Nice property in an awesome location. Very close to CalTrain station and California Avenue which has a numerous restaurants, a grocery (Mollie Stones), etc. Property is in a secure building with underground parking. Susan, the host, was very friendly and helpful.

Roman was the best host I’ve ever had. He was extremely responsive, always helped, and treated me so well throughout the whole summer. Roman would always immediately respond and always addressed any questions or concerns I had. This place itself was just as described- extremely clean and way more spacious than the pictures may show. During the summer, it gets pretty hot as the AC is mainly in the bedroom, but if you turn the fan on, it should be fine. All the appliances work very well and the bed+couches are super comfy! Would 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay! I had a long term stay. Check in was very easy, Amy was always quick to respond, the apartment was fully stocked, and the internet was very fast. Description and pictures are all accurate. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with our accommodations. We originally had booked to stay at one of their properties in Elon Menlo and we were asked if we would mind switching to Anton Menlo to accommodate a guest who wanted to stay longer. Synergy made sure that we had the same type of accommodation we had originally booked for the same price and everything was perfect. We were still very near our son and daughter-in-law, who live in Elon Menlo. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. We had a wonderful trip!!!

We had such a fantastic time staying here! The apartment itself was great, cozy, and had everything we needed. The folks upstairs were a bit lively and you'll hear a little pitter-patter sometimes, but it genuinely didn't bother us because the host is an absolute rockstar! She was incredibly welcoming and ridiculously quick with responses whenever we pinged her. Seriously, the glowing reviews are 100% accurate – she's fantastic! Any questions we had were answered at lightning speed. Definitely a top-tier stay – highly recommend!

This place is super close to Caltrain which made it very convenient. It’s very walkable to nearby shops, and we even rented e-bikes from the store a couple blocks away and found the area very bike-friendly. The train is pretty loud — I’m used to train sounds but it was louder than expected. Highly recommend bringing earplugs — I bought some on the second night and it was perfect after that. It is her primary residence so you’ll feel more like you’re staying at a friend’s house than at a curated Airbnb. Don’t book this expecting a hotel vibe — it’s someone’s house, so come ready to respect that.

Nicole was such a lovely host! Her responsiveness was extremely quick and pleasant. The studio is clean and comfortable, and we utilized the amenities (pool and fym) almost daily. We booked our next trip before we even left this first one. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a well cared for home!

Coming from Alaska, Diana did a wonderful job! Especially with communication. This is my second time staying here, I just had to come back! Love the area, quiet and safe. Walking distance from Safeway, beautiful amenities, for sure enjoyed the pool! The pictures doesn’t do its justice for how truly beautiful the ambience is. This was the most peaceful and beautiful space I have ever been to. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. All the greenery and the deers and random dog was super gorgeous and felt really at home. The hot tub was amazing and super relaxing. Robert was very kind and responsive, Received a phone call about all the lights, hot tub, close trails, and recommended spots!! Super helpful and very kind gesture. Would 100% go back to this place

We were on a girls trip to San Francisco and we decided to book this place as it looked great and seemed like in a safe area. I’m glad we booked it and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place. Closely located to the airport and touristy locations in the San Francisco area with great views from inside and the outside of the house. Clean home with all the possible amenities. We enjoyed they had a pool table and a home theatre along with a piano in the basement. Very private and cosy house. I’d recommend booking them without a second thought

This a beautiful home that is very well equipped. The house was clean. All the appliances worked. The yard sis large and well kept. I would recommend this to anyone looking for vacation re3ntal in San Jose. Centrally located and easy to reach good restaurants. It is a little challenging getting out of the driveway but nothing that patiences can't overcome. Great Place.

My friends from Utah and Hawaii came to visit, and we have a very nice time at Jer’s house! The house its very clean and organized, and very spacious! The kitchen its a very organized, we able to cook and have a nice meals at the dining table. Jer send us all the instructions, we don’t have to ask anything, he is very proactive and professional! We really recommend this place! And definitely will be in our wish list to came back!

My family and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Justin's place, enjoying his beautiful decorated tree, thoughtful gifts, and delicious cake from a well known bakery and the stunning views of the mountains and city lights, including a firework show from the city. Justin‘s house is just big enough that we all have our own personal space but cozy enough that as a family we were all together.

The apartment is well furnished and clean. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils we needed for our stay. Though we were also expecting a full crib based on the listing details but missed it less with the alternative provided. Walter and Celina are easy to communicate with and friendly. The check-in and checkout instructions were clear and easy. The apartment is right next to Caltrain but it wasn't noisy at all. Overall it was a great stay.

Walter and Celina were very accommodating and flexible. They were very helpful and promptly responded. Very nice place they have and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed at Farzad’s place for ~10days for a business trip and would stay here again! Some highlights — great location with lots of food options, very flexible & communicative host, and well-designed living space (w/ lots of plants 🌱). Would recommend you staying here ☺️

The place is spotlessly clean and modern. The location in the fun, new urbanist context of Santana Row is fantastic with restaurants and shops just downstairs. It is also surprisingly quiet despite the location. While we experienced some challenges with the key fob for the lobby entry we enjoyed our stay. The place also comes with off-street secure parking which is also a plus.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was fantastic, offering all the necessary amenities and comfort. Its amazing location allowed for easy access to local attractions and dining. What truly set this experience apart was the hospitality of the host, Walter and Celina, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and looking forward to returning!

The place was exactly as described. Clean, spacious and well equipped with amenities needed. The neighbourhood was very peaceful with many restaurants and grocery stores at walking distance. We had a peaceful and pleasant stay at this property. Would definitely come back and recommend 👍🏻
