Mr. Frankie was a great host quickly to respond and easy to get directions from. His house fit our needs so well. Great Spring Break!

Jimin was very hospitable and easy to talk to. I felt welcomed. His place was spotlessly clean. He was willing to be helpful in any way. I’d stay again if he’d let me. The bed in Room B was very comfortable.

This is our second time booking the house for our vacation in Vegas. The house is very private, away from the hustle and bustle of the strip and casinos, good for quiet time with family and kids when you want to relax. At the same time, being 25mins away from the strip casinos (20mins from downtown). The house is clean, well-stocked and well-maintained, the pool and the surrounding garden helps you relax, and host is responsive and helpful. Will rebook next time we visit Vegas.

A well cared for home offered with detailed attention to a family’s needs. I was impressed by the thoughtfulness behind how the home is laid out and stocked with items traveling families will love having handy. We plan to return again!

Amazing home, it on a very convenient location and it's a great neighborhood to even take the kids for a walk which we did. Amihay was very responsive from the beginning and throughout the whole stayl. Even gaves us a discount for our next stay which we most likely be calling her again. I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to explore, yet still in a quiet, charming neighborhood. The host was incredibly accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed and going above and beyond to make me feel at home. Very personable and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Always enjoy staying at Cristian and Marianas units. Great communication place was clean and amazing as always. Easy check in and out. No complaints what so ever.

Great place for a family stay in Vegas!! Pros: It is close to everything but also far enough that you can have some peace. The heated pool and hot tub were great, even though we were there in January. 40 minutes to the Hoover Dam 20 minutes to the Strip 10 minutes to Walmart/McDonalds/etc. Grocery stores and gas nearby, so it is an affordable option to eat at the place. Beautiful lake with nice walking paths. Very close to little shops and restaurants. The home is clean, comfortable. First floor, which is nice. Parking was easy and secure. (garage) Con: Laundry facilities are available (yay!) but paid only and down the hall. Neither pro nor con: You will need a car. So rent or Uber. Very minimal shampoo. Be sure to bring your own or plan to purchase.

The location was great for visiting the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. It was close enough to visit downtown Vegas but far enough away to be peaceful. Communication was great and the recommendations for local places were helpful.

Really enjoyed our relaxing stay at Cristian and Mariana’s place….just what the doctor ordered after a couple days on hectic Las Vegas strip! Breakfast, lunch and dinner each day on the patio over looking pool ! Lovely weather and nice a quiet in early April. Hope to be back!
