It’s was our first Airbnb so I wasn’t sure what to expect. To my surprised Jehu’s listing was filled with kitchen and bath essentials, it made us feel like home. Very clean and cozy! The only issue I had was the narrow driveway to his apartment but honestly, that wasn’t a big deal. Highly recommend to stay here. Super friendly too.

Pamela and Steven were amazing hosts! Proactive communication and directions were very clear and easy. The bed was THE most comfy ever! Appreciated the coffee pods for the Keurig, sugar and they even offered to get us creamer. They supplied bottles of water and healthy snack bars too in the fully stocked kitchen. The Williams Sonoma soaps and room sprays were lovely! They really thought of everything and were so sweet! We would definitely return!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

My daughter and I had a lovely visit to Montecito and enjoyed staying at Santa’s wonderful place. Check in and out were very easy and we found ourselves walking down to Coast Village for coffee and shopping a number of times. We appreciated the quiet of the neighborhood and also the close proximity to Westmont College.

Great place with a very responsive host. Price is very reasonable. Would like to stay again.

My husband and I along with our daughter, son in law and grand daughter, spent 10 nites at Zora’s place over the Christmas holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and being able to be together to play games and open presents. The close proximity into Solvang and its Julefest made for fun walks. We also enjoyed nearby wineries, Santa Barbara and local parks. I do think in 2024 in the Tech State of California not having free high speed WiFi is a bit anachronistic. Paying an additional $5 per device for poor bandwidth was unnecessary and annoying. That criticism however is not a negative reflection on Zoar but rather the Worldmark property policy

Definitely one of my favorite casitas in the Santa Barbara area while visiting my daughter at UCSB! It’s so clean, fresh and filled with light, and very comfy. The hosts took care of every detail from bottles of wine to fresh flowers. The neighborhood is peaceful and it’s close to everything. Would love to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped, making it a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location is also ideal—just a 5-minute drive from Ojai, allowing us to enjoy the town while staying in a peaceful setting. The kitchen had everything we needed, though a bit more lighting would make it even better.

Whether it’s your first time in SB or you’re a returning traveler, Kyle’s stay is the perfect spot to reside during your visit! Starting off with its location near needed stores and recommended restaurants like Jeanine’s diner, you can’t ask for a better location. A stay should consist of both an Experience along with Convenience and this home provides both. In using AirBnB, I think prompt communication from a host is a strong factor of making the stay a great one and Kyle executed that “to a T”! An issue would arise, she was quick to respond! I appreciate the home, the location and the professionalism that Kyle displayed during my visit.

This place was perfect for walking to town or to the beach. Very clean and modern decor. Delicious Nespresso maker for morning coffee. Jannett responds fast and was very accommodating! :) If you like to cook - bring your own olive oil and spices.

Not fancy but everything we needed for a nice, relaxed week in Santa Barbara. Excellent location with easy walk to Leadbetter Beach

Matthew's place was perfect for our short stay. We were in SB for one night, and his place is a short drive to the waterfront where we wanted to explore. We felt safe and comfortable. We will definitely stay again if we are in this area. Bonus~Matt has excellent taste in music ; )

We had a wonderful time at Carolyn and Maurice’s apartment! We had an early flight and were already in town waiting on our 3 o’clock check in when she let us know it was all ready for us, which was a relief because we needed to rest. Just after getting in we were surprised with fresh baked cookies that were delicious! That place was nice and clean and had everything you could need. I walked to the beach morning and night and it was quick and easy. I was very glad to see a first aid kit and beach towels since we had forgotten towels and bandaids. Ventura was home so we were in town visiting family and the place even had Tupperware so I was prepared to snatch my great aunt’s leftovers to enjoy at the apartment later. We were lucky enough to meet both Carolyn and Maurice in the driveway and chat for a bit. The couple times I needed anything Carolyn was quick to respond anywhere from 30 secs to 20 mins on messaging and they were just a minute away upstairs. Great place & hosts! 5 star

Clean, quiet, convenient and private, our stay worked out great for us since we were close to our family and that was essential. We both slept great, and we actually figured out how to use the TV! I loved seeing Elvira’s beautiful vegetable and flower garden out front, and having all the lighting really helped us find out way home at night. I would definitely come back.

Had the best Carpinteria getaway! 🌴🌊🙋🏼‍♀️ This amazing studio is steps from the beach & shops/restaurants, and has all the comforts and amenities of a true home away from home. Michael is a wonderful host who’s communicative, friendly, and provided the best experience. Highly recommended! ✨

Really enjoyed staying here. Had private parking which was quite convenient. Location was great. The accommodation really matched the description, it was a beautiful unit. Would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful and a quick drive to the center of Ojai. Geoff and Annika were friendly and responsive. They helped us figure out the hot tub and cold plunge which were great to have access to after our active days around Ojai. It is a little less private than I realized from the description (you share the space with the hosts), but they have done a good job of making it feel private by putting a gate to a private courtyard and blocking off direct access to the rest of the house. It has the feel of a guest house. The vibe was laid back and peaceful- perfect weekend get away!

Great place to stay. Everything was really clean and organized. If I had to be nit picky about something, I wish there were bigger bowls to eat out of in the kitchen and more trash bags. Besides that, Rajvir was a great host and very responsive. You have access to the gym and pool during your stay and I felt very safe in the gated community.

Maddi’s place was perfectly situated - walkable to beach, funk zone, even zoo! That was a wonderful surprise perk we hadn’t realized until a day was just a tad cold to sit by the water all day). The place was just as expected, clean and comfortable, with wonderful upgrades in the right places (hello bathroom). The hot tub was used daily during our stay, and it’s nice to have the private outdoor space back there too. We couldn’t fit our SUV in the dedicated spot because of our cargo box, but street parking was easy and safe right outside. We frequent SB, and will definitely keep Maddi’s place on the top of our list for future trips.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

The place itself is inside a nice little gated community with a very chill vibe. The apartments and parking spaces aren't arranged in numerical order for some reason, but there was no issue finding our way because Kiran sent detailed instructions to help us. The place itself is super cute, with a lovely beachy theme and a small patio and big sliding door that lets in a nice breeze. The surrounding grounds are well groomed and full of beautiful local plants and flowers. The beds are comfy, and the place is clean, well organized, and everything is labeled with instructions to make things easy. And of course, it's right next to the beach! It's easily less than ten minutes to get to the beach behind the complex on foot. I don't know what it's like during the busier part of the season, but while we were there it wasn't crowded, and we had plenty of space to explore the shore and play in the water. This place had everything we needed, and my family had a great stay!

The Solvang property was very conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The unit itself was immaculately clean, comfortable and relaxing. Anne was super responsive and patient with my questions and inquiries.

Had a great stay and would definitely book again!
