Natalie’s place was ADORABLE!! Felt so comfortable and right at home. I ran the Ojai marathon during my stay here and needed a safe haven to rest and recover and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The patio was heavenly and so peaceful. It was perfect location, so close to the beach. Everything was spotless and cozy. The neighborhood was so cute and safe. Will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, quaint place to stay!

Great value and home base for visit to Santa Barbara. Efficient use of space. Very clean and nicely decorated. Very safe and gated. Convenient location. Right next to freeway and near train tracks, although you wouldn't know it once inside the complex. Close to amazing produce grocery store, Tri-County Produce. Easy to walk to East Beach, Stearns Wharf, State St. No frills, other than two TVs, so bring own spices, cooking oil, games, etc. Immediate neighbors are low-end commercial/industrial complexes, but the host and his team made this gated complex feel very safe, comfortable, and tasteful.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 1 bedroom suite has so much vintage charm but kept in top condition with all the luxuries one could want for. Great water pressure, instant hot water, uninterrupted wifi, luxury bedding and furniture - we were super comfortable, the location was excellent - very walkable to shops/restaurants/beach. We drove up from Los Altos, parking was easily available. My family reports that they would happily stay here again when we visit next.

This place was perfect for us! We loved the Pierpont community vibe. The beach was a 5 min walk away and there was a wagon for us to use which was wonderful. Instead of bunk beds like the listing photos, there were twin beds, which also worked great for us. We felt super at home and the host was extremely helpful when we had any troubleshooting to do. We would love to stay again!

Jennifer’s home in Ojai was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. We enjoyed waking up the views of the surrounding area each morning. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ojai.

Beautiful home in Camarillo. Included a beautiful outdoor space shaded by fruit trees and views of the mountains. Walkable to Camarillo Main Street. Easy to find, great amenities.

Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Heaven ON EARTH. Perfection, from the wrap around deck with ocean views, to the gas bar b que, sectional sofa WITH fire pit. Dining table too! Comfortable beds, beautiful interior design & walk ability. This place HAS IT ALL🏆👌🏽

The West Beach Casita was perfect for our two-couple weekend in Santa Barbara. The space is even more attractive in person -- big windows, healthy plants, comfortable and clean furnishings. The lovely location is quiet and yet convenient to walk to the Funk Zone and the beach, with lots of fun restaurants, bars and shops minutes away. Lara was the best Airbnb host I've rented from. So proactive, responsive and she even left us a delicious homemade sourdough bread. What a treat! I would stay here again without hesitation.

Carpinteria is incredible already - have visited many times. We love the quiet area, everything in walking distance to the condo, and a beautiful calm beach literally 'right next door.' The condo was exactly as advertised, very cute, comfortable, well appointed, great refrigerator, and lots of space to unpack our simple belongings. Amanda also provided local tips that were much appreciated! There were even beach chairs and beach towels! We loved sitting on the balcony as the sun was setting to wind down each day! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
