This was an AMAZING SPACE!!. Great floorplan, great amenities, and it will be a perfect space for your family. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and more.. The beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable, and the kitchen had PLENTY of tableware and utensils for the family. My family and I will certainly return.

Our family loved staying at this charming cottage on the river. The views are beautiful and very peaceful. Inside the cottage is everything you need for comfortable stay, the decor is tastefully and artfully done. Outside is equally enjoyable with fun and relaxation all around! Our family enjoyed the sunsets and the hammock. You truly feel on vacation here! So peacefuI, would recommend this location above staying in Norfolk or VA Beach to get the best of all worlds. Its an easy quick drive to Downtown Portsmouth and Norfolk. Virginia Beach was only 25-35 min using Midtown tunnel! We loved walking around the neighborhood everyone was so friendly. Portsmouth City park was easy for us to walk to and only a few minute drive by car. Truly one of our best airbnb experiences in the Hampton roads. We felt like we were able to take in not only the Elizabeth River views and tranquility, but also got to experience surrounding tidewater cities. Janine's cottage just shines!

Wonderful house with an open, comfortable layout and a beautiful location across from a horse farm. Close to all of the amenities and attractions and Williamsburg and Jamestown, and the hosts were responsive and friendly. The house was very clean, came with all the listed amenities and was well appointed for a comfortable stay. The clear instructions in every room regarding amenities and check out were much appreciated. We also greatly appreciated that the space is pet friendly, but still incredibly clean with no stains or lingering smells from previous furry visitors🙂.

Charlene is a wonderful and very responsive host. This was our second time staying there when we visit Williamsburg. The location is great and only a few minutes from everything. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We look forward to staying again in the future.

This was such a beautiful house! The fenced yard was fabulous for my little dog. The bed was comfy. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. Well-stocked kitchen. Big fridge. Such a comfy couch to have a snack and watch a movie. I didn't use the piano room or the big three-season room, but they would be lovely for visitors in groups or with kids. The hosts had a great sense of humor when I thought I'd locked myself out (I didn't...I just had a temporary brain freeze, lol). Beautiful neighborhood. If I can get my kids to come visit, we'll definitely look into booking this house because it's got all the space and conveniences we would need. Highly recommended.

The house is very nice and it was very clean. The location is convenient to all the attractions in the area. It has a great deck, however the interstate noise is a problem on the deck. The noise was barely noticeable inside the house.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Little House for our Christmas vacation. It was like staying in a bit of history while we explored Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The location was smack-dab in the middle of everything we wanted to see making it super convenient. Spence was a very responsive and helpful host, making himself available if needed. We always have to travel with our special needs house chicken due to her deformity and hand-feeding requirements, which can make finding a property and understanding host challenging. Spence was completely understanding and treated her like any other pet asking us to just keep her off the furniture. We would absolutely stay again if we visit the area.

We really enjoyed our time at OVR Beach House. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to relax and enjoy the ocean. The house was large very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. Shilpa was a great host, always responsive and helpful. We’d definitely love to come back! Beautiful home in a wonderful location!! It was a perfect weekend getaway for us. Excellent hosts too, Sojourn was always responsive. We did encounter one minor, routine issue during the stay and they had it addressed with lightning speed. Hope to be back!

We've stayed at this resort before but this is the first in this condo. It was easy to get our packed and get checked in. We loved the condo, the view is great, the beds comfortable, and clean.

Rental home was very clean with updated amenities and very close to the beach access. Beautiful pool and hot tub and of course our two dogs were allowed to accompany us on this vacation. A very memorable vacation. Definitely would choose this rental property again!

Shannon’s Treehouse was the perfect location for our stay in OBX. The house was very spacious and clean. The host Matt was very helpful and kind! He was well organized and made sure we had the best stay! We will definitely be using Matt again for future adventures.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It provided plenty of space for our group of five to dine and relax comfortably. The upstairs area was especially spacious, and we were well-supplied with essentials like body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and fresh, fluffy towels. The washer and dryer were brand new, adding to the convenience. The outdoor space was perfect for soaking up the sun, and the neighborhood was ideally located near beaches, shopping, and excellent restaurants. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Virginia Beach!

This place was adorable, it was my first time using Airbnb. The host was extremely friendly and understanding when my flight was cancelled. The area is peaceful and quiet felt like being in a movie. Trust me you will enjoy staying here!

Dustin repeatedly said in the feedback comments "you should have messaged me" so when I couldn't find something I did. I'm glad I did! I couldn't find something and sure enough I just didn't look hard enough so I was very glad I messaged him. He got right back to me and all was good. Also, I think I read someone had trouble finding the entrance which is mind boggling - it was pretty easy to find and it wasn't like there were tons of options soooo.... Overall the apartment was really cute and had what I needed though I was just there for 2 days and didn't need much except a bed and a shower! It was bright, comfortable and omg the backyard was amazing. I was hesitant to book part of a home, but I think I was the only one there so it was a non-issue. Good chance I'll be back to Norfolk so highly likely I'll end up there again. Thanks, Dustin!!

I have stayed at quite a few rental houses and this is one of the best. The house is very well maintained and clean. The listing for the house is dead on, not misleading as some others tend to be, with a host who is very helpful and responsive to any questions you may have. The location is very convent for beach trips (the beach is a block away) as well as having numerous restaurants very close makes this a very easy stay. I would do it again, without question.

Excellent stay in Anne’s home over the weekend! Home was clean and well stocked, very warm and welcoming. Location right on the river provided for beautiful views of wildlife and sunrises while drinking my morning coffee. Also brought my sweet dogs that also enjoyed viewing the river and wildlife and walking around the neighborhood. A great location for some rest and relaxation!

Seaglass Cottage was the perfect place to stay overnight for a small family if you don't want to do the hotels! Susan was wonderful and responsive. The best part was how clean the place was and the location to everything. SPOTLESS!!!! We came to town to visit the aquarium and it was about 5-10minutes away! Friendly neighborhood also. Thank you Susan!!!!

My spouse, two dogs, and I had a great time at this roomy and private home. We had everything we needed to include plenty of yard and walking options for pups. Very dog friendly with no stairs and plenty of room to roam or spread out. Bed was comfortable and loved guest options for streaming. Would book again for sure!
