Amazing little place to stay for a vacation, hosts are so helpful and friendly it made the stay so comfortable! Would highly recommend for an island adventure:)

Marvin was so helpful and responsive! This ground-floor unit has great views of the water, steps from the walking path around the gorgeous waterfront. We loved the easy access to go for a wander, with plenty of places to sit whether the tide was in or out, and the sunsets! Wow! With access to the water either by the gentle river or a quiet bay, there were opportunities for water sports, wading, or clambering on rocks out to the point. We appreciated the availability of the restaurant, though did not end up eating there this trip. Nice to have it on site though, in the event you just feel like staying put and not cooking one day. Beds were comfortable and fans were great. In the evenings we opened up the suite in front and back, and most nights even without fans, had great airflow to cool the space. The kitchen had most everything we needed, and extra shelving beside for extra food storage. I baked muffins one evening and couldn't locate oven mitts or a cooling rack, but I managed.

Terrific location, sparkling clean,everything we needed for cooking meals, lots of towels, everything worked. Stress free! Spacious accommodation. We would come back in a flash!

What a fantastic place! Staying here was an absolute blessing! Nanoose Bay is incredible. The walk down to the bay is just outside the back sliding doors down a cute little path. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the rocks and smooth sand in the bay when the tide was both in and out. The unit was perfect for our family. Everything was clean and comfortable. They had provided everything that we needed. Marvin was very friendly and quick to respond. The instructions were very clear at each stage of our stay. The place was very easy to find and we absolutely loved the location. The unit was very easy to get into and we quickly were able to get settled then explore the amazing amenities of this place. Along with exploring the beautiful beach and bay, we enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. We were impressed with the restaurant on the property. Our only regret is not bringing our pickle ball paddles. We definitely hope to return. We highly recommend staying at this lovely place. Thank you Marvin!

Beautiful location, fantastic views. So easy to walk out right to the beach. Great kitchen space- had all the supplies needed to cook for ourselves and we appreciated the stocked extras (oils , spices, coffee, etc). Looked exactly like the photos- it was a great space for a weekend away for our small family!

It was a perfect location for us We had communicated by phone and my phone did not pickup all the password numbers Andrea fixed that for us very quickly She was a good host We had a fantastic holiday thanks to Andrea Susan and Blair

This condo was so great! I could live here. It had pretty much anything you could need for a short or long stay. The full kitchen was nice with the full size, 6 person table. There were several condiments, tea and coffee left in the kitchen to use. The bathrooms and beds were beautiful. Even the hide-a-bed was fairly comfortable. The pool, hot tub and gym were in a different building so we only used them once. The beach and walking path were right outside the door. The walk is definitely worth it, even if you don’t have a lot of time. Other than the shoreline, Nanoose Bay is within an hour of many hikes, waterfalls and hidden gems to explore. We didn’t find a bakery or grocery store within walking distance. The closest would be Parksville which is not far. But you do have to drive or set out for a long walk. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you!

Had a great stay and enjoyed the local amenities

Loved this place! The condo is so pretty and spacious . It was so relaxing as it’s so quiet there . The high end furnishing was lovely and so pretty! The condo is bright and beautiful. We enjoyed looking at the ocean from the decks! The king size bed was a bonus and the bed in the second room was great as well. We loved all the amenities on site . The Copper Moon restaurant has a great menu and seemed to be a local favourite. We had a hot tub in the outdoor grotto which was lovely and there is also smaller pool beside it which is also heated even in the winter . They have an indoor pool , sauna , hot tub and gym steps away as well. Overall amazing experience. Would highly recommend.

Stephen's place was exactly as pictured and described - better, in fact! His place was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The views were beautiful, and the property was family friendly and also peaceful. Our family made so many memories at the pool, on the beach, watching the bunnies play, and settling into the cozy unit. Stephen was great to deal with - organized, responsive, and friendly. We would highly recommend a stay at his place! We hope to visit again :)

Great, spacious place to stay, close (but not too close) to Parksville. Beach a short stroll down the hill, close to other amenities - enjoyed the minigolf just up the road.

Kim hosted some of our family for our wedding at Pacific Shores. Everything went great, checkin was easy and Kim was super helpful, responsive and communicative about everything needed for the place. Lovely condo in a beautiful resort. 5 🌟 experience!

The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was well labelled and Andrea even had “kid” dishes so it suited us perfectly. There is a dishwasher which was great:. The place was tidy and clean. We had meals outside and enjoyed the view from the patio. The kids enjoyed the small outdoor pool which was heated. There is access to a marina from the property but no beach. Andrea was very communicative and responsive. She answered questions about the unit when needed and was helpful to provide local recommendations for beaches and things to do. We arrived late at night in the pitch dark but Andrea’s instructions to find the unit were helpful and much needed as there were no signs indicating any unit numbers that we could see. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend Andrea’s apartment to anyone exploring Halfmoon Bay!

What a magical location!!. Anthony was a great host, very responsive to any questions. The unit was very clean, great view, lots of space for us. You walk out right beside the beach We will be back again next year!! What a fantastic vacation!

We had a wonderful week at Ken’s place. The location is fantastic, everything is comfy and the view from the kitchen and patio is unbeatable. I especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. Having a private bbq to use was fantastic. The family really enjoyed the hot tub and pool, pong pong and pool table and I loved being able to take a paddle board out a couple of times at no extra cost. Can’t wait to return.

Pacific Shores Resort is a must! Love staying here, it has all the amenities you need for a family vacay. The condo was very clean, and great location for amenities, beach walking and the bbq. We'll be back:)
