Where do I start. Wonderful neighborhood, beautiful home, private room, personal bathroom, access to all amenities in the home. Robyn was the perfect host, kind, informative, exceptional communication, above and beyond amenities: best coffee ever, fruit and banana bread and juice available, lots of refrigerator space. All the bathroom needs you could think of, bed and room were very comfortable, towels for the pool. No need to question how to use anything, fan, lights, coffee machine etc., all is well labeled and clear instructions out to read. Linda and I felt right at home, Robyn was a pleasure to get to know and chat with. She made wonderful suggestions for area restaurants, country clubs, activities in the square, our passes were ready for us in the room. Easy and secure access to the home. We especially loved enjoying the lanai in the am, enjoying her beautiful orchids and the backyard plants and life, especially the birds. We cannot wait to return next year! Highly recommend!

Gladys and Carlos were so welcoming. We very much enjoyed staying with them. They made us feel very welcome and showed us around their home and all of the amenities available to us. Very friendly and they even cooked dinner for us one evening.

Fiona and David are ideal hosts. They were very hospitable and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend their Airbnb and feel very fortunate to have stayed with them. I will definitely stay with them again.

We loved staying at this Airbnb! We like the modern look and the spaciousness of the three bedroom and two bath unit. We especially liked the fact that we were very close to Lake Sumter Landing and not too far from Brownwood or Spanish Springs Square. The house was very close to the community pool, and we enjoyed talking to the friendly residents who live in the area. Although we went out to eat most of the time for our dinner, there were plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans and almost anything you would need if you were wanting to prepare most of your meals at the home. We give this very high marks for all of the amenities!

Very good communication from day 1 of booking to checkout.Very knowledgeable of the area for things to do or places to eat. Clear instructions to get inside, Easy place to find. Very quiet and peaceful, Everyone waves.Tom and Jamie were both great friendly hosts, their ABnB was very clean, perfectly furnished with all the amenities you need. We will definitely book again!

This is a very quiet comfortable place to stay. I especially liked sitting in the lanai, having coffee in the morning and enjoying the beautiful view ! Jaqueline is an excellent host.
