The unit was exactly what we needed for a week working in Christchurch. So close to amenities of the city centre and a supermarket. Comfy, clean, and quiet.

I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The full kitchen was a highlight, complete with cooking staples supplied, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. The location couldn't be more perfect! Centrally located and within walking distance to the city, it was convenient for exploring the area and enjoying all the local attractions. This apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

the apartment was extremely clean and modern. it is also extremely secure with multiple locks to enter the building. there was good noise proofing, which is very important as there is another apartment right beside. the kitchen and toilets are also well stocked. would definitely recommend the apartment to everyone!

Great location and perfect for two people. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops near by. It was nice being able to use the kitchen on the mornings where we didn't feel like going out. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Our biggest challenge was finding a place to park our rental car. Many of the close parking spots had time limits and cost money. Overall, a great place and would stay again next time we come back to Christchurch.

Beautiful, adaptable apartment. Fabulous for families. The hosts were very responsive when we found that the iron was not working ( we needed to quickly prep for a wedding) and they also gave us an ironing board ( which wasn’t initially present). We were very very grateful for their rapid action. The apartment was squeaky clean. In summer, one will need to open the windows on the upper floor to get a cross breeze.

Spent a lovely 10 days here! Lovely and peaceful location, walking distance to the centre and close to a lovely trek by the river. Janee was a great host, super friendly and helped us with an early check-in. Would definitely recommend staying here😁😁

Our 3 night city stay was excellent! The location is walkable distance to everything, the air bnb was clean and well equipped, the hosts are responsive and the beds are comfortable! We'll definitely be back ☺️

Good value place to stay in central Christchurch. The apartment was centrally located and only 5-10 minutes’ walk from the centre of the city. Walkable from an evening meal out! Apartment had every amenity including fully functioning washer dryer and dishwasher. Everything was clean and modern and the kitchen area was well equipped with lots of pots, pans and utensils. We were very pleased with our stay. Communications were super quick! Thanks.

Lisa's bright and comfortable apartment worked out very well for our group of 2 couples staying in Christchurch for 3 nights. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared our breakfast each morning before heading out for the day. We could have prepared dinner also but ended up finding very good restaurants. Having a washer/dryer was convenient. The central location across from the park allowed us to walk everywhere we went. Lisa was very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this apartment.

Danielle was a responsive and friendly host. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the beautiful surrounds of Sumner and delicious bakery and bar close by!

We came back a second time to Anne-Marie's place. Anne-Marie went above and beyond as a super host. Not only was everything spotless, spacious, and modern - but we had a written welcome, Anne-Marie was willing to save mailings for us, and was helpful in other ways, as well. Highly recommend Ann-Marie's Airbnb.

Wir waren als Familie bei Tracey. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Tracey war super sie hat bei Fragen sofort reagiert, hat uns bei allen Anliegen weitergeholfen und auch noch wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, falls wir noch einmal nach Christchurch kommen.

It was peaceful and private. Our host was lovely and insightful. Was just great for a get away and bird watching. Close to many things and far away from things that is busy. Highly recommend having a stay here. Love everything including the spa. Looking forward to my next visit.

Stayed in early March 2025. J and G provided a very comfortable home-like feel in this beautiful location overlooking the beach, which is about a 10-minute walk down the hill. The views out the back window to the east are beautiful, and the central living area is very usable, with a deck attached and plenty of windows to soak in the views. The location is within a 30-minute drive of central Christchurch. We should have stayed longer than two days here!

Very comfortable place that has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay there and I can recommend it. It is though a bit far from the city center - you’ll definitely need a car.

Michael's property matched all descriptions perfectly. Communication had been great through check in all the way to check out. The property is located high up on Cashmere hills which unfortunately was out of scooter operating zone. You'll definitely need a car or Uber to get to the house. Overall, the property met our expectations and we had a comfortable stay.

Pete and Tricia have made their facilities welcoming and user friendly. Great communication through out the process. We had a lovely stay and the location was perfect for our visit to Christchurch. We won’t hesitate to stay there again.

Well appointed apartment with beautiful views. Had everything you need for cooking etc, a hot tub, air conditioning, and in a great location for central Christchurch. Would highly recommend for a couple.
