- beautiful place (better than photos) - everything you need is in the place: washing machine, dishwasher, etc. - perfectly located place (lots of restaurants nearby, 3 mn walk to the Galata tower although very peaceful quiet charming district) - very clear and organised instructions for check-in and life in the flat - terrace with a garden and quiet charming street view was perfect in the morning for coffee and at night for dinner and wine

I hosted my family at Mr. Zak’s place and we stayed for about 10 days. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Had the smallest of amenities present. All spaces were extremely comfortable. Location was absolutely ideal; barely a minute’s walk to the metro station and Cevahir Mall. The hosts were very responsive and attended all our concerns in a timely and friendly manner. I would definitely stay again :)

COMO ALOJAMIENTO ES MAGNÍFICO, GRANDE (REALMENTE TIENE LOS METROS QUE SE INDICAN), ESTA MUY LIMPIO, BIEN CUIDADO, LA COCINA FABULOSA, LOS DOS BAÑOS MUY BIEN. LA COMUNICACION CON BEHIC ES MUY RÁPIDA, Y NOS AYUDA EN TODO LO SOLICITADO. COMO UNICO INCONVENIENTE ES QUE SE ENCUENTRA EN UNAS CALLES CON MUCHA PENDIENTE, PERO ESO EN ESTAMBUL ES BASTANTE NORMAL EN VARIAS ZONAS. LA CALEFACCIÓN Y EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO FUNCIONAN, AUNQUE NO ES FACIL CONSEGUIR LA TEMPERATURA ÓPTIMA POR EL SUELO RADIANTE (DEMASIADO CALOR), LO CONSEGUIMOS REFRESCANDO CON LA POSICIÓN DE LAS VENTANAS EN BATIENTE DURANTE UN RATO. COMO VALORACIÓN GENERAL ES DE 10 Y TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE.

This is a charming, spacious, and beautifully decorated home. It comes fully equipped with everything you might need, and the thoughtful welcome items upon arrival are a lovely touch. The location is fantastic—everything you need is just a short walk away, including various transportation options. The apartment is impeccably clean, and the host is communicative, friendly, and genuinely kind. The area feels safe and inviting. The only minor drawback was that the windows didn’t have blinds, which could make it a bit chilly when it’s windy outside. Perhaps sealing the window frames could help resolve this. Other than that, I highly recommend this place!

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. Ozi is an amazing host with a spectacular apartment. She is so accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need at all times of your visit. The views from the balcony are really incredible, and the entire apartment feels so intimate and inviting. It feels like home even though you are visiting. Also, the location is so good and you are in excellent proximity to fun activities and points of interest. Ozi is very knowledgeable on the local scene, so if you are curious about any activities or have questions about the city in general, she will make sure you have a super fun and informed itinerary. I will definitely stay here again, thanks Ozi!!!

Great property in a great location. Friendly and helpful hosts who were very responsive. I would look to stay here again if I return to Istanbul and would recommend to others who are visiting the city.

Can and Jacki are great hosts! They helped plan airport transfers for our group to and from the Airbnb. They also provided us with many recommendations in the local area. The location of the place was amazing! Very close to public transit to get to the Old City and many nice stores within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

Merci à Sena et à Fatih pour l’accueil, la disponibilité et la flexibilité! ☺️ L’appartement était très bien placé, proche d’une station de tram qui amène au plein centre d’Istanbul. La douche dans la salle de bain a eu un petit souci car je pense qu’elle est ancienne mais après avoir prévenu Fatih, ce dernier est venu réparer et tout s’est bien déroulé!

Logement impeccable, hôte très réactif, localisation idéale à la fois calme et proche de commerces et restaurants. Je recommande !

Das Viertel ist alt und unsicher, oft sitzen Betrunkene am Eingang. Für Familien ungeeignet, aber vielleicht okay für Singles. Die Wohnung war sauber, wir haben immer abgeschlossen. Mustafa ist nett und gastfreundlich, aber die Lage ist schlecht.

Die Lage ist für Unternehmungen aller Art super geeignet (Bim ins Zentrum, Hafen direkt in der Nähe). Die Unterkunft mit dem Ausblick einzigartig und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Fragen!

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

If you get the chance to stay here, grab it. It’s a stunning apartment - clearly a lot of love, thought and care have gone into designing this place and we felt right at home from the start. The apartment is super peaceful while being very close to transport links and the vibrant restaurant areas of Beyoğlu. Sultanahmet is walkable from the apartment across the bridge. Aaron and his team were brilliant hosts, responsive and pro active. He gave us some great recommendations including the local 16th century Hamam designed by Mimar Sinan (definitely recommend this) and several restaurants. We particularly liked Çiya Sofrası across the Bosporous in Kadıköy (a picturesque ferry trip from the nearby Karaköy pier) and the local Galata Kitchen. Just loved it and would go back in a heartbeat.

Very good location, staff are very nice and anything you need just ask reception they are very helpful. Communication may be a little difficult but bear with them , it’s worth it…

By far the best host I've had on Airbnb! Super attentive, always available, and incredibly quick to respond. The flat is fantastic—very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to provide essentials like oil, salt, toilet paper, and sugar—basic items most guests typically need. We had to purchase these on the first day, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our overall experience. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gyms, and more to explore. If you choose this flat, you won’t regret it! I’d absolutely stay here again.

Benny ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Er hat uns persönlich empfangen und sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Das Apartment liegt perfekt für einen Besuch von Istanbul. Obwohl sehr nahe an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße ist es ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle ist sehr nahe, so dass wir überall sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hinkommen konnten. Die Gegend ist noch eher einfach, das Apartment fällt hier sehr positiv auf. Das Apartment ist über eine etwas enge Treppe zu erreichen und liegt auf zwei Etagen. Unten sind zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette, oben befindet sich ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Очень хорошая квартира, в отличном состоянии, с хорошим расположением, есть всё, необходимое для жизни. Хороший дом с тихим двором и охранником внизу, было спокойно. Очень приятный хозяин, быстро отвечала и выдала четкие инструкции при заселении и выезде.
