Great apartment in a good location, lots of trams available to take you around to different parts of Melbourne. Very well maintained and with great appliances. Only issue we had was with the lock box being a bit fiddly, but other than that we would recommend!

Absolutely loved staying here, the property is absolutely gorgeous and felt right at home as soon as we walked in! Very clean place and a good amount of space too! Kitchen is well equipped too, and very easy to get into the CBD! Definitely recommend staying here❤️

We loved staying at Victoria's place. The location was close to Sandringham Yacht Club for our event. it is also a beautiful outlook to the courtyard.

Rod and Rebecca are amazing hosts! The apartment was absolutely perfect as we came to Melbourne for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Close to trams, restaurants and shops. We had the best 5 days! Thank you again so much.

Perfect walking distance to GMHBA stadium and cafes of Newtown. Good place to stay if you’ve got kids boarding at Geelong College too.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Well equipped kitchen, with most necessities provided. IGA super market, and local eats bunched together on Thames prom. The home has a beautiful garden at the front, close the gates.. fur buddy wonderland. Rear garden, under cover with small landscaped grass area, nice for coffee and a chat. Thanks Isy

Holly was a very good host with clear and proactive communication. The home has a “homely” neighbourhood feel to it rather a stark impersonal place to stay.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was precisely perfect as expected, even though we spent less time at home and mostly used it for sleeping only due to heaps of activities. It was a great, hassle-free place with modern equipment. I definitely recommend it. Hope we visit again.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Staying at David’s place was a great experience. The train station is right outside and tram stop close by. The host has thought of all the necessities and the outdoor area was fantastic. A perfect location for day trips into the city. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. Julie hosted my father-in-law and his wife for a birthday trip, and they had nothing but postings to say about their experience with Julie. As a host, Julie was friendly and easy to deal with, super responsive and helpful. The apartment was well equipped and had lots of provisions - well above what was expected, which was very well received. The location was perfect, and was described as walkable, close to cafes and restaurants, and close to the water. Overall, we had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend Julie’s place to anyone.
