My stay at Gwen's was a wonderful experience. She let me know the place was available for an earlier check-in and quickly responded to all of my questions.Her place was very cozy and I felt right at home! The location was walkable to downtown St Petersburg wirh a couple of quaint coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Marilyn’s place was great! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! She was very nice and extremely helpful. The check-in was super easy and very well detailed. Everything looked exactly as pictured and it was super clean. She is very considerate of her guests and even had beach supplies for us to use if we wished along with a kitchen full of cookware and utensils.

Michael was a great host, always responded if we had any questions. Beds were very comfortable, lots of restaurants close by and short drive to beach. Great home away from home!

We were fortunate to find such a perfectly located place that we could easily walk to shopping, restaurants, and beautiful Crescent Lake. Julia’s accommodation is fresh, and very well-appointed with every comfort and convenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay.

Best spot in Sarasota, I can’t imagine staying in a better location. Very quiet, very cute and comfortable. Easy check in, easy check out, it was perfect for our long weekend. We just did breakfast at home and for that at least the kitchen had all we needed. Appreciated the hot water kettle and the coffee maker. Great private parking. Great washer and dryer too!

Sid was very responsive and his place meet all of our needs. Comfortable, clean and the hot tub was fantastic.

Felt safe, despite initial concerns over the neighborhood. The furnishings are not ideal for someone with mobility issues, as everything is either very low or very high.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and varies restaurants. The place was squeaky clean and it had a refreshing feel to it. Andrea was a great host who communicated before, during, and after our stay. I definitely will stay here again when in the area.

Great house - safe area - had one small issue that was taken care of right away! Would recommend this ABnB to anyone looking for a place near Tampa or even Orlando. Great value.

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

Had a few little hiccups however host was extremely responsive and willing to do anything to make it right. Would definitely recommend staying there. Great space super clean. Only thing is lagoon is not part of condo it's a water park but all in all a 5 star in our book.

Eric was extremely responsive and really went out of his way to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The property is as described and did a great job at meeting our needs for our staying in treasure Island. The unit was all started in the washer and dryer was huge as it allowed us to pack lighter. It’s a quick walk across the street to the beach. And having access to the pool was a nice place when we wanted to do something a little faster.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. We had a great week! The condo was clean, quick, easy access to beach. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were a nice touch. Enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony in the morning.

We had a great time staying at The condo. We walked everywhere. We really enjoyed the beach and location. We parked our car and didn’t use it again till it was time to leave. Only disappointment was the pool filter wasn’t working. The water was cloudy and it wasn’t able to be heated. That didn’t cause much concern as the beach was so beautiful.

We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!
