We recently spent 5 days at Peaceful Peak, and cannot recommend it enough! Jennifer and Travis are responsive and friendly, they truly want you to enjoy the home. The house is on top of a mountain, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I told my husband if we move to the area, I may just hire Jennifer as my interior decorator! Everything is top-notch and super clean with a beautiful view. The digital guide Jennifer provides is very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Peaceful Peak, and know you will too!

Nice place to stay. Parking was not good no designated spots for the apartment basically first come first serve. I think that maybe the neighbors on the first floor smoked because there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke. But the apartment was extremely clean. The only thing that could have made the apartment better was if it had a washer and dryer in the laundry room. I would 100% stay again.

A large spacious home with an open floor plan. The backyard had such a beautiful view. The house was beautifully decorated with such a Home away from home feel! So close to Bristol motor speedway!!! My family of eight hung out by the pool, grilled steaks and cooked casseroles in the two ovens!! The hostess was so sweet, she provided everything we needed from sunscreen to towels to spices! This house has it all everything we needed!!! Master suite is a plus! If we go to the races next year will definitely rent this home again! Thank you again for your hospitality!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was well maintained. It was spotless, which made us feel right at home. We found all the amenities we needed for a fantastic stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathroom had fresh towels and toiletries, and the living space was cozy and inviting. The location was amazing. Private but not to far away from a local grocery store. Lots of room for us to spread out by the pool and relax in the hot tub. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay, look no further.

Brandi was an amazing host. The location was perfect for a weekend of racing at Bristol Motor Speedway. She was very responsive, gave great recommendations, and the home was spotless. Thank you for a great stay.

This was our first Airbnb and now, the other ones I will stay at have a high mark to reach. This is a lovely place. The neighborhood was safe and beautiful! The house was loaded with ample supplies, e.g. toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, both kinds of washing pods, towels, etc.. And 4 full bathrooms!!!!! We especially enjoyed the game table. The weather was not conducive to swimming or the hot tub but both were well kept and inviting. Due to our schedule , we did not use the Movie room but it is a great setup. We will certainly stay here if we ever revisit Kingsport.

Stayed here for a week , had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Place is quiet with no neighbors and a small stream across the street . There is a cool old confederate era cemetery located a few hundred yards behind the house that the owner Danial gave us permission to go check out . Danial stopped by to introduce himself and make sure we had everything we needed . Donna who runs the Airbnb page for him was also very friendly and helpful and gave us some local food recommendations. This was perfect for us to fish the Watauga and about 25 minute drive to head up to fish the south Holston river . Hopefully we can stay here when we return to fish the area again .

This house this small but very cute and worked for what we needed. Close to a lot of things (grocery, speedway, state street, etc.)

Las minute work trip to lake Abingdon. My boyfriend loved the crisp cool mornings surrounded by the trees. The house was beautiful & very peaceful. Thank you Randy for having your home available!

We were in town for the NASCAR race, the location was perfect, only a few miles away! It was nice to have a well stocked kitchen, we cook a lot! The home was comfortable and clean, we will definitely book here again!

Very good AirBnB. Location was a little sketchy especially with the completely run down neighbor. Once inside, felt secure. The house had good amenities with good shower, hot water, wonderful beds and great internet. The only un-advertised surprise was the only parking option was street parking, because the driveway was shared with the neighbor. One night, we caught the neighbors across the street leaning on our car talking - not a good feeling to have to go outside to tell them to leave not knowing what they would do overnight. House location was very convenient to restaurants and downtown. We recommend this location and would stay again if we come back to Bristol.

We, 3 adult family, stayed a month and really enjoyed this property. Off street parking, a nice porch with barbecue, and garden area and a quiet neighborhood. Walkable to supermarket (and farmers market, which starts mid April) and a couple of restaurants. A longer walk to downtown. It is comfortably furnished and had plenty of kitchen items, crockery and utensils. Linens were fine with plenty of extra pillows, sheets etc. Extra touches like candy, wine and snacks on arrival. Plenty of laundry cleaner and soaps etc. Full range of shows on TV (no TV in bedrooms) and good Wifi speed. Sarah was responsive to our questions. We really enjoyed our stay and are glad and lucky to have chosen it for the first phase of our relocation to NE TN. Thanks again Sarah.

Our stay was wonderful…quiet, convenient & very comfortable. They had everything we needed and much more! Such a nice touch with welcome snacks! We traveled with our dog and the fenced yard was great and close to an awesome park! Squeaky clean and very nicely decorated. Loved the comfy couch to relax on!

Great experience staying here with our wedding party before our wedding weekend! Highly recommend staying here!

Susan is amazing!!! She went over and beyond for my husband and I who managed to lock ourselves out of the house with the truck keys, phone, and all information inside!!! Susan saved the day!!! I loved the little house, very clean! Love the setting and outdoor space. The house set up does not provide much privacy if you are a couple traveling with others but it worked for us and our needs and weekend with daughter. Would definitely book again if in the area! Susan made me feel like a friend and not just a renter using her place.

We were traveling thru and this was a halfway point for us. The house is less than a mile from I-81. Gas, groceries and restaurants are close by and convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet. We appreciated the motion lights making it easy to find our way in and out. We have family in the area and will keep this place in mind the next we come thru. Thanks for the hospitality and accommodating our last minute booking.

My daughters and I had a great stay here. The access to downtown Kingsport is great! The space felt very clean and open.

Libby’s home was amazing. We came for the NASCAR race. It was super convenient to the track. And there were lots of shopping and restaurants near her home. Her home was also in an amazing area. We enjoyed the porch since the weather was so nice. There were cows across the street and for us city folks we really enjoyed hearing them. Libby’s home was beautiful. So very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were so soft. We also enjoyed walking into the house to a wonderful scent. Libby communicated so well. We had no issues at the house but she did message to let us know that we could check in early if we arrived before 3. She also messaged us to make sure that we had no issues with access and had settled in well. I would recommend her home to anyone. We will be staying here again if she allows us to. Thank you, Libby, for being such an amazing host!

Great place for us to have our Christmas this year when visiting family in TN

We have stayed here multiple times now. This time was just as great as it always is, we really enjoy staying here and always look if this house is available first before booking in the area. Great location, great space.
