We were looking for a relaxing get away and that’s just what we got! The home was warm and inviting. So close to everything and yet very private! We definitely took advantage of the hot tub. The host was quick to respond if we had questions.

We enjoyed staying at this home so much! We literally spent more than 1/2 our time in the Mansard Lanai with the pool, jacuzzi & fire place. Grab a coffee to start the day & Hang out outside in the screened in lanai. Inside both bedrooms had king size beds, which was great. The built ins, in the master closet made functioning really easy. Plus it decluttered the room! We brought our little beagle & she loved the property too. She loved hanging out in the lanai with or without us. The use of the electric golf cart got us all around the villages in style & we enjoyed just plugging it in, not having to gas it up. The appliances were really nice too! We liked the area so much, that we ended up putting an offer on a house while there. The villages guest passes were valuable if you planned to golf. It saved our friends some money. The transfer to us as primary was $50 & really a must if you planned to use all the facilities. Highly recommend this place! Thank you Susan & David!

Wonderful with everything you need for a great, relaxing stay! Stephen was very responsive with any questions I had and the home was everything we needed. Definitely would consider staying here again!!!

We needed a house near the Belleview/Villages area for small part of family to stay while we attended a funeral and arranged for family member to travel home with us to enter an assisted living. The proximity allowed us to have all the local places to eat and be in a high quality area so as not to worry about being in a neighborhood we were not familiar with.

Private, Peaceful, Relaxing. House was very clean and stocked with everything u could never for a getaway. The animals were great especially Hector.

Kelly and Rob were amazing hosts! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels were great quality. The hot tub was nice also! The golf course is right behind the lanai so it's not 100% private while outside We had an amazing time! I would highly recommend!
