We were in town for Spring Training and the house was a great spot for our family. The yard was a nice quiet area for us to enjoy the evenings and let the kids play all day. There was plenty of space to eat and prepare meals. We loved how the dining area had a garage door that opened to the back patio to create an indoor/outdoor dining experience. We spent hours around the fire pit to help take the chill out of the late evenings, played in the pool during the hot hours, and used the speakers to listen to music while we hung out. The Cozy Container gave us extra space and was a great use of a shipping container. It had a TV, kitchenette, A/C, and a full bathroom with tub/shower. We were a little worried getting into the neighborhood that it might not be in the best area, but as soon as you turned off the main road, it was a quiet street and we loved the house. We would definitely stay in this house again. The kids said it was the best trip they've ever been on. We loved the house.

Our stay at this Property was everything we needed. The accommodations was clean, spacious and met all our needs at a very reasonable price. The Host was also very responsive and was flexible to our check in.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Fountain Hills. Pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the Mountians that could be seen driving near the home. Tammy's place was clean and had everything we needed. Loved using the pool and hot tub after a morning of hiking.

We had the most amazing time staying at this modern hacienda! After having a wonderful experience at one of Amanda’s other properties, we knew we were in for a treat—and this home exceeded all expectations. The Spanish architecture is absolutely stunning, and the attention to detail in the design is incredible. The house perfectly blends modern amenities with a relaxed and organic atmosphere, making it the perfect getaway for two families with kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to unwind and enjoy. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor spaces were beautiful- especially the heated pool and spa. The kids loved having room to play, all the toys and books and we all appreciated the peaceful neighbourhood.Amanda was attentive and kind as ever, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. It's clear there is a lot of thought into creating a welcoming environment for the guests. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Shaun was a fantastic host. Very attentive. The house was pristine. Great, central location near downtown Scottsdale. Lovely backyard and pool with lots of spaces to gather amidst beautiful native landscaping. A very nice retreat.

Andrew and Jenna were great hosts! They were very kind to be flexible on check-in for us since we were traveling by plane for the first time with our 8 month old. The place had everything we could need to have a comfortable stay for the week. Great, fully stocked kitchen for convenient cooking “at home” as well as laundry appliances for easy use. The neighborhood is close to plenty of places to eat or shop and it is a nice area to enjoy safe walks. We loved this place and would love again the next time we come to Phoenix. Great hosts, great place!

My co-worker and I stayed here for a week while performing at ASU Gammage. The apt was within walking distance to work in a peaceful neighborhood. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. The apt was clean, comfortable and spacious, and Troy was incredibly accommodating and kind.

Perfect for 1-2 people. Very quiet and cozy. Located in a convenient area with many places to eat, visit, etc. Utilized for a short work trip and was perfect for my needs. Great hosts, great communication, seamless instructions. Definitely recommend.

Condo was nice and cool when we arrived. If you’re a baseball fan like we are Goodyear ballpark is not to far away. Great place to stay.

Had a great extended stay at this property in Chandler. Excellent location. All the amenities needed for a short or long term stay. Very good communication before and during the stay. Highly recommend.

Michelle’s Condo was wonderful! This was our first time staying in a condo/apartment setting and we worried about having privacy and noise issues but there was none! The condo is in a perfect location, it is not too far from the parking lot which is amazing when it comes to hauling your luggage/groceries and other people coming and going. Being on the first level was a plus as well! We enjoyed having the laundry room close by, so not having one in the unit wasn’t a problem at all. The staging and layout of the condo was perfect. It felt homey and comfortable. I liked how both rooms weren’t right next to each other or too close. It felt as if they were their own little suites with having two bathrooms available. Michelle was also amazing. She let us have our time without overstepping as a host but was sure to let us know she was there if we needed something and she was! Her response times were wonderful. We would not mind staying here again.

The condo had pretty much everything one could think of to be comfortable. Clearly much thought was put in to available accessories. The condo was great. I enjoyed the warm evenings on the patio.
