The Hillbilly Hut is a great place to stay! Very comfortable, peaceful, the bed slept awesome and our pups had lots of room to run around and be safe! We felt very safe here and we had fires in the fire pit and coffee on the back screened in porch in the mornings. We loved hearing the-roosters and the birds! Easy check in and Patrick was very friendly and we had great communication! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Stay here you won’t regret it! Patrick thank you for everything!

Had a wonderful week at the lake house! We were visiting family who live in Andersonville & Americus, which were ~45-60 min away. But there was enough room for two families at the house, and it was wonderful just hanging out on that amazing porch, and the kids had the best time running around.

this listing was perfect for my family ! We were central to the area-- the neighborhood was safe and the home was beautiful - full of wonderful plants! Lannette was easy to work with sending info by text as well as email to make it easier for me traveling a long distance ! we will for sure use Lannette's listing again

This split level home was perfect for my wedding weekend. The master suite upstairs with the kitchen was ideal for my best man with a dog due to the baby gate dividing the stairs and the backyard is very large and fenced in. Andrea was very responsive. Overall, while we primarily used the family-friendly amenities for the dog, this place would be perfect for multiple families or families with different age ranges of children to afford older children and teens some privacy.

The stay went well at this home. House was very well cared for and had plenty of rooms for us to use to accommodate our family. It is especially important to note that the abundant number of rooms made it easy to find a room for us to place a rented hospital bed for my wife who is quadriplegic. House location was convenient to all stores we needed and was just one mile from the family that we were visiting for Thanksgiving.

The house was much better in person than in the pictures. The screen porch was really nice and there was plenty of space for our group. The house and outdoor areas were clean and tidy.

I had a couple people recommended Kamerin's properties and she was so sweet and accommodating with helping us find the perfect place for our get together! We had a blast and absolutely loved the setup of the place, the scenery was gorgeous and it felt so peaceful and relaxing there. The bed was very comfortable as well. I'm sure her other properties are kept up just as well, so I would highly recommend checking out any of her properties to stay at if you're coming to Perry!

Host was really nice and quick is response. Super understanding. There were 18 of us and never felt crowded. The place is huge. The kids had a lot of fun running around.

When I first walked in to this place i was taken aback by how stunning and spacious it was. The place was very clean, neat, and my family loved it. This place really gave us the space to relax and enjoy coming back home to visit family. The host was also an angel as well and very responsive to all of our needs no matter the time of night. I will definitely be booking again!

It’s so much that I can say about this home that I loved. Kid friendly as well my son kept saying this my room that was full with Toys for him to play with. He has board games in the home, trampoline, basketball arcade, and even family games to play while at the Airbnb. Renzo home is amazing my daughter enjoyed her Sweet 16 with her friends by the poolside and on the patio area. Renzo home also has a grill outside. I’ll definitely recommend this beautiful home and definitely will be back. I didn’t have any problems with the home the instructions were very clear and I felt like I was at home.

Outstanding! We went for a weekend getaway to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was perfect. I could not keep him out of the outside soaking tub. So beautiful and totally blissful. Highly recommend this romantic cottage!

We were visiting the area for a wedding and had several families that needed a place under one roof. We are so lucky to have found this wonderfully secluded little slice of heaven! The property is beautifully situated off of a winding dirt driveway within a small forest of pine trees. A small lake welcomes birds throughout the day and makes for great sunrise pictures. The grounds surrounding the property were well maintained and make it a great place to walk and take in nature. All 8 of our guests were comfortable and had more than enough space to move around the home without feeling cramped. The home was well equipped with general necessities such as plates, silverware, cookware, drip coffee maker, washer/dryer, etc. The lovely porch on the home was a great spot for all of us to gather while enjoying the outdoors. There is also a great covered space that sits closer to the lake with tables that makes a great spot for dinner or a summer gathering. Wonderful property!

The neighborhood and street were quiet. The home has a great porch. We sat for hours playing cards. We had everything we needed. Convenient to Providence Canyon. Great stay.

This is a great place for a weekend get away or a long term stay, it has anything and everything you need! The host were super responsive and did everything to make sure my experience was a perfect as possible. For light sleepers like myself, I'd recommend bringing an eye mask if you are light sensitive and playing white noise to block out the surrounding area sounds. Bonus: Downtown Perry is the cutest, don't pass this place up!

We stayed for a long weekend (Thursday-Sunday) and this place was a gem! The house was spotless and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, cookware, and an assortment of utensils and dishes, so we had everything we needed to do some of our meals in the house. The beds were comfy, the locale was quiet, and there were blackout curtains in all the bedroom windows so we all slept great! Santana was a wonderful and helpful host, communication was great, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. If we come back to this area I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

I'm in that area a couple of times a year and will definitely book this place again.
