This place was the perfect weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I. We absolutely loved it, and the hosts were so nice and attentive. They went above and beyond to recommend amazing restaurants we tried, and even responded super late when we were having an issue. Highly recommend coming here, so cozy, and felt like a home. Definitely want to come back here, and explore more of the park sometime. Absolutely LOVED it!

loved the place. even tho we beside the main road it was still private. it was a very cozy place. he was a great host and very responsive and very accommodating. we will definitely be staying here again. the hot tub was a plus and very clean!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our getaway! The space was airy, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the comfortable beds and the peaceful outdoor patio - it was the perfect spot to relax. The location was quiet and private, which is what we were looking for. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and plenty of storage space. We felt right at home and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!"

We loved this house! It is BEAUTIFUL, and my group definitely wants to stay here again! We traveled from the PGH area for the Mount Nebo St. Patty's Day parade at the Tractor Bar. On Friday, we enjoyed the hot tub, laid out in the yard while sipping drinks in the sunshine, used the kitchen to make a nice family dinner, loved seeing all the deer in the yard, watched a movie, etc. Saturday was parade day, so we were tied up with that all day! The home is spacious! We only had 5 people, but this place is set up to accommodate many more! Grab some friends and go enjoy this house, because it's worth every penny! The hosts are great! They're very responsive, accommodating, considerate, etc. I'm very pleased with their communication and flexibility. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was comfortable for our group of four, and we enjoyed using the hot tub. The resort staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location for accessing NRG National Park trails.

We enjoyed our stay at Steve’s place on the river. We were traveling with our dogs and loved that we were able to stay comfortably with them. Our lab loved the easy access to the river! I would caution you not to use Waze for directions when leaving New River Gorge NP as the route that it provided was convoluted and a bit daunting in the dark. This was no fault of the host and Steve provided great info regarding the road to turn on as well as check in process. It was a wonderful peaceful way to spend Thanksgiving and we would stay again if ever in the area!

Leanna is warm and responsive. What you see is exactly what you get! A well-taken care of piece of property that is fully equipped, clean, and spacious. It is clear that a great deal of pride and thoughtful design has gone into this property and it was an absolutely peaceful and perfectly pristine stay. The only (and I do mean only) thing that could improve your stay would be having a washer and dryer on site. This place truly lives up to the name “Almost Heaven”.

We stayed at the Whitetail Cabin at Pipestem Place. The host was very welcoming, and the cabin was well-stocked with everything we could want for a weekend getaway. The scenery was beautiful and private and the cabin was well-designed and peaceful. The location is also very convenient for visiting various parks in the Pipestem, Bluestone, and New River regions, and the town of Hinton.

Our second stay at The Black Bear Lodge! Spacious and inviting, with plenty of space for a family gathering. Good kitchen that you can cook for a crowd in. Feels like you’re in a very secluded spot, but only 30 min drive to good groceries and other stores in Princeton. Hope to stay again!

Brooke was quick to respond, easy check in . We booked last minute with no issues. Sam the property manager was great with suggestions for places to visit. This cabin is warm and cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend staying here.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was incredibly clean and well-kept, making for a comfortable and pleasant experience. The surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful, waking up to the views from the cabin was an amazing experience. Rich was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us check in smoothly. They were also very responsive and helpful when we had a few questions during our stay. Overall, it was a great time, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming spot!

we had a great 2 night stay. it is near the road but so close to bluestone lake state park and Pipestem. we enjoyed our stay and loved that it was dog friendly.

We loved our stay out in West Virginia! It was so close to town and national and state parks! Incredible hiking, beautiful pull offs with insanely amazing views and awesome outdoor activities near by. Jennifer had a book of many activities and restaurants nearby which was extremely helpful. The location is beautiful and we even got a rare experience to see the Northern Lights. The deer are super friendly and will hangout right by you which was so incredible. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and Jennifer was very responsive whenever we needed her. Overall it was an amazing experience and we will no doubt be going back!

Its a beautiful place specially for a log cabin camp. If you look for a wild camp its the perfect sopt. New River Gorge visitor centers are near by.

It was clear Patty took time in getting her place ready. She was available for anything we needed. The fall/halloween decorations were such a special touch. It’s a very cozy cabin, perfect for our weekend trip to Concord University. We will definitely look to stay here again!

I was absolutely amazed with this place! We had friends stay the night for a visit with our exchange student from Spain, on Friday. Saturday we had a few more friends come by to take photos and see our student before their senior year is over. We wanted to get together during this beautiful fall season! Your place is absolutely perfect. The home is actually better than we ever expected. The tub in the master bath was absolutely amazing! A added bonus we didn’t even know about. ♥️
