This house is beyond beautiful! Makes for the perfect weekend getaway. The built in speakers were a favorite! Can’t wait to come back.

We enjoyed this Timbers rental because it was spacious, clean, with great access to the slopes and a very well stocked kitchen. Jenny was responsive and clear in all of our correspondence. Great spot at Sugarloaf!

Beautiful home just a short drive from Sunday River. Home is immaculately maintained with a large kitchen plenty of room to relax. There are several nice touches that go above and beyond including a massage chair that was unlike anything I've experienced. Host was proactive, responsive, and very friendly. The location is up a winding mountain road and the driveway is down a hill so I would just make sure that you have all wheel drive if you expect snowy conditions. It snowed multiple times while we were there and the snow removal company did an excellent job with both snow removal and sanding. Hope to stay here again!

This is our second time renting Amanda‘s place. We easily fit four families. There’s lots of space to spread out. Easy walking distance to a trail for skiing and one minute drive up to Barker Lodge if you prefer that. The property is well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, all spices oils, etc. Bathrooms are also stocked with shampoo conditioner. Communication with Amanda was flawless. We will continue to rent here!

What a great place! Truly a few steps out the door and your clicking on your skis to access the lift! Very spacious, plenty of room for the family to spread out. Easy parking, super clean and well stocked with bath towels as well as paper products; everything you need to make for an easy stay. You will not be disappointed with your choice to stay here!

Katy’s place was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. We loved going for walks in the neighborhood, and the location is very convenient to the local ski mountain. We would definitely book this place again!

Easy to find, right on the ski slope, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and saunas. Shower water was sometimes cold, other times worked fine or was really hot. The room was perfect and owner was responsive. I would stay here again, especially during ski season.

Been here twice now, both times were fantastic with more to come. Eric is super helpful and the spavce is great, and notably ski on/off from a double lift into Sugarloaf (does require a short hike, and pending Sugarloaf conditions, but was able to use it in early April without issue). Would come back and totally recommend. Space is clean, comfortable, and kitchen is in good shape for cooking at home. Also close to Sugarloaf itself with nearby shops and places to dine.

Perfect location to ski in and ski out. Great size for our group of 10.

Wonderful weekend. The spot was ski-in and out making it truly accessible. The outdoor hot tub was a nice way to end the day. It's a little odd to access through the pool but the over experience was great! Highly recommend.

This is an awesome house on East Pond. Dock, swimming platform, kayaks, paddle boat, fire pit. View of distant mountains from the dock. East Pond is clear and large. We saw several eagles. Osprey and loons are ever present. Mark was a great host with excellent communication. Arrival was quite flexible. Home is comfortable and well equipped.

The apartment was clean and well stocked. The gas fireplace was cozy. The ski storage and parking were convenient. Matt was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you Matt!

The house looked great in the photos but it’s even nicer in person. Spotless, roomy, beautiful view, easy ski-on / ski-off, fireplace, nice kitchen, two king beds plus two rooms with bunk beds for the kids, large dining area. We hope to return soon.

We had a really nice stay at Lauren's Condo. It was just what we were looking for: a ski in/out condo at Sugarloaf. The kitchen had everything we needed and it all worked out well.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The host was responsive and provided good instructions ahead of time. The location is great, just a short slide to the condo lift. It is true ski in ski out, and provides a great Sugarloaf experience!

We had a great stay at Carly’s cabin. The beds were comfy, everything was clean, and kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful view of Mt. Abram and lots of board games to play. Will definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay! The house was clean, roomy, comfy and had beautiful views of the nearby mountain range. Our host Kara was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Would love to return again soon.

Amazing cozy cabin minutes from the slopes on Sugarloaf. Amenities were spot on. I did not use the shuttle service and opted for parking at the mountain and found no issues if you went early. Very close to groceries and hiking trails. Highly recommend for couples or solo skiers!

This place was ABSOLUTELY beautiful! It was very spacious and homey for group of friends. Would definitely recommend this place. Also if you’re planning on visiting during summer time, make sure you bring a fan to help regulate the temperature in your room especially for the room with the bunk beds. There was a ceiling fan in the living room and it helps a lot. We had a lot of fun in the basement with the pool table and darts. Overall we all had a great time and looking forward on staying here again!

Great communication and adorable place to celebrate my son’s 20th bday. Every year we snowboard and this was the perfect little place. Thank you Heather!

This was my second trip to Loons Calling Eco-Cabin and Homestead and much like the first time, it did not disappoint! I brought my husband up this time, as a forced vacation, and have not seen him so relaxed in a long time. We spent most of our stay at the cabin fishing, kayaking, or swimming, and when we weren't on the water, we bicycled and took long walks around the pond. I've stayed at many AirBNBs, for different types of family vacations/events, and Loons Calling Eco-Cabin and Homestead is by far the most peaceful and serene place you could ask for when you just want to get away from it all! The host, Holly, and the caretaker, Taylor, are really friendly to communicate with and very responsive when you have any questions. My husband and I will be returning to the cabin, when time permits, to enjoy some more peace and quiet and to just sit and listen to the Loons.

My family had a great ski trip to Mt Abram. Great ski in ski out location. Very convenient! Rich was great with communication which made the trip stress free! Thanks Rich!
