The stay was amazing! I was definitely recommended! It was my first time in Houston and this was the best place it was around so many things!!

Robert gave clear instructions about getting inside the Airbnb. The apartment was clean and all amenities needed were provided. Location was also a good distance from downtown. I would recommend staying here.

Everything was great , the only issue was the crew cutting grass blew tons of grass through the door I had to go outside and tell them to stop , other then that the host was extremely helpful especially with the issue I had with the lock first getting in ..

Wonderful stay, I definitely enjoyed my stay while attending the rodeo this year. The pictures really don’t do justice for how cute and cozy the townhouse was.

I loved this Airbnb very much! Highly recommend. especially since there is a gate. There was complimentary wine, but I would choose another wine next time lol wasn’t very tasty to me and the guest. Also there weren’t any oven mitts. I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer! Beds were super soft. I would definitely choose this again if i come back to houston! Thank you Nikki! This Airbnb was exactly what I needed. I stayed here with my friend for a month while I searched for a place to rent. The host, Mark, welcomed us to a clean, spacious, quiet apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. He was very attentive, respectful, professional and made us feel like home. Also, he was very understanding about my friend’s Chihuahua staying with us! We didn’t have any inconvenience of any kind (which usually happens on long-term stays). The instructions were very clear and easy to follow since the beginning. Check-in and out was super convenient and extra points for the keyless door! Mark and the complex neighbors are super chill and will make you feel safe. Glad I chose this location.

Jenny was a very attentive host we had 2 minor issues and she handled them right away. I would definitely use her space again wen returning to Houston

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. Tope was a great and responsive host. He did go above and beyond when we requested the pack and play and high chair the night before and he asked the cleaners to sanitize it before our arrival. There were a few minor things that we reached out to Tope about which is why I am keeping my rating at a 5 instead of a 4. The place was very nice and everything was new/up to date. The bed was a little squeaky and the walls are thin - so if you are a light sleeper make sure you can sleep with ear plugs. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and how responsive Tope was.

We enjoyed our stay, the rental is as advertised. It was large enough for a family of a four. We would gladly book this place again.

The condi was super cute and very clean. I loved the location. We were never far from anywhere we went. I would definitely stay again.

When we landed the communication was very fast and descriptive so there was no confusion when we had to check in or wanted to check in early. The house was set up exactly like the pictures and nothing was no more than 30 minutes away specifically from traffic. Checking out was very easy as well. If I needed to stay at this location, I would stay again definitely recommend-especially for the pricing. Due to us coming up the stairs that is something I didn’t like, but that had nothing to do with the Airbnb itself and the host, that is just me being lazy. Highly suggested location!

Kobe was great in providing details on how to check in and if I had any questions. The apartment is beautiful. The bed and pillows are definitely high end. Checkout was quick and easy. I will stay there again when I'm in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shaunas! I was a little bit worried about the noise at this location given proximity to the highway and I didn't see anything mentioned in other reviews but it really wasn't an issue at all. The bigger back bedroom had no noise really. The front one did have highway noise but, as someone who grew up in the city, I had no issues sleeping. My husband (grew up rural) did have to use earplugs but had no trouble sleeping with them. Beds and pillows were super comfy. One of my biggest pet peeves with Airbnb's is when the kitchen isn't stocked with basics - pots/pans, foil, knives, salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc. This place was perfectly stocked and even had tupperware! They provided both coffee pods and ground coffee. This location was great as well. Easily accessible to the highways to get anywhere in <15 minutes. We could also walk to a great coffee shop and one of my favorite places, Axelrad. Parking was easy and the other apartment tenants were respectful.

We stayed here for the Houston Livestock show and Rodeo. The apartment was about a 15 min walk to NRG stadium. We were able to park both of our cars in the gated parking lot of the apartment complex. The complex felt safe and easy to navigate. The instructions to get the keys and check in were very clear and the communication was excellent. The apartment had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plenty of space for us (5 adults and 2 kids). It was very clean and beds were comfortable. The outside of the complex looks older but the apartment itself was very nice. Check out instructions were reasonable and easy. I would book here again next year if it was available.

Such a great place to stay. In a great, safe, and accessible area, close to some amazing restaurants and activities. The place was clean, spacious, had all amenities we needed and felt very safe. The hosts were also very helpful and responsive and made sure we had a great stay! I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Houston!

Rose's appartment looks like on a quiet road near major roads and is easy to get onto I-10 and 6 mins drive from Wholefoods, Trader Joes, HEB and decent fast food like MOD Pizza and Chipotle, 5 mins walk to a YMCA gym and 10 mins to the Galleria. The main living is spacious, clean and airy and the bedroom is also spacious and the bed is comfortable. Aircon is highly effective but noisy as are the adjacent appartment aircon units that make up the 4 appartment block. I needed ear plugs at night as I wasn't used to that level of noise at night but was grateful it was so effective. The bathroom is in 3 sections - a decent sized basin area, then an alcove for the washing machine and dryer (hold the start buttons for 3 secs otherwise they won't switch on) and then a bath and shower (which doesn't have a strong jet but is workable). There is parking is on the side road and there are security gates into the development. Rose and Adam are responsive and helpful.

Daniel was very flexible! We had an unexpected issue via the airbnb app and they refunded us 100% and let us rebook for the same time frame. It is close enough to most things so ubering to different locations wasn’t expensive. I highly recommend the Color Factory and Chapman & Kirby’s (especially on a Sunday). We’d love to come back to Houston and stay again! It made a great girls trip.

Everything was AMAZING the building had way to many amenities to count and Ali was the BEST host ever. We invited a few friends over and they loved 🥰 it as well. This place was so clean and cozy it was a perfect penthouse getaway for my husband and I. The city 🏙 lights up so beautiful 😍 and the view is amazing I HIGHLY recommend this place. I a very bougie person and this met ALL of my qualifications and more . 🤗

This location is perfect if you’re coming into the city for a game or event at the Toyota center it’s right across the street in an amazing location downtown. Very high tech with how you can unlock doors to elevators, amenities, and gates from your phone. I loved the decor of this place as well high recommend. 🥶
