My family and I had a wonderful winter stay at Watersedge Lakehouse. The cottage was beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. Our host made sure we had all we needed and was very helpful with instructions on staying at the cottage , checking in and local recommendations. The main living room was a perfect place to gather and have a warm fire while looking out at the water. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fire plus the deer wandering about. It was a great place for relaxing and making memories.

We had a great time at Sarah's for our girls' getaway. The cottage, tucked among the trees, made the perfect backdrop for a peaceful escape from the city. As soon as we stepped inside, we felt right at home. Sarah was fantastic to work with, and her Welcome Guide is the best I’ve seen—clear, thoughtful, and full of great recommendations. We tried a couple of the suggested restaurants, and they were excellent. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Sarah!

Our group of 6 ladies were looking for a quiet weekend get away and that is exactly what we got. Stayed in pyjamas all day kind of weekend. The place was immaculate, lots of rooms a s had everything we needed to cool our meals. Loved the kitchen with the great big table, a lovely meeting space for friends.

We discovered the perfect secluded getaway in this beautifully maintained property. The grounds were consistently plowed during snowfall, making our winter stay worry-free. The main cottage comfortably accommodated our group of 5, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen and a thoughtful welcome kit with snacks and coffee. Two full bathrooms with provided toiletries made sharing the space easy, and the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. The clean, spacious hot tub was perfect for relaxing after outdoor activities, and the reliable wifi kept us connected. We enjoyed both the excellent heating system and the cozy wood fireplace, all while taking in beautiful waterfront views. Killbear Provincial Park, just 40 minutes away, offered excellent winter hiking. Quick tips: bring extra towels as only one is provided per person, and pack slip-on shoes for travelling between cottages. While water has a slight odour, it tastes perfectly fine. We’d love to return in the summer! Highly recommend!

Hilltop Hideway is extremely comfortable recreational facility which can satisfy everyone. This cottage is very well equipped, with a lot of space to relax. The facility is very modern with most updated amenities. It is tremendous location, close to Arrowhead and Algonquin Provincial Parks and with the short distance to Huntsville. The host Igor was responding to any inquiries friendly and on time. We can strongly recommend this facility for those looking for: relax, outdoor activity and those wanted to explore all attractions listed in the cottage leaflet. The house was larger than we thought from the pictures and with only four of us staying, there was plenty of space. Everything was very clean and anything we could have wanted was there. We loved the location so very close to Dorset, Algonquin Park and Henrietta's in Dwight! The snow this time of year was incredible but the scenery any time would be all you could dream of. We know the area very well from 30 years of vacation time spent exploring but Ana also offered to provide suggestions if we needed them. We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a beautiful, roomy space to stay in the heart of our favourite area! And of course, we had to pop into Robinson's General Store!

We had a great stay at Maleka and Farhan’s home. The location is a quick drive to Huntsville and Arrowhead Provincial Park. We found the home and the hot tub comfortable and relaxing.

The cottage was lovely - had everything available, from kitchen supplies (+), outdoor activities (kayak, canoe, paddle boards, peddle boat, ladder ball, croquet, etc), and lots of movies & books! You can never be bored here or feel like you're missing something. I loved that everything was labelled and organized, so you could always find everything you need. The location is so beautiful and peaceful, and right on the water. My family and I had an amazing time and would come back again! Thank you!!

Great place for winter, very peaceful. The size fits 6 people comfortably and is well equipped for everything we needed. The best part is the Scenic view of the lake and forest from the living room.

As a group of 9 friends/couples during winter time, we had a fantatic experience at this house. Easy access, clear instructions and very private with beautiful sorroundings. Chris was a fantastic host, very responsive and avilable at all times.

A little slice of paradise! Ryan Bryan's place is a perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The space is modern with vintage esthetics, cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It has all the amenities that made me feel like home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive and ensured everything was just right for our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and unwind in nature. Can't wait to come back!

This cottage is stunning! The views were amazing. The cottage was super clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The games room in the basement was the perfect place for the children(and adults) to hang out in with its pool table, 2 foosball table and air hockey table. It’s great that there was also another fridge downstairs too! The wrap around deck was also another great place to hangout and with the sun in the morning it was very nice out there even in the winter. As we visited in the winter we did not get to enjoy the outdoor amenities as much but I’m sure it’s an amazing space in summer! The noise by-law did not affect us as it was winter but definitely something to consider for summer rentals. Yanci does mention it in ALL of her communications about the place so you are aware before arriving and it’s not her rules, it’s a regional by-law. Yanci was a great host and all messages to her were responded to quickly. We had a fantastic time! Thanks again for sharing your space!!

My family and I had an absolutely relaxing stay at Vanessa’s cabin ! From the moment I booked, the communication was so seamless. Vanessa was incredibly friendly and very accommodating especially during the beginning of our trip when we first checked in. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The location of the cabin was absolutely stunning; the view of the frozen lake made waking up in the morning feel very magical (especially with all the snow fall we received those days). I also appreciated the thoughtful touches Vanessa added to our trip such as having firewood ready for us to use and shovelling the pathway from the driveway to the cabin. I felt so at home and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend staying here, and hope to definitely come back! Thanks again, Vanessa, for making my trip so memorable!

We had an amazing stay at Amanda’s place! The property was spotless when we arrived, and the peaceful surroundings made for a perfect getaway. We enjoyed a fantastic BBQ, a cozy bonfire, and boating on the beautiful lake. Amanda was a wonderful host, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be back!

Great spot, beautiful cottage in a beautiful area. No complaints, would book again. Booking was a little confusing as it ran through the company and airbnb. But it makes sense as the cottage is apart of a larger family business. Very helpful staff and extremely accommodating.

Our stay at was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Lorn and Diana were incredibly accommodating and always available to help us with any questions we had about the area or the accommodations. Their hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting. Make sure you stop by coffee shop to say hi to Kingston and enjoy a delicious coffee. We loved our stay here & would absolutely book again! Dan was super responsive, friendly, and helpful. It was a lovely spot, felt very private and cozy. Our stay was in the winter so we made the trek onto the ice to do some ice fishing, & we made lots of great memories. Would love to book and visit again in the summer months!

Tuckaway Cottage is as described and shown in the photos. The place is bright and nicely furnished. Everything is provided to make meals. The shower works well. Visiting in early November, we made good use of the electric fireplace. We also enjoyed paddling one of the canoes. The location is excellent. Tucked away from modern distractions, it is a quiet sanctuary. Hiking trails, lakes, rivers and waterfalls are all within walking distance.

not a single issue, host was available for questions, great space , great value and beautiful redone firepit with firewood. lots of chipmunks and ducks. the master bedroom felt like sleeping next to the water with amazing glider rocker Adirondack chairs right out the patio doors for morning coffee.

Me and my friends had a great experience at the Long House, the pictures do not do it enough justice, it is beautiful. Everything was close proximity to the cottage and the hosts were very kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Would love to come here again

We spent New Year's Eve at this house with 7 friends, and overall, we had a great time. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. However, we were really looking forward to using the pool table, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Unfortunately, the pool cues were in terrible condition and completely unusable. We were unable to play even one game, which was really disappointing. On a separate note, please be aware that you'll need to take all garbage with you when you leave to avoid a $160 fine. Despite the pool table issue, we still enjoyed our stay, and the house has a lot to offer.

The place was very relaxing and had cozy atmosphere, and the view of the surroundings was beautiful. The host was friendly and very accommodating. Everything was functioning and in order. We had a very straightforward and enjoyable stay.
