We’re reluctantly leaving this review, but of not fault of Jennifer’s, but for our own selfish reasons..LOL..We fear that if we adequately describe how AMAZING this place is, that it’ll be extremely hard for us to book again in the future. Not only is the property exactly as described, but coupled with the out of this world amazing staff, this place is truly a dream. Now before I run out of characters allotted, I will make mention that the drive/ride from the airport to the villa is about 3 hours, but if you’re willing to accept that, then welcome to PARADISE! Every meal that was prepared was not only delicious, as well as nutritious and FRESH! We felt right at home and welcomed, whether in the villa our out in the community. This trip was our honeymoon, and Bali and Villa Sedang will forever be a part of our love story. Thanks so much Jennifer and staff!

It was a super last minute booking in the evening for the villa as we were in the midst of company trip with a group of 19pax, experiencing bad hotel booked by travel agent. But with Susan’s proactive and responsive service, it just took us few hours from booking to check-in for a big group at 9:30pm. We have booked Villa Bedua and Villa Intenia without hassles. Putri were very very attentive and friendly for the entire stay. Checking out is smooth with Dwi too. The housekeepers for both Villas (Tini, Suwan and others) were superb, my team had the best experiences for this stay. They love it so much :) Besides that, the services provided during the stay (with or without extra charges) such as breakfast, massage, laundry and etc were very good too. Definitely recommend their massage service! I strongly recommend this place for a group of people or family and definitely come back to this villa if I ever travel to Bali again :)

What an incredible stay!! There wasn't a minute in the 2weeks we stayed where we didn't feel immense gratitude to be staying somewhere so beautiful surrounded by such wonderfully kind people. From before we even left Marie was fantastic at putting us in contact with the staff at the Villa who were incredible and arranged us getting to the villa and took care of us to the highest standard the entire trip. We was treated like family by Kadek, Komang, Putu and the team who were all especially caring to our children. We had lots of tears when we left. The villa itself is beautiful with immaculately kept gardens and the sea lapping up on the shore at the bottom of the garden. We ate every meal at the Villa which we're all incredible! Putu organised fantastic trips and has brilliant knowledge. I would highly recommend the location of the villa for anyone wanting to experience true authentic Bali away from the touristic crowds. Thankyou so much to Marie and the team we can't wait to return!

Excellent spot, perfectly located (very central but not noisy). The villa is also super nice and they took great care of us every day. When we come back we'll definitely stay here again!

It was my second stay in this villa — for a reason. The architecture is awesome, the surroundings quiet (even though it’s busy Canggu) and the service is super nice. I recommend this place to you if you want something high quality in a good location with connection to nature (as the garden is kind of part of the living room). 🙌

Le contraste entre le côté sombre de l'accès à cet endroit et le luxe de ce logement est énorme. L'avenue est très bruyante et passagère, le chemin de l'avenue à la villa est très sombre et tortueux. Mais en arrivant à la jolie porte d'entrée du logement tout change et devient merveilleux. Le logement est très luxueux, silencieux et surtout totalement isolé des voisins avec une terrasse donnant sur la jungle absolument étonnant. L'endroit est très romantique et adapté à un week end en amoureux.

We had an amazing stay at this villa — it was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family holiday. The space was beautifully maintained and cleaned daily, which made everything feel fresh and relaxing throughout our stay. What truly made this experience stand out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff — Mera, Diyah, and Puttu — were incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to make our mum’s birthday feel really special, and they were so warm with our children, who absolutely loved them. The host, Radit, was professional, responsive, and welcoming from the beginning - even helping me find a private chef! Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. This villa truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely recommend it to other families. We’d love to return one day!

The place was beautiful. Location was close enough to be a quick Grab from the busy markets, but far enough away to be quite and peaceful. Kadek and Aditya were both amazing and very accommodating. The villa was cleaned daily and always timed around our schedule. Would definitely visit again

I had an absolutely incredible stay at Villa Clarisse in Bali! The location is simply stunning, nestled in a beautiful, serene setting that truly allowed for complete relaxation. The villa itself is luxurious, with an immense outdoor pool that was perfect for lounging and unwinding. The butlers were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The villa was spotless, showcasing impeccable cleanliness throughout. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and lavish retreat in Bali!

We were a group of 16 with 4 kids and 2 senior citizens. Rio and his team did a great job in welcoming us and meeting all our requirements, be it arranging for transport, wheelchair, accommodating our luggage in their office as we were early for check in, and even the last minute requests or changes. The Villa was as described and was clean. It had all the facilities and amenities. And the in-house staff were very supportive and responsive. Location was great as it was at walkable distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping centers and beaches and not very far from places of attractions. Overall, it was a comfortable and wonderful stay at the Hazel Villa. Thank you Rio and your team for being so prompt and responsive and catering to all our requests. Surely recommend your place!

Absolute dream of a stay! Went with a very large group of 16 adults, enough beds for each person with ample space per room so did not feel at all crowded. Ade and the Villa team were flawless, from daily breakfast to nightly cleanups we couldn't ask for a better service. The villa itself is genuinely as the picture show, incredible space, massive pool and plenty greenery ! 16/16 of the guest were completely amazed by the villa and thoroughly pleased with the stay. Location is tucked away so feels private but it's not in the prime "tourist" sort of area so you get a bit of a local feel when you walk around the main street but do require taxi to get to the more well known areas. The only 2 tiny tiny drawbacks is that there is not a full body mirror available to get ready in front of and the rooms are fairly dim, whilst that is very aesthetic sometimes needed bit more lighting to get ready etc.

This company and their entire staff went above and beyond to make this a perfect stay for me and my friends. Not a like regular airbnb, but had a full staff of amazing people that made our stay amazing. The cooks were great, Maria was kind attentive and helpful, Dora went above and beyond well before we arrived and is the best concierge, just a perfect luxurious situation for any group.

Stay at this villa was absolutely wonderful! The service was impeccable - Wayan and Ary were always ready to help with a smile. The villa was spotlessly clean, with the housekeeper visiting every morning to keep everything tidy. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and varied, and I loved starting my day with aromatic coffee and fresh local dishes. The beach is just a 4-minute walk away. I stayed here for one night and only regretted that the villa was booked, and I couldn't extend my stay. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Alex, Wayan and Ary!

A new villa with luxurious design and stunning views became the perfect spot for our getaway. Situated right on the oceanfront, it offers a blend of style, comfort, and an incredible ambiance. Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we couldn’t be happier!

Her friendly and welcoming tone made the communication smooth and enjoyable throughout the stay. Stunning. Simply stunning. Everything here was perfect. Celebrating Nyepi in peace after the wonderful parad and party the day prior. Wish my kiddo didn’t hurt himself, we’d have seen more. (Definitely no one’s fault but his own) Sunday was perfect as we booked a massage and then a day trip around the area with a waterfall and Buddhist temple. Then this morning had a fabulous dolphin cruise all while they were patient with our return. Miss Yuli was so sweet, so helpful and made life dreamy. Definitely recommend staying here for your Lovina get away. The pool, fantastic. The location, superb. The host, perfection. THANK YOU!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are well-kept and always clean (they have a cleaning staff who come 6x a week). Really love the pool and the outdoor area. The housekeeper, Bli Nengah, was very helpful and very attentive. Overall, we love it!

Clean place. Comfortable bed. Budi and staff are very friendly and responsive. We had a minor utility issue which Budi responded and resolved within minutes. Having a pool and netflix are a plus for a relaxing day in a hot day. Thanks for having us :)

Beautiful villa! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to heaps of restaurants, stores and the beach. Would highly recommended!!
