HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. We stay at Truman Annex every year and David's place is the best so far. Gated facility with assigned parking and a good mix of renters and owners. You can learn a lot from the friendly people who live there and are passionate about Key West. Ideal location that is quiet, but only two blocks to the bar and restaurant district. Remarkably safe location in Key West for walking around at night. David is a very gracious host who obviously takes pride in assuring that his tenants are informed and happy. Well done, David and support staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Anne‘s place! The apartment was steps away from the heated pool and to a private beach, which was perfect for my family. The location is great - close to many Marathon attractions. The apartment was clean and up-to-date, and had everything we needed. Anne was responsive throughout our stay. We look forward to coming back soon!

very charming and spacious place. the master bedroom (captains quarters) is massive, and my two friends and I had more than enough room to spread out. There were plenty of towels and items for daily living (well stocked kitchen, laundry items, grilling utensils). the pool is separate from a condo but a short walk away. We had a hard time initially locating our condo b/c we didn't see a unit # outside the door itself, and went up/down the flights of stairs a few times before we found it. But once we did, it was smooth sailing. (2nd floor, take a right.) Gorgeous views and spacious patio!

The kitchen was fully equipped. Everything anyone could need. The place was spacious, beautifully decorated. We appreciated all the little things we found; lots of towels, laundry pods, cooler and mini fridge to use, comfortable bed. The view was unbelievable! We could snorkel just steps away! Close to great waterfront restaurants like Porkeys and Island Fish Company. We never heard any neighbors. It was very quiet and super well kept and immaculate. It was a dream to stay here!

We had a wonderful time in Key West. The condo was perfect for our family of four, and we enjoyed hanging out on the balcony in the evenings and the complex hot tub. Andre was an awesome host - very responsive and proactive in arranging for our possible late evening arrival. His suggestion of rental bikes to be delivered to the condo was a great one - we used those to bike all over Key West. Would love to return someday!

My family had a great time in Marathon and it was nice to come back from exploring to a comfortable, peaceful home. We enjoyed the pool and seeing the marine life in the canal. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend!

Beautiful condo-we loved the colors & Wolfgang’s artwork!! So pleasant to sit outside on the comfortable Adirondack chairs enjoying the breeze at night with a glass of wine, or our morning coffee. We loved the location, just a half block off of Duval St. It was easy to walk to many of the great restaurants & recommendations that Debbie had in her welcome book. Clean & comfortable. The ice machine wasn’t working & Debbie was quick to respond with a repairman. When he couldn’t fix it, she had her manager deliver a couple big bags of ice to us. Much appreciated. Parking is a bit dicey as the open/available spots do get taken, but we always managed to get a spot, if we drove somewhere for the day. Very walkable-we’d stay there again!

House was very clean and comfortable. Location was awesome within close proximity to old town Key West and lots of different restaurants and bars.

Clean and comfortable stay with all the basics needed for a fun stay in Key West. Located 10-12 min away from Duval St and just a few minutes from the southernmost point of the US. Would definitely stay again!

Hello. We Booked this place so I could be in the sun on a lounge chair and husband could fish. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to hang out together and both get what we wanted. He caught fish like crazy! Place is beautiful and exactly how described. Getting an Uber/lyft was easy. Sombrero Beach was beautiful. Ana was excellent to communicate with. Condo bed was very comfy and the bedroom dark. The use of a cooler and beach chairs was appreciated. Would not hesitate to book again.

I really enjoyed this place. We have been to Key West many times over the years and this one was in the top 3. Peaceful and quiet. Lovely surroundings within the villas . And yet it was close to everything. Very walkable which in Key West is important. The villa we stayed in was comfortable and clean. We rented mopeds from the business next door and they provided free shuttle back to the airport👍

This is a BEAUTIFUL condo in a GREAT area with a LOVELY COURTYARD for rest and relaxation. A nice little pool also. Very quiet and easy to get around. It was great to WALK or BIKE RIDE in the area. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice complex, well landscaped and maintained. Area is walkable and well balanced between action and quiet. Plenty of food and stores very close, easy ride from airport. House was nice, beds were comfortable.

This place was absolutely stunning! The complex was well taken care of and the pool was awesome. I loved the location of this property, as it was close to everything. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again!!

The condo was perfect and like a home away from home. We were given recommendations on things to do and any questions we had were answered quickly. I loved kayaking in the canals and was able to see a sea turtle, dolphins, and manatees. Would love to return!

I stayed at the Truman Annex last year for the boat races and loved the location. I decided to rent from Wally this year due to his condo was more open and also had a 2nd bath! He was very responsive when I texted him, the house was very clean and everything was perfect, I highly recommend!

Our stay at Angela's was amazing. The house was as pictured as described. It was very clean, the bed was so comfortable. The neighbors were friendly. The area was peaceful. Hope to come back soon.

Wow, this place was amazing! Ocean views from rocking chairs on the deck. Everyone friendly and helpful from staff to other guests. Beautiful pool, hot tub and beach. Great sunsets from beach side lounge chairs. Never felt crowded or over booked for the space. A mature crowd at the resort, we would definitely stay here again. We were on the 3rd floor, which meant a hike with luggage but the views were worth it. Rita in reception and Joel were especially courteous and attentive.

Right on the ocean. Very relaxing to walk out your room, look at the ocean, relax on the private beach or swim in the heated pool. So conveniently located in the Keys with a short drive further South or North. Hoping to be back next year!

This was a beautiful place to stay that was off the busy road and afforded less traffic and noise. It was still very convenient to all restaurants and activities in Marathon. The condo was very clean, beds comfortable, updated kitchen, and just great overall. There is a pool available and you are just a few steps from the beach. We would definitely recommend it to others, and stay here again.

Ed was very responsive to my inquiries. The condo was exactly as described. The unit was clean and well stocked. It was close to the beach and a short uber drive to the old key west area.
