Great group spot! Tons of great amenities with an amazing game room, spa/sauna, theatre room etc. Honestly could have happily spent the whole trip hanging out at the house!

Erik was a very responsive host and worked very hard to accommodate any requests. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly want. Beds were very comfortable. The living room is a bit small to accommodate the number of guests that the bedrooms allow. The climb from Main St. is steep and difficult either by the street or stairs. Access to the slopes is also difficult with ski boots and skis since the walk back from the slopes is uphill on the street. The walk to the slopes requires a walk up a long and steep staircase that was covered in places with hard snow and ice. The town lift is very slow and the access to it is very icy when snowfall is low. The slope back to the staircase at the end of the day can be very icy and is fairly steep for inexperienced skiers.

Great location, with parking, on a quiet street that's walkable to downtown Park City. Charming interior with a spacious kitchen and plenty of seating on the sofa. It was just right for a few days of skiing.

Great property, easy access to the main gondola on canyon area (can ski right out the garage, and ski-in). Will definitely come back next time I visit Park City!

Amazing place to stay, very clean and cozy! One of the best air bnbs I have stayed at. Lots of bedrooms and the kitchen was great for cooking. We didn’t know what to expect for the property and found we weren’t able to explore as much as we had hoped (based on the acreage) due to the steep grade of most of the property, however it is beautiful and we did have a great time! We plan to visit again!

We stayed for a month here. It is convenient to Kimball Junction, Canyons, and the bus stop (every 30 minutes). Parking was easy with a parking pass, and the first floor location made things very easy. The bed was very comfortable, and having a back deck was handy for our dog. We also loved the gas fireplace. Although generally dated, everything was functional. There is a clubhouse with an outdoor hot tub, which was rarely busy, and a small gym (busier), but which we used several times. As long-term visitors, we appreciated these extra amenities. The clubhouse is walking distance.

Great location. Perfect for our family of 6. 5 adults and a baby, and a fur baby!. Lots of room! Enjoyed the large kitchen, full of great extras for cooking and baking. Very easy access to Park City and Heber City. We will definitely put this airbnb on the top of our list when in the Park City area.

Truly spectacular home with lots of space and amazing views of Park City. Up on a hill overlooking the entire valley and ski resorts, which are just a 10 minute drive away. Chantal (our superhost) also went above and beyond with lots of special touches that made our trip very memorable. This house just might be the coolest place on Earth!

Excellent place to stay, very quite and peaceful, very close to restaurants and rentals, Sarah was very helpful every time we needed her! Highly recommend!

The place is a great value find for Park City. It's not big, but cozy. It's close to everything, on the fringe of the business district and residential neighborhood. Many restaurants withing walking distance, and of course the bus comes by every few minutes to get you anywhere in the valley. I put on my ski boots at the unit and walked the 50 feet to the bus stop. Barry provided driving directions to avoid the traffic, provided some advice about the town, etc. He has thought about just about every convenience item, toiletries, coffee, cooking spray, etc. Will stay again if I get back to Park City.

Our previous booking cancelled last minute and we found this place on our flight into Salt Lake City. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We had a pleasant stay as the place was as described, had all of the necessities, free garage parking, and was walkable to the mountainside village lifts and the silver star lift (about a 5-10 minute walk). We would definitely stay here again. We had a fantastic time, the place was more than comfortable, and the host was great.

Responsive and helpful host, clean place, and convenient location about 1-2 blocks walking to the bottom of the gondola up to the ski lifts on the canyons village side of the park city ski resort. We were about a 12-15 minute drive from Main st and the other entrance to the park city resort.

I really love the unit. It was great. I think it’s very important to note that the unit is on the first floor and the master bedroom windows are next to the main entrance of the building. If you are not prepared for this, you may have guests above you with heavy feet and there is a lot of traffic next to the master bedroom window. People like to set their skis and boards on the window when they wait for rides. It’s not always ideal BUT knowing this is important because the unit is amazing and could not have been more perfect for us otherwise. I would definitely rent again - now I’m fully prepared that it is a first floor unit with some traffic - We really I loved it though and the host is extremely responsive and willing to help any time. Could not ask for a better location to the people mover, and the CV shuttle is amazing. I highly recommend this place!!!

Great place, very well spaced and very well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay a lot there! Seems that it’s a pretty strict HOA with an early quiet time hour and very limited parking.

Wonderful location and accommodations. Ski in and ski out surrounding by amenities. Highly recommended. Would stay again.

The house has lots of room to spread out. So much so, we didn't even use one of the bedrooms. The elevator, hot tub, drive melt and two garage spaces were our favorite features. Kitchen is well-appointed. Perfect set-up for evening meals. We ate our lunches on the mountain or in town, but we grilled dinner every night on the patio. Our group actually looked forward to coming "home" after a day of skiing for the hot tub and then a home-cooked meal. Mia is on top of everything! Anything you need or want, she's a text away to make it happen. This is a great house for larger groups for sure.

Wonderful stay!!! Very clean and great location. Communication was prompt. 10minutes to Whole Foods, ski rental, food establishments. 20min to Park City. I loved watching the skiers at Woodward Park doing their tricks. Very cool. Highly recommend!!

We had a great ski weekend staying at Patsy’s place with our family of 5! It was great having a garage and all of the space. We enjoyed the fireplace in the living room

Spot was great we were there for 4 weeks or so. Chris was super upfront that it’s a downstairs unit and you can sometimes hear people in ski boots up top but it never bothered us. Liked the location especially for a longer stay - super close to a long trail for walking to town, the slopes are close by and there’s a gym across the street.

We had an amazing stay. We loved the location and the cabin is beautiful. Will definitely return.

Very comfortable and convenient place, a short drive from the Park City Canyons Village.

This was our 2nd time to Park City Utah for our Christmas family vacation and this was by far the best one yet! JaCie’s “The Getaway” far exceeded anything that we could have hoped for, even the little welcome basket and side table mints added to the pleasantries about this place. Waking up to the beautiful Mountain View’s, covered with snow and cows grazing the fields was so relaxing. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Will definitely book again!

Maggie’s place was wonderful for our group of 12 adults! We were split between the two units, 6 adults in each one, and it was perfect. We all were able to comfortably hang out in Unit 1, which was the larger unit. One thing to note is that the units don’t connect via the inside, they connect outside. Not a problem at all, I just missed that fact before we got there! The homes had everything we needed. I was able to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner comfortably every day! The location could not be any better. It was almost ski in/ski out, as the quit n time run was right up a couple flights of stairs next to the house. And the house was basically on Main Street! We were able to walk to Davanza’s for take out the first night, and walk around town the other days. Maggie even went out of her way to bring us body wash that we were running low on, and helped with the trash since I didn’t know which bin was recycling and which was regular trash. 12/10 location, 12/10 host!
