The house was perfect for my family. Bunk beds were great for the kids, everything on one floor was great for my grandma. The kitchen had updated utensils and the bathrooms had toiletries. The host was proactive and very helpful. Very clean for it being pet friendly too!

The house worked very well for our large family. In particular, the kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and well arranged. We fit everyone around the dining table. The living room fireplace is a nice touch; we wish the fireplace would have worked in the small family room, too. With four bedrooms and the loft, there is plenty of sleeping space. It would be nice to have another bathroom, but at least all the bathrooms have a shower. The kitchen has everything you need for food prep and lots of counter space. AvantStay says there is a drip coffee maker, but there is a Keurig as well; it would have been good to know that before we arrived. We parked one car in the garage; we could have parked two. That brings us to the pool/hot tub. AvantStay should say up front how much extra you pay to have the pool heated. Given the price of the rental, a heated pool should be included. One more nit to pick: The TVs take some learning. Apps should be up to date. Overall, a great home.

Beautiful place! Close to Mt. bachelor and Bend. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. They have bikes in the garage for you to use. Highly recommend staying here!

We have stayed at this house before and love it. The game room is wonderful for pool game tournaments. The fireplace is warm and cozy. Short walk to the river loop walk and short drive to the new dog park. House is stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and we cooked in 5 nights. Will hopefully return.

We had an amazing stay. We felt right at home when we got there. The instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen had all the basic necessities. The hot tub was clean, private and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and we loved that there was so many extra blankets. This was close to the village and sharc center. We love the area and appreciate all the different bike options we had even for children. We were able to use the bike wagon/stroller and ride to the park and the river which wasn’t too long of a ride. Some of the cons There were a few dog hairs on the bed and we did not have a pet with us but I understand it comes with the territory of being a pet friendly home. There was also specific instructions for cleaning out the fire place but the metal tin was already full of ashes. The grill outside was a little too deteriorated on the inside for our liking. These weren’t a deal breaker for us but good to know.

We’ve been staying in Sunriver annually since the 80s, and this was one of our favorites! Very clean, spacious, family friendly. The house was perfect for our family of 10. Big kitchen, living space, huge bedrooms and playroom downstairs. The kids bedrooms had AMAZING bunk bed forts that made it all so fun! Garage had many bikes, a pool table, air hockey, basketball….everything you could want. Hot tub was hot and very clean. Steps from the North Store which was very convenient. Heidi (the host) was very responsive and friendly. We will stay here again for sure!

This house and location is phenomenal! Park like setting and luxurious house. Everything was perfect for our crew we cooked lots of meals. Mt Bachelor is about 40min away from this house which was great. Recommend staying here!!'

We stayed for 4 nights and would stay here again. The hot tub was perfectly hot and clean. Our kids (4&6) loved the “kids room” with the bunk beds and game room in the garage. Plenty of toys and board games for all ages. A perfect place to stay for our family. I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. We would recommend Erik’s house!

Prob the best rental I’ve stayed at in awhile. Perfectly appointed. Super clean. First rental I’ve stayed in that provided tin foil, zip locks, s & p, doggie sheets for the sofa, great internet & TV, incense burner, etc. even the lighting was great, not too bright with a good setting to relax & enjoy the fireplace. The murphy bed had a mattress that was seriously like 2 feet thick & my kids exact works were “I’m on my first layer of comfort” (she’s little) & didn’t want to get outta that comfy bed.

I loved staying at Fran’s place!!! Quiet and comfortable. Close to river walk that goes on forever and really lovely to have use of hot tub. Perfect location to access skiing and town. Right in the middle but you dint have to go through town to get to road that heads up to Bachelor. I’d definitely choose to stay at Fran’s again. Fran was helpful and responsive- thanks again for a perfect stay.

Shawn's place was roomy and comfortable for the two of us. We could easily have had two more people sharing the space. The location was perfect--a nice distance from the village and in a quiet neighborhood. The second story deck was like being in a tree house. We found everything we needed and would certainly rent here again.

Great place to stay. Decorated so nicely and very well stocked with everything you need. The beds are cozy & comfortable. Very close to all the stores and restaurants.

This condo is beautiful inside with a spacious living and dining area, gorgeous master suite and everything you need in the kitchen. The unit is well maintained and has views out the living area to a peaceful forested area. The bedrooms are cozy and the beds are very comfortable. Even in the cold weather during our visit the unit heating system worked well and we stayed toasty warm, plus we enjoyed using the gas fireplace in the living area. The host was quick to answer any questions we had and was very friendly and helpful.

Lauren's place is beautifully situated overlooking the river in Bend. Seeing it and hearing it from the balcony was golden. The apartment was simply and tastefully done. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable we felt well rested. Finally, the stroll into town by the river was an easy 10-15 minutes. So convenient. Highly recommended.

Very warm and inviting condo and super clean. Furnishings were quality and comfortable. Design made the condo seem spacious in common areas and the kids loved the loft area to chill in.

This place is amazing. Looks just like the pictures. Very clean and has everything you need and more for your stay. It was my birthday weekend with my girlfriends and they all loved it. I love the views and style of the cozy cabin feelin kinda condo. Beautiful walk to the shops. Would stay again! Also, responsive and descriptive hosts.
