这里距离鹤桥地铁站下来就几分钟的步行路程，也太方便了吧！ 周边逛逛当地人的生活超市也是步行几分钟的距离。超市买点新鲜食材回来自己烹饪也是不错的选择！ 不想动手，一路到地铁站都是餐馆，各种烤肉店，逛累了，回到民宿不用跑远就能品尝各式美食😋 房东超好👍热情周到，推荐的早餐咖啡店铺里的冰淇淋奶香味十足！

急な予約でしたがコミュニケーションも迅速で、チェックアウトまでスムーズにご対応いただきました。 雨でしたが、近くにいくつか駐車場もあったので不自由はありませんでした。 強いて言うなら、寒い日だったので床が少し冷たく、室内用のスリッパがあると完璧だと思いました。 総合的にとても素晴らしい宿でした。

Our stay is very cozy. Shinya was a great and supportive host. The place was perfectly match for group travel. With several separate bedrooms, as a group of friends travel together, we found Shinya’s place is perfectly match with our preferences, private but connected with living area. The location also great with walking distance to the station that could easily get to Namba and a little bit further walking distance to the Airport. I would definitely consider to stay at this place in the future.

Amazing stay in a perfect location. Very close to a train station with Lawson, 7/11 and Family Mart right around the corner. The stay was very clean and comfortable! Host had many great recommendations for us to try. Fit a group of 4 people very well and will definitely stay here again if given the chance!

We found the apartment very clean, tidy and comfortable for our short stay in Osaka. The modern compact apartment facilities provided a welcoming and relaxing sleep. Good bathroom although Japanese style bath toilet technology. Having umbrellas at the doorway for guests, might be my only recommendation.

도부쓰엔마에역 2번 출구 앞 시장 안쪽에 있어서 지하철 이동이 매우 편리했습니다. 미도지스선으로 난바, 도톤보리,우메다 역으로 오갈 수 있고, 사카이스지선으로 에비스초, 닛폰바시역으로 갈 수 있습니다. 간사이공항에서 라피트를 타고 신이마미역에 내린다면 걸어서 십 분 거리 입니다. 또한 도보 십분 거리에 덴노지역이 있어서 JR하루카를 이용 할 수 있고, 아베이하루카스 전망대, 덴노지동물원, 쓰텐카쿠 등이 근처라 쉽게 다닐 수 있습니다. 도교로 가는 신칸센을 타기 위해 미도스지선으로 신오사카로 금방 갈 수 있습니다. 교토 버스투어 모임 장소도 2정거장이라 편했습니다. 숙소가 시장에 있어서 언제든지 식사를 할 수 있습니다. 1층 욕실에 의류 건조 기능이 있어서 유용했고, 세탁+건조 기능의 세탁기가 있습니다. 계단이 좁지만 노인분들만 아니면 괜찮습니다. 다만, 겨울이라, 바닥이 차가워서 1층 다다미방에서 잘 때 추웠습니다. 문의에도 신속히 응답해주셨고, 즐거운 오사카 여행이 됐습니다. 감사합니다.

Host was super responsive and accommodating. The rooms were spotless and the bathrooms are super nice! It is a quiet residential area. The home is about a 15 min. walk from most of the trains that take you to the center of the city which was also not bad at all.

Host was so very sweet and accommodating. They left a ton of snacks, fruits and drinks for our stay. Home was walkable to train stations. Washer and dryer was very convenient for our family to use. Awesome place and host!

Great spot for a quick 24 hour stop with a group of 11. Lots of room, comfortable beds, great communication. Definitely would stay again

We stayed 10 days at the villa to be able to explore the city and its surrounding areas at our pace (we have 2 kids and a baby). We really enjoyed the space and its amenities (the bath is amazing!). The host is very friendly and responsive, he even got us a coffee machine after we asked (I’m sure other guests will appreciate!) and answered all of our questions promptly. The house is in a quiet residential area with grocery stores and convenience stores within short walking distance. I would just make sure to bring an eye mask because the bedrooms are very luminous in the morning. Don’t hesitate to book!

We absolutely loved this house! So much space, an easy walk from the train station and there is a convenience store right across the park. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and very clean. The host was so kind and responsive to all of our questions. Would recommend to everyone!

Jade fue muy amable y estuvo siempre pendiente te de nuestras peticiones. Tiene súper limpio y ordenado el departamento, muy pequeño pero con todo lo que necesitas para descansar después de un día de caminata. Camas y cobijas muy cómodas. Ideal para 2 o 3 personas máximo. El baño es muy pequeño pero fuera de eso, muy agradable estancia en este acogedor departamento. Está a unos pasos de un café pintoresco donde puedes desayunar y a unos pasos de una estación de tranvía. Hay estación de metro cerca también y tienditas locales que venden comida para llevar.
