We had a wonderful experience. The Host always went above and beyond. We extended our stay due to flight cancellation. The Host was very helpful and accommodating. It felt like home away from home.

Jennifer's place and hospitality were a gift to my family on our weekend getaway! Everything was just as described and we felt great care during our stay. The place is peaceful and has great amenities and common spaces to spend time together. Staying at the place is a blessing!

My daughter and I recently stayed at this historic Airbnb and it was an unforgettable experience. From the antique furnishings, every corner told a story. Despite the age the home was well-maintained, clean and cozy. The location was also ideal with easy access to local attractions. If you love, history and unique accommodations, this is a perfect choice.

Adorable Rustic Cottage

Great weekend getaway at the Cottage. Jorie met us upon arrival and gave us an in person run down of the house rules and amenities. The cottage was the perfect space for my husband and I to rest between events in Franklin. We were able to enjoy coffee each morning, meal prep each day, and get a few good nights rest. The weather was wonky the entire trip. From freezing temps to sunny days, windy afternoons to stormy nights. When we left we were catching snowflakes on the way out. The cottage was comfortable through all the crazy weather. Rain on the tin roof was amazing and made for an awesome nights sleep. There is the highway behind the cottage, but by around 10pm the traffic is light with an occasional truck passing by. It was not an issue even for a light sleeper. June Bug made it a point to visit a few times and give us kisses as we departed. We enjoyed the space and would happily return if we were back in the area.

WOW!!!! Excellent stay! This is one of those Diamond 💎 stays. Exactly how it was described and extremely clean. OUTSTANDING Host!!!! I would highly recommend that anyone needing a place to stay, consider staying here first.

Heather was a fantastic host! The house was very spacious, very clean, with plenty of seating, beds, and linens! When asked if someone could sleep on the sofa she went above and beyond to set up an air mattress complete with all linens! The property was beautiful and peaceful. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful property and gracious hosts. Mother son weekend with my grown son - I insisted on taking the couch since he's 6'5" and it was so comfortable. We held the baby goats, fed apples to the horse and donkey, and so many beautiful birds. Great local eatery just around the corner. Peace, quiet, fresh air, and starry nights. Highly, highly recommend.

Everything was set up for comfort and to feel right at home! This owner went above and beyond, and communication was absolutely above and beyond! This was set up to help a family member looking for a permanent home and she felt right at home during her stay. Thank you!!!

Cozy TN Getaway: 2BR/2BA Apt w/ Great Amenities!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and La Tonya’s place was the perfect place to stay. Lots of nice touches such as coffee, snacks, toiletries etc. The area is very peaceful and there is a lot to do in Franklin in general. La Tonya provided clear instructions for everything and was very responsive. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a great stay at the farm. It was just what we needed, and was ideally located close to a beautiful locality and easy access to Nashville. We’ll definitely be back!
