I definitely recommend this location for your stay! I was able to checkin whenever after the listed time due to the easy access code lock, it was clean, peaceful, and the perfect space to relax outside of Nashville on NYE. Benjamin was very responsive, gave detailed instructions, and made our stay easy and comfortable like home away from home. I can’t wait to stay here next time

We had a great stay! Lisa was a very responsive host and her loft at The Claiborne was beautiful and comfortable. Relaxing on the rooftop patio was just perfect after a day walking around Nashville. We would definitely stay again!

Townhome was located close to family for our holiday visit. Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and clean!

Absolutely wonderful host, quick responses when needed. The home was Absolutely perfect. Very large, uncluttered and beautifully decorated. Pool area was very nice, hot tub was very clean and all aspects of the home were wonderful. Large rooms, comfy bedding and gorgeous views. Will definitely recommend to others and stay again in the future.

Me and my family enjoyed staying in Elle’s place where we had the full use of the lower floor which has its own deck facing the lake. All 3 bedrooms are pretty big and the living area was great to hang out with. The Place is very quiet.

Our stay was amazing. easy check in, looked like everything in the pictures. it felt like home. everything you need they have it. bed was superrrrr comfortable, area is very quiet, 15-25 minutes to downtown, 7 min to walmart, kroger, gas station. had like a bone fire pit that we enjoyed using. wish we stayed longer. and any question you have Gregory respond fast. will definitely book again when i come back. thank you again !

I rented out this space as I had family coming into town for my daughter's birthday. This place had enough rooms for everyone, was very clean and was spacious. I wish it wasn't so cold outside so we could have enjoyed the fire pit. Liliana and Melissa (her co-host) were very responsive when we had a small issue with some outlets in the master bedroom, and they let us know how to fix it (which was just pushing a button on an outlet in the bathroom). I will definitely rent this place out again when I need space for family.

this was a beautiful home decorated nicely and clean. the owner was very very kind. we didn't quite understand that the owner was staying in the basement apartment. she was moving out while we were there and then someone else moved in. a little confusing but it didn't bother us! wish there were screens on the windows so we could have some fresh air if needed. I HIGHLY recommend the stay here.
