My daughter and I loved our stay at this cozy cabin! Everything was as described and I appreciated the clear instructions for arrival and checkout. The heater worked great and the fleece blankets were very cozy. I appreciated the dvds and the fact that there were kids movies! The lack of wifi wasn’t an issue, my daughter’s phone worked just fine with Verizon. I have AT&T, mine did not work. I purchased my own coffee, but there was some in the cabinet. I appreciated the provided filters. We saw deer & elk on our walk through the neighborhood and enjoyed the sounds of the birds from the balcony. As for things to do, we visited White Sands, did the Osha Trail nearby and explored downtown Cloudcroft. It was a perfect spot to relax after long days of adventures. We had a great time and we would definitely stay here again!

This space was wonderful. Our group consisted of 3 couples and we all had enough space and privacy- each pair had their own bathroom, too. The game room was fun during the chilly evenings- it's in the garage and the space heaters warmed it up quickly. Lots of games available. All of the beds and sitting spaces were really comfy and lots of extra blankets around to cozy up. Just a nice space that fit us all comfortably! One thing to note- we weren't able to use the fireplace because of red flag warnings (understandably)...just a heads up if that was a must on your list. The hot tub was perfect in the evenings to star gaze, and perfect in the mornings to watch the deer walk through the yard. Thanks to the responsive hosts for sharing their space!

Good option if visiting White Sands National Park.

The cabin is a great size. Plenty of space. The surrounding forest is breathtaking. The neighborhood is quiet. Our host was very attentive. We will definitely return.

My group had a great time staying here! We only stayed for 2 nights but it was an overall great time. It was comfy and homey which we loved. The beds and couch were comfortable, and the house was well stocked with little extras that make a big difference if you forgot something at home! It was easy to get to and great to have the option to park in the garage. We also loved that it was so closed to town so we could walk to go get coffee and meander around, and we also walked the other way to the brewery and were able to make the very short walk back when we were done. Our dog was comfortable and it was easy to get into the back yard for him, as long as you are okay with some stairs you should be fine. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and comfortable cabin in the mountains. Home is in excellent condition and well-stocked with anything you could possibly need. Host was very responsive and kind. Would stay again! Heads up there are plenty deer and elk on the road especially around sunset so DRIVE SLOW.

We've booked our stay last minute and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating in welcoming us right away. The place is cozy and warm with a fireplace adding to the cabin ambiance. The kitchen has everything to prepare a meal and the bathroom was stocked with essentials and towels. Overall a great place for a quiet getaway.
