Had a wonderful stay at this transient house in Gensan! The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing rest. The host was very accommodating and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to stay in the city!

Purtroppo non tutto è andato bene a causa di problemi personali, ma Jo e i suoi collaborarori sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili, hanno assecondato tutte le mie esigenze. L'alloggio era molto bello, accoglente, spazioso. Come nella descrizione. Mi hanno accompagnato con il loro van, all'andata, al ritorno, all'aeroporto. Mi hanno preparato la colazione. Mi sono trovato bene e spero di ritornare da loro in futuro.

The moment you walk into the property inside the gate, it’s like walking into the most peaceful environment/oasis within the city (one caveat: expansion was happening but it didn’t bother me) with all the beautiful plants and flowers, welcoming hosts (including Buko, the dog host), and the friendly guests. The host provided a lot of local recommendations, and also provided tours to nearby areas such as Lake Sebu (even joined in on the zip lining fun!), Gumasa Beach, Olarte Cave and Legare Cold Spring. The optional cook to order breakfast was very good, especially the avocado shake - the avocado is from the tree in the property. Will definitely stay here again should I be back in GenSan.

Perfect for multi families. Deliberately looked for 3 bedroom units to fit 3 families during our trip. Bedrooms were not tight especially the family room at the ground floor. There are enough bathrooms and toilet. However, dining area will not be able to accommodate everyone at once, which we dont mind. One particular bed foam upstairs is not soft. Also would have been better to have an aircon by the sala as well, and a netflix account. Overall, we were all satisfied! Worth the price. Everything was smooth despite booking the night before check in.

We had a relaxing stay at Marissa & Wesley’s Coconut Farm. We appreciated their warm hospitality and instantly felt very welcome upon having them pick us up at the airport. This is definitely a great place to disconnect from city life, and get back to the roots of nature. Their staff are all very friendly and accommodating to whatever you need or would like. We had the pleasure to taste some of their farm cooked meals for breakfast/dinner, which were very delicious! While we stayed here we had Wesley and Marissa guide us with a lovely local hike with lunch cooked on an open fire, zip lined the highest Southeast Asian zip line at Lake Sebu-Seven Falls , and did enjoyed some local shopping near by. So whether you’re an avid outdoor enthusiast or just starting out exploring more of the outdoors, THIS is the place to experience it!

We spent some nice days in Susana's apartment. It's easy to find and has a good size for up to 4 guests. Wifi was fast and reliable. The split Aircon in the main room, is modern and quiet. We will consider staying there again on our next GenSan trip.

We took a gamble by travelling to Mindanao but we were well rewarded, thanks Wesley, Marissa, Yan and the rest of the team. The place is simply amazing and very quiet during the weekdays. We enjoyed seeing the goats and chickens roam around during the day. There plenty of nice sitting areas with power sockets. We never felt unsafe but extremely welcome. Locals we always very enthusiastic to meet us and often asked to take a photo with us. Our hosts organised a visit to Marissa's family for a lunch in the jungle. Which was an absolute highlight for us. We tremendously enjoyed the food as well as the nice views and village visit after the meal. We also recommend walking around the area by yourself, including to the small village behind the property. (Follow the river road next to the brick propety wall. The village does not show up on the map.) The waterfall walk that was recommend to us was also worthwhile and Yan was a fantastic guide.

The place was very easy to find, I used Google Maps (very accurate). Very near malls and convenience stores. It was raining heavily the day we checked-in, thus, there was some leakages in the living and master bedroom. Nonetheless, we had a great stay. Fast WIFI, clean bathrooms, kitchen was divine, it was as advertised. We will definitely go back and enjoy again it's amenities. My family totally loved it. Definitely recommended for big groups / family.
