The stay here was great! Very clean, great location/on property amenities, and quick communication. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Tom’s place was so close to everything. Food, bars, dancing, bike/scooter rentals, etc. we really enjoyed the balcony overlooking Duval every morning, for mimosas or coffee. Wonderful host and location. Will definitely be back!

We arrived early on the day of check-in, and because previous guests has left early, we were able to check in first thing in the morning! Henry happened to be in Key West, working around his property, so he very kindly gave us a full tour of the apartment, the parking area, the grounds, pool, and beach. The apartment is whimsically decorated with pastel colors to fit the Key West vibe, and has lots of cute details. Amazingly, all the small appliances, dishes, glasses, and tableware are in the pink/rose colored family. Literally every appliance is pink (Cuisenart, coffee maker, toaster, Keurig, blender, tableware, and more). It gave the place a unified cozy feel. The living room is spacious, with lots of couch room for a family to watch TV together. The kitchen is eat-in, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are super nice. We felt very at-home in Henry's place, and appreciate the details he provides about checking in, keys, garage parking, etc. We had a great time.

We loved this place, plenty of room for a family of 5. Great areas to hang out on patio, on balconies and within the unit with family. Danielle is very responsive and easy to contact! we had other guests that were there below us and you would have never known, you can't hear them and using the shared space wasn't uncomfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and local groceries very close by along with restaurants. We would recommend this to others and stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic. Check in was easy and Jack and everyone we talked to was very attentive and responsive. It’s mentioned in the welcome binder in the rental but there’s some sort of finish on the floors that leaves a dark residue on your feet. The unit smells clean so I would just caution to bring a pair of slippers or sandals to wear around inside but besides that our stay was amazing and look forward to coming back!

The condo was adorable and nicely decorated. The beds were so comfortable! The location was perfect! It's close to the beach and close to many attractions up and down the keys. The outdoor space was cute and the hammock, got a lot of use. It really was a home away from home for an amazing vacation! I would definitely stay again! Our trip was so lovely and Jenine is an excellent host.

Key West Beach Club is uniquely situated on the ocean. No street noise, private and serene. All the attractions of Key West are easily reachable by car or bike, some are walkable. Jenna’s condo is pristine and makes for a perfect vacation.

Our second stay at this unit. Clean, comfortable, perfect for us! Well stocked kitchen, the resort is nice - access to a pool and the bar/restaurant. Hosts are very helpful and very responsive. Highly recommend. We will certainly stay again while in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Christina's place! Christina was very proactive in communicating with us and checked in with us during our stay. The Key lime pie she left for us in the fridge was a wonderful surprise upon arrival. The highlight of our stay was when a family of 3 manitees spent the afternoon visiting with us in the canal. Thank you Christina for sharing your home with us.

We rented Ryan’s home during the week of our wedding in Key West — much more reasonably priced than KW, and only about an hour away. Home is clean, modern, well appointed. Heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family, especially kids (worth the extra charge). The pool was dirty when we arrived so when Ryan saw pics he deemed it unacceptable and sent a cleaner out to address it right away — he had a delicious key lime pie delivered for the inconvenience, which was a sweet gesture. It was good to have 2 wings to separate the bedrooms (main plus queen both with private baths on one end). We had 10 people in the home (including 4 kids) and had ample space. Helpful to have chairs and cooler for beach (umbrella didn’t hold up to windy day) — Sombrero beach while crowded was nice. Lighting outside to enjoy outdoors at night could be better, but awning to shade the chairs from sun during day is a great feature. Bring a Bluetooth speaker for music. We’d come back! Thanks, Ryan!

We were looking for a great place close to a small beach, an ocean view, which was clean and could house our family comfortably. This place did that and provided a place away from tourist crowds. Very nice place

Incredible property. Perfect gathering space for my entire family of 6. Private yet close to commerce like Publix and local gym to work out. Great memories made.

We fell in love with the house as soon as we walked in! It was so clean and decorated beautifully! The house had so many special touches....the robes were especially appreciated on chilly mornings outside & to use with the hot tub. We had a manatee & baby visit on several days which was so exciting! The owners were very responsive and helpful. They send you a link to an app for the house which I downloaded. Our only trouble we had was I didn't read everything in the app and thought that the main air conditioning was only controlled by the owners. (We were hot at night) MY FAULT and I can't believe I didn't ask. So please read everything in their app and you will have a lovely stay! It is a gorgeous place to spend your vacation centrally located in Marathon!

Great stay, not far from Key West. The space was exactly as described. As previous guests have commented, the property was especially clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The interior of the unit looked to have been recently renovated. The community amenities were many and I would definitely stay in Jana’s accommodation if in the area again.

Wonderful and cost efficient. Well maintained. Easy access to the waterways with the dock for our rented boat. Amenities of kayaks and bikes were a plus. Beautiful outdoor setting. We will be booking again!

Beautiful location and house, we really enjoyed our stay! We had a few questions for the host and they were immediately responsive. Would stay here again for my next visit to Marathon!

Beautiful condo-we loved the colors & Wolfgang’s artwork!! So pleasant to sit outside on the comfortable Adirondack chairs enjoying the breeze at night with a glass of wine, or our morning coffee. We loved the location, just a half block off of Duval St. It was easy to walk to many of the great restaurants & recommendations that Debbie had in her welcome book. Clean & comfortable. The ice machine wasn’t working & Debbie was quick to respond with a repairman. When he couldn’t fix it, she had her manager deliver a couple big bags of ice to us. Much appreciated. Parking is a bit dicey as the open/available spots do get taken, but we always managed to get a spot, if we drove somewhere for the day. Very walkable-we’d stay there again!

Wow, this place was amazing! Ocean views from rocking chairs on the deck. Everyone friendly and helpful from staff to other guests. Beautiful pool, hot tub and beach. Great sunsets from beach side lounge chairs. Never felt crowded or over booked for the space. A mature crowd at the resort, we would definitely stay here again. We were on the 3rd floor, which meant a hike with luggage but the views were worth it. Rita in reception and Joel were especially courteous and attentive.

Traci was very responsive to our questions! This condo is a great location, very clean and fit the description. We had a very comfortable stay with 2 couples and a baby. The facilities were nice. We would stay here again.

Pictures were exactly how the home looked upon arrival. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was quiet yet close enough to walk. Beach in either direction. The home had everything you need for the beach and was spacious. Bed in master is very comfortable. Great place and great company. Will use again.

This place was not only beautiful on the inside but it is a beautiful neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful. The pool was a little oasis. The location was great, within walking distance to a vast majority of the local restaurants, historic sites, tourist attractions and beaches. Everyone in the neighborhood was really friendly. The place itself was perfect for my family to stay on vacation. Perfect size and it was spotless when we arrived. The host went above and beyond by providing a binder of everything to do on the island. And me and my family tried our best to cover everything. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to travel to Key West. Top notch.

We had such a great time on our recent Key West adventure, and this condo made everything easy to do! Located in the Truman Annex, it was very quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep so we were well-rested for our daytime activities. It was well situated to nearly everything. The ongoing joke was “it’s 2 blocks away”, because nearly everything was. Walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in the Keys! The condo itself was comfortable with a beautiful front and back balcony that we spent many hours relaxing on! The neighbor downstairs won a beautiful garden award, and it shows. You’re surrounded by greenery! The pool was beautiful - I wish my trip was longer because I definitely would’ve spent more time there. Someone accidentally was parked in our space, and Braden the host sorted it out quickly. We really enjoyed every moment of this stay!

Needed a larger place for our family than a standard hotel room or suite, and this was a rare gem that fit what we needed. Also one of the few places that also has private tennis courts (3 total), a nice size pool and hot tub. Felt like a safe place, and with our golf cart was easy to get around the entire island quickly. Would certainly recommend for a family. Victor with the unit's management company was great with instructions and easily available in case of any issues/questions.
