Loved! Loved! Loved! the Airbnb and the area. The Airbnb is probably the nicest we have stayed in. The furniture was brand new and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the view was awesome. The owners were very responsive and proactive. I would have given it more stars if I was able. Convenient to a small grocery store, several restaurants, golf and riding trails. We were able to rent bikes right down the road. We totally enjoyed staying in Jean's Airbnb. Hope to return later this year.

We had an amazing stay at Stephane's house in Vegas! From the start, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly prompt with communication. The location is perfect—just 10 minutes from the airport and the Las Vegas Strip, and only 3 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants, all in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The house itself is clean, bright, modern, and very comfortable, with plenty of space for our group of 8, both inside and in the fenced backyard. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and Stephane even replaced a broken appliance with a new instant pot on the first morning of our stay—talk about responsive! He also let us borrow a luggage scale for our departure. We would 100% recommend this house to anyone visiting Vegas and would love to stay here again! We had a great stay here! The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. Comfy beds, clean rooms, spacious common areas, and quiet neighborhood. The pool and ping pong table in the backyard are very nice for relaxing and hanging out at home. The place is an easy 10-15 min/$10-15 Uber or Lyft most places, including the main Strip. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay tremendously. Scott was quick to respond to messages, and even flexible with our checking time. The condo was so peaceful. Pool area was lovely. Bed and furniture was very comfortable. Loved the patio to enjoy coffee on in the morning! Would recommend and stay again!

DJ was very flexible and accommodating. We had a little issue turning the hot tub on due to a brand new system, but he immediately sent someone to check on us and help out. We had a great stay.

Our family absolutely adored this home, and a huge part of that was due to how attentive and friendly our host, Xiao, was throughout our stay. The place was just as described, if not even better! It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities we needed to get started. The modern decor added a lovely touch, making it feel both stylish and welcoming. With a family of 11, we found plenty of space to sleep comfortably, and the house itself is quite spacious, complemented by an incredible backyard that everyone enjoyed. There’s something for everyone to appreciate here, and it’s clear that the host has put a lot of thought into making this a perfect getaway. Plus, the pricing is surprisingly affordable for such a beautiful find. We truly appreciate everything, Xiao, and we can’t recommend this place enough to our friends and family. We booked this house for a girls trip and it was everything we were looking for! Close to the airport, yet super quiet. It was perfect, as we wanted some quietness and peace away from the strip. It was a 10-minute Uber to downtown, so perfect for our needs. The private hot tub was such a great touch! We also enjoyed the space of each one of us having our own bedroom. The space was clean, had the essentials, and was easy to find. Tim, our host, was very friendly and responsive - he even provided local recommendations for places to eat. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Went for my wedding and had family stay with me a few days. Everything was great. Great safe neighborhood, quiet. Easily accessible. Beds are super comfortable. Pool was not accessible at the time, Barry tried his best to satisfy our needs. Easy to talk to and willing to make it right. Will definitely be back again!
