Nice little condo unit in a multi story building it’s on the first floor. Close to Grand Blvd for shopping and dining. Coin op laundry just a short walk away. Happy with everything really.

Keith was amazing at responding to messages quickly. This place was amazing. Watching dolphins in the ocean with morning coffee was more than amazing. The peaceful balcony was so great.

Veronica’s Palm Paradise studio was a great getaway place! She was very responsive and always available when and if needed. She also provided a list of things to do for the duration of the stay, which gave us different options to choose from. Thanks for hosting, Veronica!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb property during my vacation, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've had. From the moment I booked the property to the time I checked out, everything was seamless and delightful.

Anna's condo was beautifully decorated and serene. The balcony had a nice side view of the ocean and was a warm sunny place to sit late afternoon. The entrance had a beautiful view of the pool and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and we liked the cotton bedspread. The nice size TV's with streaming service was a bonus. We appreciated the shower spa experience. The kitchen had beautiful white dishes, clear glassware and nice stainless steel pots. We would recommend a crockpot or instant pot. The bathroom's were very clean. The walk to the beach was quick. We loved the private beach, white sand and aquamarine blue water. Bring your beach chairs and umbrella for your day on the beach. Overall Anna's place was perfect for our month stay. Thank you for all the special memories.

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

My son and I were in PCB for his fall break. Irina's place was perfect for us. She was easy to work with prior to and we will definitely stay there again in the future. It was very clean and my son enjoyed the bunk bed. We will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean, as described, and well stocked. There were plenty of kitchen & bathroom supplies to get us started. Communication was quick and easy, which we appreciated. We stay at Ocean Villa every year for spring break and Jae’s condo is hard to beat!

We had a great stay at Jessica’s place! The view was gorgeous. Everything was clean. Bed was comfy, couch was comfy. Having two bathrooms were great for a family of 6 using them. I like the simplicity of the decor. Loved having the beach service provided to us! Our family felt safe the entire stay. We took family pictures at St. Andrew’s state park which was gorgeous. Jessica was great to communicate with. She was very responsive and quick to respond back. We were last minute scheduling our vacation and was worried about not finding something within our budget and this place was perfect for us, the condo and the price both. Pam was absolutely amazing! 10/10 communication. The place was clean, spacious, perfect for a little getaway. Pool and beach areas are great! Within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and Hershey’s ice cream!

The home was exactly described. Very well appointed with nice attention to detail. The host was extremely responsive and addressed any concerns we may have had. Great Place and Great Host!

Above all, Peter was always easy to reach with any questions or concerns. I felt like he takes great pride in being an AirB&B host and making sure his guests needs are a top priority! The home was beautiful! 6 very nice bikes to ride around the property and the VERY near by state park. Although we didn’t use it, beach towels and any beach gear you would need are provided which is a huge plus for families wanting to spend ample time at the beach. A few things to be aware of when visiting, but not deal breakers: 1. sound carries through the house 2. Dishwasher and washing machine are louder than normal 3. Most direct sun is in the front porch area, as the back is heavily wooded and private 4. Neighbors are CLOSE in proximity- though VERY kind and welcoming. Note: The golf cart has to be rented for the entire trip. We were out and about along 30A most days. You can get as far as Grayton with 50% battery, so we did not venture further than that. 4 of 10 days we used it. All in all, ?

We’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to others looking to stay in the Sandestin golf resort community. This area is very golf cart friendly with lots of shopping and restaurants just a golf cart ride, quick drive or longer walk away. The home has a great amount of space for our family and was very comfortable. The host was super responsive and provided a lot of helpful recommendations too. We’d definitely book again!

Great location. Great area. Unit had everything you could need for a week or more stay. Loved all the amenities and the golf cart was an added bonus.

I really enjoyed my stay at Serenity of the Seas . The place looked exactly like the pictures and everything was overall pretty clean besides a few little things. The staff were also very friendly and helpful!
