It was a wonderful weekend stay at Tracy's place. Tracy was very responsive and gave detail instructions and even video of how things are. The dogs enjoyed the backyard and the walk around the beach. We had a nice family bonding playing trivia and board games. We enjoyed her Kayo and youtube subscriprion so we were able to watched footy. Thank you very much Tracy and we will definitely come back. A really lovely location to escape away to the beach for a weekend. Fantastic location with very easy stroll to the beach and local restaurants, etc - best bit is not only is it fantasticly close to everything you want, but it also just far enough away that you get to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the main strip. The hosts were fantastic and gave excellent instructions making it easy to find and simple to get in and keep secure, and really loved the 1pm check-in time. Thank you!

Our mid-week getaway to Bronwyn’s place was just what the doctor ordered! A clean and tidy 3bd house with a lovely outlook over the fields, complete with cows and geese. Good location, just a short drive to gorgeous beaches, pubs and restaurants, and tourist attractions including the penguin parade. The outdoor spa and luxurious double shower were the icing on the cake as the weather was blustery and cool throughout our stay. Thanks, Bronwyn, for having us - our two-year-old is already begging to go back to “our holiday house!”

From the time of booking to the check out, Etem was a very co-operative host, who communicated promptly. The house itself was exactly as described & everything was presented & maintained very well. We loved it here & had a great time. Highly recommend it for large groups and/or families. Spacious, clean & well presented.

Kylie was always super quick to respond to messages and queries, often within an hour or so. She was very friendly over message, and was quite welcoming - making us feel confident this was a trustworthy and great place to spend the weekend. The house is in a FANTASTIC location, and was only a five minute walk from the local shopping centre and beach front. The house itself was well-cleaned and very spacious. The large backyard was a great addition, especially with the summer weather. Amenities all worked well and were in great condition. Can definitely see myself visiting again.

Perfect location, lovely home and area. Kasia was responsive and all information was accurate. We stayed only for 1 night but would have hern happy to stay longer; the property has everything one could ask for a longer stay.

The house is in a great location with plenty to do around the area. The house has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Michael's hospitality was great, and he was keen to make the stay in Rosebud enjoyable for guests.

We booked this property last minute on a busy weekend. Sandy ensured the house was clean and ready for us that very day. Even allowed us to check out late with no hesitation. The views of the bay were amazing and the spa on the deck was a bonus for the kids. The location was superb only 2 minutes drive to the beach, local restaurants and shops Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beach getaway

We had an amazing time staying at James’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. Communication was smooth and check-in was easy. I especially appreciated their hospitality! They provided thoughtful care for us. Would definitely stay here again if we plan to Mornington.
