Location, location, location! Great views, nice pool area, dock space if needed. Walkable to several resorts and turtle sanctuary.

We really liked the location. It was peaceful and private and a great neighborhood to walk around and to walk our dog. Yet, a short drive into Marathon for restaurants or any other needs. The house isn’t new but it was exactly as represented and it was perfect for us. Frank was very responsive. There were a couple of issues that he addressed immediately. It wasn’t his fault that because of the location, receiving repair parts can take some time. But Frank took care of our situations.

Had an amazing stay at this house with my husband and 4 small kids. The house was spacious and clean, with lots of natural light at soon as the sun came up. The pool was so warm and had a large shallow area that was perfect for our 3 year old. Naomi was a wonderful communicator. It was so sad to have to leave.. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lisa’s home was in an amazing location. Close to great restaurants. The home was cozy, lovely and very clean. The pool and backyard were wonderful to enjoy. The screened porch was great to relax and have your coffee in the morning. My son loved to catch and release fish from the dock. Very easy to communicate with Lisa and she was always quick to respond. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing! Tanya’s Airbnb was the perfect venue for our wedding. The space was stunning, beautifully maintained, and created the most magical atmosphere for our special day. Tanya and Lana were incredible hosts—responsive, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the beautiful setting and how comfortable the stay was. If you’re looking for a dreamy location with a fantastic host, this is it! Highly recommend! Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!

Great attached townhome/duplex with privacy fence between the other side. Great private pool just on the canal! The bottom story was perfect for extended family to have privacy but still be close! We even saw a manatee in the canal.

Madelyn's place was a wonderful place for our family vacation. The heated pool and mini golf were a hit with the grand kids! A great deal of thought has went into the property's landscape to insure privacy. We felt completely at home. Plenty of spaces for everyone to go off and have "alone time". Most everything there is self explanatory, however Madelyn was proactive in contact with us should we have had any questions. We are definitely considering this place in future visit to the Keys!

We had a great stay. The highlights were the view of the bay and the heated pool. The beds were comfortable and the open space was great to gather as a family. Unfortunately we didn’t catch too many fish but had a great time trying. The paddle boards were perfect for our teenage kids. Would definitely love to return.

It's a beautiful place with so much to do. I enjoyed the bikes and trying out some local places. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Yasmin and Joe are great, very responsive and had some great suggestions for things to do. The pool there is a lovely little gem.

We stayed for 11 nights at Wendy's beautiful home. We had everything we needed for our entire stay. The area is very quiet and peaceful. It was so lovely walking up on the water and enjoying breakfast outside. Extra touches like having bikes and kayaks to use were also sooo nice! Wendy was very helpful with local spots to check out as well. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay with Life in Paradise. The location was great - close to a number of good diving and snorkeling tour companies and short drive to restaurants. Having the kayaks was wonderful and allowed us to explore the surrounding waterways…..very peaceful and relaxing. The campground was quiet and friendly. The home was comfortable and was well stocked. Rebecca was very proactive with communication, keeping us informed of all procedures and any changes. We would definitely recommend this property.

We loved staying here for the two nights we were on the Keys. The patio outside was great for looking at the stars or sipping coffee and watching manatees. We would definitely return!

What a fantastically beautiful place. right on the canals leading to the sea with spectacular views. Great hosts who were super responsive. Highly recommended

WOW!! What a perfect place to spend a month in the Keys. Sean and Chelsea's home was just spectacular inside and out. The home itself was very clean and perfectly kept. Everything you need is there and was of good quality. The new addition of the downstairs kitchenette/bar and full bathroom is an added bonus. And what can I say about the outdoor area other than it will blow you away! The coconut palm trees and the mangroves surrounding the place give you shade and privacy and are beautiful to look at. Whether we were sitting under the Tiki Hut or having lunch at the dockside table everything was perfect. The dock that runs along the entire property was great for fishing or watching the Manatee as they swam by. And the Lap Pool/Spa is and I'm going to use these words again another bonus. Just the perfect amenity to the perfect yard. Now the hosts. They were as good as the house. Sean answered any question I had immediately and was proactive in providing info to questions I didn't ask

If we could rate this 6+ stars out of 5, we would! Manuel was super easy to reach, he provided simple and clear instructions, the guards at the gate were easy to work with and available for 24/7 entry and check in.. the location is unbeatable for a boat owner! You dock right at your back door, clean your fish at the back door OR at the marina, immediate access to the Atlantic.. perfection. The home itself is extremely clean & beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms were all stocked with anything you’d need as well as even the laundry room! We truly felt at home but twice as relaxed! Thanks Manuel!!
