The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

Free range chickens with fresh eggs, home made bread on request. Carp lake, games rooms (pool table with £1 slot for game) table tennis, darts and golf chipping green. (golf clubs supplied). The cottage is for 4 guests. 1 Double bedroom and twin room.

You will not find anything like them in the country. Totally unique. You can fish the lake. Or swim in it.

There are steps down making it easy to launch paddle boards, kayaks or canoes. There is an abundance of wildlife on the marina including geese, swans, kingfishers, muntjac deer, bats and on occasions otters.

Sadly we cannot accept any pets as we have livestock on the farm.
