, lots of space for them and well kitted out. Joe and Daisy got back to us quickly regarding any questions and popped over to welcome us.
