Great remote location to make you feel at home. They were more than accommodating and super friendly.

Beautiful location for a getaway in the woods, while still being close to town. We loved the hot tub and view from the loft bedroom. Comfortable beds, very clean, cute space!

This is a gorgeous place, and it lives up to the photos and description. The setting is so private, with lovely views. The house is wonderfully equipped - comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen (other reviewers mentioned good knives, and they're right!), a nice grill outside, a rippin' woodstove (plus plenty of firewood)... Check-in was a breeze and Collin was super responsive. We just had a lovely time here!

Kirk's place is beautiful and extremely nice! My wife and I had a fantastic time, and we can't wait to go back! I would also add that my wife has a very unusual hidden disability, and when Kirk found out about it, he went out of his way to be extremely accommodating. We really appreciated that since it is sometimes difficult to get people to take her needs seriously.

This is the perfect spot to ski Discovery and the Echo Lake trails! The host responded within seconds to each of my messages and the cabins were just as described with everything we needed. There was plenty of snow so we were grateful to have a 4WD to get in and out. We’ll be back!

This place met all our expectations and more!! We were blessed with the most beautiful snowfall, and I couldn’t imagine being in a better place to witness it. The roads were maintained even with the heavy snow. They are so close to Philipsburg! It was easy to get all we wanted from skiing and seeing the town in only a few nights. We felt right at home because of how clean and well designed the cabin is. We felt like we had everything we needed!

This is my second time at Wind Chime, and both times I stayed for a month to complete some writing and research. If you want a quiet place that's not far from fantastic hikes and beautiful scenery, you can't do better. Reyanna's a great host and the cabin is perfect if you want to just kick back and read and relax. My month was so productive I extended it nearly two more weeks.

Our family had the most wonderful Christmas at this beautiful Airbnb! Growing up in Hamilton, I was thrilled to finally share Montana in this beautiful location with my husband and mother-in-law. The home was a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, and the peaceful, private surroundings felt like a scene from a holiday movie. We hosted Christmas Eve dinner for my family, and the fully equipped kitchen made it so easy to prepare a full holiday meal. After dinner, we gathered around the outdoor fire pit, enjoying the crisp Montana air and the star-filled sky—it was truly magical. The host was amazing—when we asked to extend our stay by a day, she moved things around to make it work, going above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. Her kindness and responsiveness made everything seamless. If you’re looking for a serene and special place to create lasting memories, especially during the holidays, this is it. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful cabin! Perfect combination of privacy and rustic setting, along with the comforts of a hot shower and a nearby town. Our daughter loved the loft and appreciated the books and games. We loved the outdoor space with plenty of room to cook, eat, and enjoy a fire. Even the dog felt welcome with the provided dog dishes :)

Where to start. Lynda and her husband Jamie were the most welcoming, kind, and helpful host’s. My girlfriend and I’s ski trip was unfortunately cut short to our truck breaking down. Lynda, our amazing host picked up my girlfriend and dog from the side of the road and took them back to the cabin. Her husband Jamie lent me his tools and helped me work on my truck, I don’t know what we would’ve have done without them. Besides all that, the property was beautiful, with mountains all around us and a cozy porch to sit out and relax. They had a little fenced off yard for our dog and also let him roam around and play with their sweet dog Bluey! We will definitely be coming back not only to stay in the quaint, homey cabin but also to visit our new friends Lynda and Jamie.

Is as described. Cozy cabin by a creek with abundant wildlife. Would stay again for sure.

If you love the seclusion of the wilderness. This place is great

The location was absolutely perfect for skiing at Lost Trail. I loaded four crock-pot recipes into chat GPT and had it make one shopping list for me. Crock-Pot they had worked out perfect. we're able to leave in the morning ski all day and come home to an easy dinner. There's plenty of extra of everything. The place is actually bigger than it appears from the photos. definitely recommend it as well as if we ever come back to this location would definitely love staying here again!

Scott took incredible care of us. Philipsburg is a quaint town, and Scott’s hospitality, attention to detail, and knowledge of local opportunities, all made for a fantastic weekend. We’re already talking about making this stay an annual tradition.

We were really glad we found SkyWater Cabins and really enjoyed our time there. It was a quick overnight for us and we appreciated it was beautiful, peaceful, clean, dog-friendly, cozy inside and out and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a small meal. We both agreed we would love to stay there again. Many thanks!!

We brought our kids with us for a ski weekend at Disco and stayed ar Allison’s lovely cabin. It was so nice! We loved it and the kids thought it was magical. Rustic and cozy, it had everything we needed for a home away from home. The beds were super comfortable, the fireplace heated the space right up, and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook. There was even a baby gate available for us to keep our little guy safe. Lots of games and books and movies to keep the littles entertained, too! We would definitely recommend this cabin and would love to come back again. Thank you, Allison!

This place is a gem, truly the pastoral ideal, an incredible valley in the foothills of the bitterroots. Warm and cozy in the deepest snows of winter. What sets it apart are the amazing caretakers ! They were on premise and kept the roads plowed and the pathways shoveled and kept us in firewood . Vacasa feels a bit distant/impersonal and like a corporation that doesn’t fully understand the site, but that’s all swept away by the two amazing caretakers. The price felt a little steep for two nights , but it was a top notch place. Very clean and comfortable. Mattresses were foam and firm and delightful, lots of hot water and good shower pressure. Kitchen was well outfitted. Don’t forget to ring the school bell in Sula !

Wonderful host, comfortable and well-appointed log cabin in a beautiful, serene location. Perfect as a getaway and as a homebase to visit family in the area.

This cabin in Salmon was exactly as described. nice rustic feel and the location was great. Enjoyed the easy access to amenities in town while still having some peace and quiet. Lots of birds to serenade us in the morning and also saw about 6 deer 🦌. Recommend that people try out the whitewater rafting on North Fork Salmon River.

We loved our stay. Lots of wildlife and the hosts made sure we were welcome and comfortable. We travel with pets and they were welcomed and loved.

This was a great place to stay in Salmon, ID; Jim was very responsive! The most important thing is that it was spotless!

Very nice cabin in the middle of town, easy walk to restaurant, bar, coffee shop. Wisdom is remote, very beautiful and a great hub to a lot of outdoor activities.

The cabin was perfect for my family and our friend visiting from out of town! Extremely nice to have a wood stove to help dry out all the gear after a day at Lost Trail. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to do all of the cooking. The beds were comfortable and the linens were all clean. The kids wanted to have a fire outside one day, and Katrina got back to me quickly and said that it wasn’t an issue. I will definitely try to stay here again in the future and recommend anyone looking for a cozy cabin experience to do the same.
